We were in the side building building, that is more or less fine, however the room was very small, without small fridge, for wet

Nice hotel in the heart of the city. We were in the main building accommodated, so we had to to eat and sauna not from the house.
We had a double room with extra bed. Room was also with this bed big enough. read more

Hotel lies in the center of Oberwiesenthal. Good friendly waiters with the shuttle to the loupen, good choice of meals and drinks, breakfast room very austere, coffee unfortunately inedible. read more

Were already for the 2. time with you, has us super fallen... Only had our problems on the pay car park, the free itmay was, the car a-or auszuparken. Would be great if the still be cut off. read more

We were 4 days over the new year in the hotel. In general were the 4 days very good and we have ourselves super recovered.
What we liked:
The staff are very friendly
Lack or wishes are very quickly
The dinner was varied, there was always buffet and there is something for everyone
The location of the hotel is very centrally located
The service was every day and very thorough
In the hotel bar you can the evening relaxed spend
The shuttle service was fast and reliable (see also with potential for optimization)
The check-in went very quickly
Potential for ... optimization in our opinion
On arrival was the purest backflow in front of the hotel, thus chaos (because of lack of parking a fine catch)
Although we a parking space the ski lift had and the transfer with a shuttle service has been resolved, we were a little worried our car so far away unsupervised parking. Is however good!
On arrival it has in the bathroom a bit strong from of the toilet stank. After active combat with fresh air and a can of air freshener, it was better. read more

The hotels beach chairs (all 3) very centrally located, especially nearby to the ski lift. The restaurant the main hotel, as well as the bars are all very decorated up to date. Food and drinks are in the price appropriately and of high quality. For the rooms in the hotel on Kirchberg we were a bit disappointed, there the rooms (included bathroom ) very small were. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Especially the breakfast left nothing to be desired. read more

Good central location only a couple of minutes from the train station and ski slope away.
Only small point of criticism: the warming of the food, but we were also late.
Perhaps for less guests then a la carte.

Except the weather was the stay in the hotel very pleasant. Activities for winter sports
Sufficient (with snow), otherwise rather poor. The staff and the service were good.
What is not acceptable, is the parking. ,( no reservation possible). Our parking was plentiful
10 minutes on foot away, even if the possibility stock, the hotel shuttle to use. read more

We were 4 days as a group from 2012/2013 to the silvesterfeier in rathaushotel.
It has us super well fallen, the staff are very friendly and always tried all
Guests there make it as pleasant as possible. The food is also very good and we were even from the train station picked us up and went.
Unfortunately, there was in this hotel no warm or covered smoker's room, the smokers must onto the street on the doorstep are.
The was not nice!
However we will come back nevertheless. read more

All in all a very good hotel, only the food leaves a bit to be desired. Bread rolls in the early evening. Finally, the red wine warmer than the room temperature, as there's waitress pointed out, grabbed the glass and said quite rude it to be the case. read more
