A wonderful break, great service, the staff is very friendly, food super! Who finds here nothing... This is not to help. The management (even though and stellenvertretende even though) is always on the club area to find and is always accessible. The beach was not very inviting, but in the previous storm located. read more

Bravo! We were thrilled this beautiful club. The friendliness and quality, especially in the restaurant can manch' other club could learn a lot! We were always well taken care of. And if this buffet nothing delicious finds, which is simply not to help. Only in the bar should you like to have a little practice and above all a bit sooner. The area fitness is excellent; courses and equipment great and was only from the event physyolates exceeded. We know this concept and are therefore in this club traveled. Susanne botzenhart understands it in a very charming way to personal ... maximum output to motivate. Thus ergenisse already after a few units spür and visible. Our overall 6. clubaufenthalt in 6. club. So we can reasonably compare, i would say. As often described here, the hotel is relatively large, altogether about 300 rooms spread over about 8' houses' the the complex are spread out. Wlan gives it in vain (very positive-the first club where i experienced, exemplary ) even if it not always and everywhere works (best directly at the small shop, where all the ' daddeln' meeting). Many golfers of course, as it in Agadir 4 golf courses gives, where you great golfing can (more in the Albrecht golfführer on the web). Age structure ... was rather exquisite, as we off vacation time were there, were very few children there. Yet the kids food were satisfactory used on a daily basis and the few kids entertained. This club is an all-inclusive club, so (almost) all drinks at the bar and in the café free. Completely supply guaranteed. If you stay hungry or who's not tasted, lives at home probably from the golden plates and would anyway wrong. read more

    We had a double room with a sea view and were by the size and facilities very pleased. Beds great, bathroom very big, balcony (hardly used) large with sea view the sun... Tv with german tv (1 hour time difference means, one can before dinner at 19:30 o'clock there still at 20 o'clock (d time) the news look). Mini bar was empty, you could by ( zahlpflichtigen ) service you can fill up, but why, if it in the cafés everything always gives? Area as mentioned, quite spacious, we were in block ' atlas' what close to the spa was, but far away from the beach, bothered us but not. But it was very quiet and we have marvelously slept.

    In the main restaurant, breakfast (buffet, wide choice, many healthy cereals, fruit-strawberries in march, the delicious taste, juices, everything wonderful) and dinner (also theme nights such as in other clubs), always something delicious for everyone, fish, chicken, little meat, delicious salads & side dishes and desserts, of course). Everything was very good. I once again incomprehensible, as people here about the food can complain. I don't know, what the home get... Monday evening 'black & white' gala dinner (with the people since only a bit nicer dressed, the food was just delicious as otherwise). At the beachfront restaurant (with good weather, was with us not always given) the lunch is served and the subsequent snackline. In the sun delicious things with nice tourists eat, in addition of nice people to be served-lovely! Of course, tips were welcome, i don't know, what the people deserve, but generally i think such a recognition of performance yours lieblingskellners or cleaning the room of course. And certainly deserves i more than on the ground.

    Großartigster service! So a warmth i have experienced. And a genuine warmth, lots of guests even with hug and kiss in the restaurant welcoming-and you can see, that the employees gladly to work there. The club is also from (their own teaching) so we saw many (very young) waiters/inside and it is also very friendly and helpful. While we were there the club was half full (circa 400 guests) and, of course, congested it already times in the restaurant, but we had always a nice place and were always served excellent. That sometimes is missing (as here often people) didn't disturb me not at all, mostly quickly brought, that on the kochtheken line, because it is precisely freshly prepared will, nor. One comes with the neighbors to chat and is on vacation - typical club just. Complaints: The only complaint we had was, that our door was broken, this was very quickly repaired. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. I would smooth 7 stars. So especially nice warm people as we had still nowhere (but also in the other clubs very nice people gave, but here it was still 'special'). We have also so nice met some guests, it was also very. The motto ' holiday under & with friends' fits here wonderful...

    Next to the (almost usual) offered to the fitness (pilates, Zumba, aerobics, work out, etc.) Found in the week a special issue of 'healthy back' instead of - very good coach from Germany locally and several special appointments. I have although it is only an appointment notice, found the but very inspiring. Besides i played golf, due to the weather (3 days rain, rather unusually, as you told us) not as often as i wanted to, however therefor were the two male much nicer. Also i used the possibility, the golf clubs, driving range to use. Because of the bad weather we daily the spa area use (2 saunas, 1 indoor pool). Unfortunately too few beach chairs, but usually are not all vacationers there, as soon as the weather was better, it was pretty empty since. 1 massage we had-a sport massage, with the best i've ever had (very 'firm'). Furthermore, a hamam day could, we didn't use. In the spa as small, but okay with 5 stars here. As everywhere he convinced especially again by the pleasant staff! After dinner you can meet at the bar (during the day, the 'moorish café') and piffles, drinks and (possibly) dances. Partly but unfortunately very loud music (and sometimes really horrible disco sample noise, i can really no more than music designate). Unfortunately (and that is my main criticism of the scheme) must in the bar smoking and unfortunately it is the german smokers shameless from-the air is therefore to cut. So it is so, that the non-smoking on the doorstep are... I personally completely incomprehensible, as the club that permits (also many of the entertainers smoking inside at the bar), is for a german run club unusual. Clear Marocco not the eu and therefore be other laws, but that is just abolished-i appeal to the common sense of the clubleitung to change. And the smokers seems like it-perhaps as' last bastion of freedom '? I even saw people (only smelled) so is outrageous, in the restaurant at the bar a cigar light and all its smell and your ego awkard. You could say-but the club nothing, but i think it is. Nuff said. Perhaps you think there after. Unfortunately therefore 2 points deduction...

    Approximately 30 minutes away from the airport at the beach with the other 5 stars hotels next door. Allegedly only hotel with direct access to the beach (?) But with the advantage, that one the final hotel in front of the royal palace is, so one should the beach (very wide, unfortunately partly garbage-comes from the sea washed ashore and will be probably more frequently cleaned) only towards the Agadir walk along. Circa 5 kilometer to get there. This you know so always, when you have a hotel has achieved on the way back (at least if the palastwachen quaver). Hotel offers very nice sand chairs area (the public) with scarcely beside it convenient beach bar (where you also the service offers). To the golf courses many transfers (for free), and you are about minutes there. We were (still) not in Agadir, therefore, i can't say, but a walk on the beach to Marina should be worth it. We make sure next time. Overall, we were the location very good, everything is quite spread out, but you must the food also again from coaching. 2 outdoor pools (supposedly heated, we were not in it, we found the but a bit too cool) with many pool chairs around it, also a 'lagoon' where in the evening music to sundowner is played. Everything very nice.

As alteigesessene robinson club tourists this club as rather below average rate. The condition the hotel was rather poor. In the pool broken corners, tattered joints, old ways. The garden neat and nice, as long as you are not on the heaps of garbage next to the club is, the unfortunately not through a abpflanzung was obscured. Bad, but possibly not typical was the dirty beach. Before our arrival it had rained and the sea was with garbage littered. Since like no swimming. In the evening you the restaurant komplimentiert, only possibility afterwards: the smoky, over-loud disco, in the valuables ... stolen, if you are not careful. The part of the clubleitung took care of these thefts not, on the contrary, first it was not anybody attainable, then almost a view discouraged and untruthful behaupetet, the police take cometic not contrary to. The service was friendly and tried hard and fast. Especially nice and good was the maid service. The rooms were very clean and tidy! The spa with indoor swimming pool was a robinsonanlage not worthy. Super small changing rooms, overpriced bad massage, hammam unacceptable (small closet with uncomfortable small platform-bad, laienhafte application). The massagezeit was not by long way to the room, tea, circuitous einführungsprozeduren and ' ausruhzeit' reached. At 19:00 o'clock one was downright thrown out, so that the employees the spa could use. The food was delicious, but essentially always the same. The times were meticulously kept, that means indicated minutenschlag there was no more coffee! With an all-in club probably but also necessary. Super was the fitness center! Nice attention and good courses. The opening hours were however also only after desire and mood of the staff complied with. There was no intervention/control the part of the clubleitung. Conclusion: here the guest is not king, but the management/staff. read more

We had a very nice week in Robinson Club Agadir. Sport program was, as always great-expandable the in any case catering trade range: after we after three order still at an empty table (we know the tables from other clubs always set nicely including drinks), we have the waiters escorted and our wine even concerned. The f&b director seems unfortunately the problem not really to have recognized: instead of a nice apology there was a kick-off, why we the wine at the kellnerstation request. The same scenario at breakfast-the f&b director was meanwhile a serene picture at the entrance of ... the restaurant from-always on his cell phone. So, there seems a bit more care and instruction helpful-also at food was the delight significantly low. Equally irritating is the aforementioned smoker's bar-non-smoking area is offside on the 1. floor - thus away from the stage/dance floor and in the remaining also not completely free from the 'physics' smoke rising just now top, also in Marocco ☺. Positive at the bar was the tea ceremony with 'food', the us in the best way supplied-thank you for a successful migration to Agadir! All around we can the club obviously recommend, 'to do's' arise only in the gastronomy area. Lots of fun on vacation! read more

Great complex, ideal for a relaxing and/or sporting kurzurlurlaub with the entire family. The spa offer (massage and beauty treatments - high quality). Youth workers are great. Tennislehrerin is great. Entertainment has some catching up to do. Unfortunately the beach is southbound locked, that means no possibility for long beach walks. From the overall impression (feeling) a bit different than the other rcs, even if we didn't really fix could, why. read more

The hotel is very well-kept and spacious, so you must always a piece of walk, but that is not an issue, if you Robinson bay, because usually you want anyway much sport make. We (both over 40) felt very young felt, since many older in the club. Many golfers, the evening in shell geschmissen to have, but fashionably rather solid and not quite up to date.     Prior to we have the reviews read and were on nothing special great food prepared. However, we were very satisfied. Multiple live cooking stations, much healthy and fresh, affectionately on plates. We suspect, that the bad reviews of families, the also typical universe inclusive food and on vacation dearest usual food in big portions

    All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, despite buffet were for breakfast drinks outside it and actively asked. Front desk helpful, not always very competent, the entire staff in the club was friendly, only exception is the golfrezeption. The spa also friendly, but not very able employees

    The sports coaches were all very motivated and motivating, great was the sports boss. We have the week because of the stress management events and would have only less overlap to other sports desired. Great would have been, more courses outside to do this. In the pool we were not, since we anyway every day a lot of sport and for swimming then better in the sea were. Chairs were always sufficiently available also at the beach. The only drawback was the bar, the seemed old fashioned and sterile

Large area. Everything makes a very well maintained and clean impression. Wifi is in the public area inclusive. Catering was all inclusive. Only for beverages on a special card had to be paid extra.     Room size and condition completely okay. The same applies to the furnishings, minibar was not filled, but drinks were managed by a written order, the one at the front desk have to give, for the next be ordered. In my opinion no guest-friendly system. As you should in other hotels ask, as the lithe cannot solve.

    Main restaurant with very nice terrace and a beach restaurant, in which lunch dishes offered (service). All in buffet form. In addition against an extra charge in the moorish café serve a set menu. Cleanliness and hygiene everything was, as far as i can judge that, flawless. Since the restaurant in several rooms of different size divided, you could the atmosphere (large and a bit loud or small and somewhat low) ultimately choose your own. Also pleased the staff, as also in the bar, on a tip. The breakfast was not to exceed. Dinner was also good, however, i had the impression, that several evenings the same fish with a different name. Since, i would have in a hotel at the sea but a somewhat larger offer, or expected more variety.

    The friendliness of the staff really is in the positive sense worth mentioning. This is all for all service employees and workers. At the room cleaning there was nothing to complain about. Only missing from time to time a towel.

    I have mainly played golf. The seats were mostly good. Organisation the hotel and the bus transfer worked well. Pool, beach chairs and so on. Were all in good condition. Gym was well equipped. Equipment are in accordance with the state of today's technology.

    The complex is right next to broad public sandy beach. Transfer from the airport takes about 35 minutes. Walk to Marina from Agadir with appropriate the offer for restaurants and shops so about 5 kilometer. is a nice walk. If that's too far, can also to taxis go back.

Unfortunately, we were very dissapointed. We had first a baby package ordered and hoped, it in the room to find. Instead, nobody knew a bit and at the front desk also knew nobody, which as a baby package includes. Finally we got the baby cot in the evening around 20:00, which had as a consequence, that our baby until then under constant guard on the bed had to sleep. The 1st day was gone. Our 2. room was until 20:00 after we insisted several times matters (we immediately why we have 5 heard) not cleaned and we had ... to then in a dirty room. The suite was in desolate condition ( glasfuß the lamp at the corners broken, wood the couchtischs with sharp edges, on the bedside table was missing a walking.). Whilst checking out our bags were forgotten, so that almost the bus without us threats would be. Nobody interested to. Generally was the handling of complaints extremely unprofessional. Fantastically are the garden and the view of the beautiful dunes. The spa is uncomfortable and the staff unfriendly. A shame Robinson, it could have been so beautiful. read more
