Beautiful and large hotel area with a wonderful location however leaves the hotel to the end of the season more and more after, that means there is no animation more and the quality of the buffet after (cold, hardly varied). At the end were only 6 people in the hotel, which one in my opinion prevent by closes early and not a/two weeks open and in every corner foggy. I thought it was a very good the rooms, our family room was very good equipped with a sanitary bathroom, as well as two tvs, a connecting door and two balcony. ... Also beautiful is the beach, the really is very nice and perfectly suitable for infants. There are shops many ( Dolmuş drive to avsallar 1 euros).
In short:
Hotel in very good condition, however I would recommend it in the summer to go if more people and more animation take place! read more

Unfortunately too many russians. Staff too young, not trained, totally overwhelmed and partly very rude. No coffee spoons, plastic plates to the ' coffee, dirty tables and tablecloths. Glasses and mugs often very dirty. A great shame, the last 2 years at all no comparison. But the most beautiful beach and a very nice beach bar.

Very friendly staff velvet chef. At the celebration in the à-la-carte restaurant we were well served. Also in the restaurant the staff were always make an effort and friendly. The beautifully terraced spaces for sunbeds with a view of the sea is beautiful, also there was always very clean. The cleaning of the rooms was also to our complete satisfaction daily done. We have this hotel not booked, but are unfortunately there we were, because our booked hotel not yet open had. We had 14 days vacation booked, are in the ALARA star but only 2 nights remained. Afterwards we are on a private request changed. The hotel the room in hotel ALARA star was never ever worth 5 stars, rather 3. hygiene know the there apparently not. Mugs and glasses are under the water tap with the fingers' clean 'and directly again used.' delicious'!
Another item was the many Russians. In the 2 days we have perhaps a handful German ... seen. There were truly 95% Russians in the hotel. A beautiful atmosphere was for German not given, since of course everything in Russian has been made, like for instance the shows and the entertainment.
A beach right on the hotel does not exist. There is only cliffs with platforms to loungers. To the sandy beach one came only after a hike over approximately 250 meters. This is then also directly below the main street. Once again a super' atmosphere'!

We had actually the hotel ALARA park but locally decided on the ALARA star transferred which also problem-free succeeded, although the hotel was nearly full, but as regular guests we had probably a small bonus. (in the ALARA star we have already had many times vacation and will appreciate it much because of its great location and the pleasant staff. the hotel is this year with new Carpeted floors and the offer on Ultraall inclusive expanded. For five star too dirty. We had dirty bathroom, after complaining we were allowed to move still not, because they had no other rooms. For breakfast there was every day eggs (fried, boiled, etc.) and rolls, no large selection; we have already seen a different choice in Fünfsternehotels in Turkey. Lunch and dinner were Okay, enough choice for all. The sandy beach was about five minutes. Conclusion: this hotel in Turkey five stars not deserved. read more

Beautiful holiday in a fantastic bay
Very good beach holiday with a unique sunset, nice weather every day. Sometimes loud, because the russians to in the morning drink. Not for old people, we recommend alara, since it is much nicer and quieter.
Great bays invite to relax. Boat tours with kaptan Mehmet, that was a hammer! It was so nice, that we the trip 3-have done (very cheap). Always friendly furnishings in, which the cushions takes! Sandy beach is however also super nice. Very big complex with the alara star, alara west and alara. Furthermore a super beach bar with ... the best burgers and snacks at lunch!
We were very satisfied and we will again in this hotel holiday. Guaranteed! read more

Nice hotel in a very good location with many bays and beautiful clean sandy beach. Check-in was not so welcome, as we would have expected, but okay. The room was large and nicely equipped, our bed sheets were changed every day. read more
