A very nice vacation with an extremely good value for money.
The central location, the free car park were beside the price for us the reservation reason and
Off course the reviews of the guests. We didn't get disappointed. And can only recommend the hotel. read more

The hotel was good, the food could have been better (with the exception of the breakfast, but were missing fat reduced offers). Hotel, room and restaurant are in a very good condition and very clean, the staff nice and courteous. Strange but i found the fact that i on the day of departure after a morning rewarding returning to discover, that already the bed changed and the towels were changed were, although i the room until 11 o'clock could use. read more

Very cozy hotel, friendly staff. The cleaning staff should however rather go on a course are sent to learn how the staubersauger use the always good when dragging. Towels on the floor beach chairs you should rather change as they again nice tidy together holidaymakers and then attach!
If that were disregarded it was ok.
The parking space is also a bit of a challenge if you are not a small car runs. read more

The villa neander absolutely recommend.

A very nice, informally run hotel in the middle of in the pedestrian area from Binz.
We had the ' Rügen to get ' offer, that means€ 284/ person for 7 nights included half board and 1 piece cakes in the afternoon.
Shops and the Baltic Sea are right on the doorstep or only a stone's throw away. Ideal!
Since we at the beginning of november there were, of course the use the beach and many other possibilities for recreation at this time of the year strongly limited.-)
Has but also its benefits, as the place is not ... so crowded.
The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.
For our small son was extra a very new travel cot with a good mattress set up, together with pillows and ceiling. Great!
As one of the apartments had, we had plenty of space, so that our son even in ' its ' room sleep and we bedroom had to ourselves.
The rooms even were very tidy, even if a bit old-fashioned (green) furnished.
In the morning, there was a absolutely sufficient breakfast with fresh rolls and all kinds of toppings like sausage, äse, meat- and eggs salad, as well as muesli, cereal etc.
Since there was nothing to to moan.
The really only point of criticism would be the dinner.
Too lots of dishes, the simply not fresh and well prepared may be.
Take the half until three-quarter and then every day fresh cooking and additives or doses do.
We are now very much emphasis on quality and preparation!
A steak, which i on the first evening had ordered, was a fertiggewürzmischung seasoned and suboptimal fried. The quark to baked potatoes seemed also a finished product.
The rahmschnitzel on next evening was unfortunately also not better.
The sauce from some flavor enhancers together 'built'. The Schnitzel in the deep fryer prepared! no-go!
The solid worldy/omelets swam in fat. And the fried potatoes were bright and glassy. The frozen fish (cod) my husband session petersielienkartoffeln had a thick skin!
Excuse me, but that is simply not!
I would hope, that in future rather only 10 dishes on the menu is possible, but fresh.
Oh, from the cakes should also not be expected, that he every day freshly made!
We would go there again, this time only with breakfast. Nevertheless it was a great stay in the Hotel Villa neander! read more

From 14-18. november 2012 we spend for the 4. time in this hotel 'villa neander' our short stay. As always it was really enjoyed. The room and the apartment were in a very clean state. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. A special compliment also to the kitchen. The food was very good. The breakfast offer was diverse and plentiful.
