The hotel is located not far from the city center Bad Kissingen (10 minutes on foot). Although it is older, but in good shape and comfortably furnished. Our room was huge with bed (separate mattresses), sofa, 2 armchair, closets, tv and small kitchen with a fridge. Only the bathroom was very small. Everything but very clean.
Dinner was very good. But: in our arrangement, you could from 3 main courses select. Since there was so fine meus are, could it be, that perhaps something is not present. Also the breakfast was very good, however prevailed with the staff huge hecticness ... with the filling up of the buffet and relain- of the tables.
The spa area includes a very small pool; the sauna is nice and adequate. Treatments we didn't done.
In our opinion recommendable in particular in connection with entry in the kissalis thermal baths, which the best are, we know. read more

Everything was great, were very satisfied, food was good, gladly again - only the sauna area opens only starting from 5:00 p. m., i found that not so great, because between treatments could be used, pool is great! The rooms are spacious, the only drawback the me very didn't bother is, the long hot shower must-nerve-otherwise does not exist's to moan. read more

The staff are above average friendly and helpful, the spa area is very nice, newly renovated and very inviting! We were with a child (7) on the way, the hotel room was a reasonable size, in the wellness area it was also accepted and in the restaurant one has him as an independent person treated. The sauna is on early sunday morning extra for us turned on and we enjoyed our time until check out really exhausted. We searched more than comfortable and the hotel with our next stay in Bad Kissingen certainly stay there again!

Have in this hotel four days wellness holiday and limited someone from of the family surprised, also here was.
The hotel normally stylish, a bit dated, but it was very attractive. Welcome friendly, it would have been nice, if (end 7. month pregnant) at least someone had offered, the luggage from the car outside the front door to into the lobby to bring, since here the only way over large stairs (about 40 steps in sum) is. Then the elevator to the rooms-floor was not a problem. The check in was short, but friendly and supreme, all important information about ... the house, times, offer for everyone. If questions about possibilities in town, dates, etc. Were friendly, however somewhat chaotic toilett, here it is clear improvement!
My room on the 3. floor was okay, you could certainly make it more attractive. Classic single room with single bed (i am again and again surprised, that it still is ), flatscreen tv, desk plus armchair and pantry kitchen-this open right next to the door, the works in a house in this price range, inappropriate (in the double rooms the pantry in the cabinet inserted, which makes much more!). The bathroom was tiny, but clean and adequate. A small balcony was also, so in sum more than adequate.
The spa area (pool, saunas, relaxation areas in the basement, beautyfarm in the dg) are very modern, simple but nice, clean and attractive. It makes everything a small, but sufficient and reliable impression. The pool is very nice, pleasant for swimming especially the counter-current system, a asks a question. The massages and treatments, which i had, were very pleasant, also the family with its very satisfied. Merely the organization is not ideal, but probably more the front desk is exceedingly. All treatments booked, unfortunately but appointments, rooms or references like for instance on the pregnancy not or incorrect to the behandlungsteam deployed. That's a pity and again not to of the hotel rough and got more stony toward.
The food was very good - breakfast buffet attractive and with plenty of choice, special requests (eggs, coffee.) Very well done. The perfect picture the staff but not, much empty and only on demand refilled (rolls, sausage, yogurt.). All together however adequate, fresh and tasty for a good start to the day. Dinner was also good, in my opinion, were the ingredients very fresh, there is enough selection and interesting creations. Partially developed the chef was however a dynamic on the card also, the me too much been if i vegetables to eat and no court with saitan order, although it also a such is, then i would also no saitan in my food, but vegetables. But as small deficiency, as well as a somewhat chaotic service.
On foot you are from the hotel within a few minutes in the town, in the kurpark and at the saale movement is good! Also, a day trip in the kiss salis therme (approximately 10 minutes by car, a wonderful area with many pools and saunas, very well designed ) is worthwhile absolutely!
The days in Bad Kissingen good and well done, the residence von dapper could be a bit of its service work, it is for sure not just a good, but a perfect hotel choice! read more

Once dapper. Never more dapper!
We thought, that it would be nice after the wedding a couple more days the drinks to enjoy. Unfortunately we made the mistake in the dapper to try!
We expected, that one in Germany with 4 stars can't go wrong. As we knew the dapper but not yet.
5 days for 1000€ and nothing to get is not a good deal!
The reception the receptionist was very nice and friendly. This was the exception, the rule confirmed.
The 2-room suite was on the first glance huge. Since we had however the bathroom still not seen. ... Since it was mega tiny (blue stains-risk with every movement).
Unfortunately overcome the first, quite good, impression every hour.
- the to the room ordered snack was a frozen pizza.
- the dinner in the 'gourmet vital' kitchen was unseasoned 'bing' food from the microwave. Not only the, obviously, there was no chef present also only a bit to ensure, as on the table of the guests arrives.
- the spa treatments were laughable (i say this as the expert!). They went from the 'laber' -massage therapist on the ' kältesauna' to 'spider webs' - pärchenbadewanne.
- the cleanliness in the room left nothing to the imagination.
- which one needed was just ' not in the house' ( for example slippers, ketchup.)
What makes the kitchen if one child thereby is and ketchup wishes?
- the breakfast buffet has definitely not everything the 4-star heart desires.
-'candelight dinner'? It is expensive, only, because three candles instead of candles on the table are.
Would not have thought that something wax so expensive can. Apparently a 4-star award.
- contacts over the phone with the front desk was an adventure.
Mostly there was no dial tone after take off. With a bit of luck then, you could have your concerns pose. It was thus promised a call back. If the recall as time came the fun went however only loosely.
The telephone rang, i took off, and the telephone rang up further.
I tried a to discuss during me always the telephone into the ear rang. I had the phone in hand and spoke. The lady at the reception also. The ring (the obviously broken telephone) was simply louder than all our efforts.
It may now petty sound, but a new phone seems to me a very skilled and quite cheaper-way such complaints to avoid.
- the ' kopffett' from the previous person on the end of the collar burst and we complained.
Is so about better 'slide'?
Joke on page. It simply cannot be done. Cleanliness and hygiene were absolutely indispensable.
In every hotel!
Unfortunately, we had to a learning. For complaints in a 4 star hotel is probably none responsible and the bill is just as high as in the 'good' hotel.
We will in future with this hotel to be an absolute plus. read more

We stayed here for our honeymoon night there. The receptionst helped us welcomed in a friendly manner and us all the information given, the important for us were. The room was big. We had 2 rooms and 1 bathroom. In the room was a dining area and a seating area and tv. The 2. room was the bedroom. The bathroom was for our needs big enough. We also had a balcony. Since we the arrangement ' snuggle for lovers' booked, we got in the evening a candelight dinner with fixed menu, which i without any problems change let could, as ... i did not like the friend of goat cheese am. The food was very good. We were very satisfied. The wellness area we could couldn't use, since we through the wedding late eigecheckt had. The breakfast in the morning we got to the room. We had depending on taste select all, what we wanted. It was missing then but our desired orange juice. A phone call at reception downstairs and 2 minutes later was directly someone with our juice since. All in all we were very satisfied and can only recommend it. read more

All in all a nice hotel with friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere.
The ladies at the reception are particularly friendly and reacted immediately on the wishes and, where appropriate, revise the spa times. Rooms are super equipped and very spacious. Wellness and spa area really great.
Only in the restaurant you lose the 'relaxation'. For breakfast left the cleanliness to be desired (tables were not cleared away on time and to set up). Also at the buffet you had to long on full plates waiting, as well as fresh coffee. During dinner verbereitete a young lady hectic, this was ... very unpleasant and made us nervous. Very friendly however was a young brunette lady, despite not long seniority was very hard. Also the food is improved-belongs to the fish just a piece of lemon, the garzeiten were 'slightly' over the point (tough Gulasch or-dried out fish).
For a short break i would definitely book it again, the food is okay- but not a must \u263a read more

My girlfriend and I stayed last weekend in the residence von dapper. We had the package 'body & soul' for 199 €.
Check in: the man at reception was friendly, but behavior. It us very fast everything to us and our room key vomit.
Room: it is small, door handles are worn, the shower stall is no four-star standard. However is the room clean and nicely decorated.
Spa and wellness area: is very small. The pool is about 7 times 3 meters large. More than 2 people can not swim. Also a steam room and the saunas are small. But ... to the right time of day ( after 18 o'clock), so little is the matter. The beauty arrangements find on time instead. However one noticed the stress of the staff and more or less processed. With relaxation the little to do.
Breakfast: the buffet was small, but rich in different offers.
Dinner: in the price included was a 3-course menu. The appetizer ( pumpkin soup) and the desert (two mousse and waldbeerensoße ) were very good. The main course (I fish with lauchgemüse and mohnschupfnudeln ) was bad. The fish was still pink, the vegetables salty, the torpedo noodles not made. Of which I was really disappointed. My friend chose a parmesansteak with vegetables and serviettenknödel. It was the meat dry and vegetables still hard.
Environment: it is 5 minutes' walk from the city center away.
Check out: whilst checking out counted the hotel 30 Euro per person too much from. We reklmaierten immediately and got the money back. An apology we received but not.
Altogether were both days oK, but again I will not travel any longer there. read more
