The hotel lies in the middle of of a pine forest, isolated from the party mile, ideal for people who peace search. The hotel we have with half board booked, although only breakfast afterwards also could. The hotel is small, it is not a wild reserve the loungers by the pool necessary, since only few pool area use. The hotel guests were more from the older generation and mostly German. read more

    The room and the bathroom were big enough and very clean, simply equipped with a balcony. Unfortunately no air conditioning, mini bar only works if you have a cable at the front desk transferred for borrows. ( we have a simple computer-flex of at home bring along, is also ;-) ) also the safe you could pay rent.

    The breakfast was ok, the dinner was quite onesided and took some getting used to. The only thing which tasted to some extent were fries and noodles the also as well as every day on the menu were. Without salt and pepper was not much, the food was very bland and all tasted pretty much the same. The hotel's chef are otherwise large friends' meatballs'. There was a 'bulgarian evening' but not really the other evenings has distinguished itself. Drinks are not in the half board with included, only for breakfast are water, coffee, tea and various' juices' included.

    The reception staff were friendly, also the cleaning crew on the rooms were always nice. Only the staff in the restaurant was not very motivated. The rooms were very clean, there was always fresh towels and you could get free beach towels and sun screens borrow. The staff speaks good English but also German. Additionally gave it still to a doctor to certain consulting hours in the hotel was.

    The pool was clean, however the water very cold. It were enough chairs available, no animation or something like that. There was a ping pong table, an internet room, a massage room and a hairdresser ( but it was not used by us)

    to the beach it are 5 to 10 minutes walk, depending on how fit you in the stairs is ;-) the' center' it was about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. Right at the hotel there was a small kiosk where you coerced supply, however are the prices higher than in the center, which however didn't mean that it's expensive! The free beach of the hotel guests can be used is rather garbage and on the way there fly also now and then very strict smells in the nose. If architectural masterpieces like, can directly at the beach unfinished buildings from torn down hotels look. You can neighboring beach, the Riviera beach resort benefits, this however only if you entry/ respectively for a beach chair is charged. This is secure and in any case clean.

For people, that are looking for peace and relaxation great. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Every evening a musician (no solo entertainer, no animation) and has major music booms in pleasant volume played. If you wanted you could the dance. In the restaurant there was no crush, there were in any case sufficiently seats available. At the buffet was well refilled. There was every evening fries, pasta, pizza, different vegetables and meat/ fish. Fruit, ice and cakes/ cake were missing in the evening also not. The way to the beach goes over approximately 45 steps to the ... main street ( from there very good connection after Varna), then turn right around 300 meters street along walk, again 90 steps down and you are at the free beach. The stairs are all under trees and easy to walk. The beach is a bit hard to get used to. We have the open door to the beach of the Riviera-clubs and the free part besieged. At this point it is quite fast in the deeper water - Beware small children! Especially to be highlighted are the perfect knowledge of German at the front desk. read more

We were already the 9. in the Kini park. It is an informally run hotel with very lots of regular guests. Because we the first guests in the hotel on opening we know the family very good. We always felt comfortable. read more

Unfortunately 12 days the same food and very overcooked. Over half of the guests were Russians, food adjusted to it. The hotel is very peaceful and clean. The way to the beach very tiring. Many Sections at the beach are neglected. read more

For late sleepers were less suitable, as the breakfast buffet unfortunately only from 7:30 to goes \u2639 Is a bit too short, if you stay longer in the evening/ at night on the way was. Only the ( service-) staff, their job and work it is, everything (dishes, cutlery and etc.) from the table to vacate, pulled no so much likeable face \u2639 but only a few, thus not all! They are very family-friendly-for all age groups! As well as the hotel bar outside for the later stay the day completely amusing can be-) but unfortunately has ... also the pool only from 9:00 until 18:00 o'clock open - simply too little \u2639 Rather later and later open! But who from the hotel at the beach included promenade to the shopping would like, should in another hike from 2a 3 kilometer (one way!) calm-for the one that is not, but for the other that is nothing at all. Apart from that a very nice hotel with friendly staff, almost all right good German language skills have-) And no matter what for questions, you can almost everything answer-) Apart from that it was a completely ausreichrender stay with all the bells & whistles, which belonged to it, if you know, what you're getting into and what to expect-the rest is recruitment - respectively Took some Getting used to! read more

Small but fine hotel, peaceful location. 15 minute walk to the romping around life on the strandmeile and 10 minutes' walk to the beach. The beach is a way with stairs, down fast, up a little difficult-but training is everything! The rooms are good and clean! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are rich and diverse and if it is not-you're not at home, it is another country! schmalzbrot should you prefer at home eat!     Very friendly staff. We could make ourselves understood, in German and English and with hands and feet, there is always a way. The staff could a little German and/or English, we have no word bulgarian. Room service, great! Laundry service and doctor are available, booked this but not needed.

We were with 6 friends (26 to 33) in the hope of a party holiday. The hotel is very peaceful and a bit isolated (15-20 minutes walk to the party mile and beach). It was ideal for us, since we during the day at the beach and at night to celebrate on the party mile on the way were. In the hotel we were pleased about the peace and quiet and restful sleep. The food wasn't particularly, but more than adequate. Service in the hotel was perfect, on wishes and suggestions were taken seriously. The staff were always friendly. At ... the front desk you can completely in german. The beach was beautiful. Water was warm and mostly clean. Only a day seemed the water quite trash and algae loaded to be. From the party mile we were a bit disappointed, since almost exclusively younger crowd there was and lots of shops only sparsely attended, but one could still have fun. For the audience from 25 you should probably to another time go there. This told us several discothekenbetreiber. Or one drives, as we, again on the Ballermann \u263a Problems with 'aufdringlichen' women we could all't watch. The gold beach is really to be sure. So at least we happened. read more

- as it no air conditioning there, it is way too hot in the rooms and in the morning for breakfast. - the oranges and the apple juice in the morning from the machine isn't recommendable, didn't taste. There is no milk for the coffee, only the milk for cereal. - the soups during dinner taste delicious but the different food you have to like. - if you are going to the promenade would like, it is a piece of to walk furthermore are the stairs the one down and back up to run must, quite steep. - Always ask ... for a receipt require if one for example after a telephone call at the front desk paid. I wanted, that I twice pay! - the women at the front desk can speak good German, all other not Sunday - not the beverages with of the pool bar buy-' way too expensive'. Positive: -front desk very friendly, check-in and check-out smooth (also German channels) Room and bathroom big enough. Pool pleasant temperature. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. Negative: Hotel somewhat remote, on foot to the beach 10 to 15 minutes, steilweg last 30 meters. Mornings in the room a little too warm, as no air conditioning. read more

For older people the peace and quiet search and still are light on their feet an ideal Resort. Currency Exchange in the hotel not recommendable. Musical entertainment in the evening in restaurant could be improved. Good value for money. read more

The Kini Park Hotel is in the price-performance -proportion good. It is on the edge of the gold beach still in the forest location. For couple, as well as families it is recommendable nonetheless as the Kini Park Hotel on a quiet and comfortable hotel and alcoholic, parties, as well as pushy salesmen, swindler or pickpockets are not to be found. -who in ' young groups arrive and rather wants to make party has a about 20 minutes Fußmasch to the center. You can in this hotel however well its intoxication sleep in, because also during the day rather peace ... prevails. The beach is in about 10 minutes to reach. So if you for 'the' money quiet but great vacation want, then you are in the Kini Park Hotel in good hands. Oh, the predominant part of the guests are German. With the Russians you don't problem, although (as everywhere) represented. In the whole hotel information any type in German Font and almost everyone employee spoke German. Change money at best only in the hotel as you certainly is not crappy to be. In the center there were a lot of hairdressers the better courses offer, but it is a lot of fake money in the circulation and ' internal fees' there is in the hotel- Currency Exchange also not. Food was overcooked, unappetizing-cuisine week mess-remainders eat Ice uncooled mud, fruit overripe partly putrid. Coffee for breakfast not enjoyable. At the beach to reach one must be fit! read more

Very well run hotel, the boss or the son are always on location and take care of the guests. Everything is clean and maintained. The food was very, very good, we were satisfied all around and can only recommend the hotel. read more
