Hotel Swissotel Zürich^{(4 stars)}

As swiss on family visits with my daughter had as a double room at the corner, great view on Zürich. The spa is great, the pool on the 32. floor gorgeous. We had a massage and a pedicure, both very good and not expensive. The breakfast buffet is unparalleled, many organic products, 8 different types of bread, eggs, bacon, everything your heart desires, even good sparkling wine, Latte Macchiato. The staff were very helpful and competent and the hotel's location is excellent, directly at tram and train, only a few minutes by car up to the city. Overall we were ... very happy and we will in the early Ing again. The price was more than correct, for such a hotel almost too few. read more

Had a room in the 14 floor, if the window is opened, it is very noisy from the train station and the tram. The bathroom very small however also very clean. Room newly decorated, but the bed could be a bit bigger. For breakfast was everything available and in all areas very friendly staff. read more

For business trips and short-term stays in Zürich very suitable. The hotel is centrally located and is the public transportation easy to reach. However is the bathroom, even if you just for one night remains, way too small. read more

Great hotel with wonderful traffic connection. Interesting restaurant with of high quality quality and fantasy. Very friendly staff. Only drawback was little space in the bathroom. Best, very stylish facilities, even with espresso machine. read more

Extremely friendly and helpful service in a good hotel. Outstanding was the breakfast buffet. An excellent traffic connections is given extra. The spa area is compact but with an outstanding view. The bathroom is the furniture good, but very small. read more

Recommendable hotel with a good connection to the city, train trip to main station only 2 stops. Breakfast was really varied and delicious. Although expensive hotel, but for Zürich appropriate. Spa facilities includes 1 pool, 1 steam bath and 1 sauna with 65 degrees read more

Although I Member of the swissotel circle am, this not a soul interested in. I paid by reka cheques. Were only reluctant to taken. A staff the front desk was suspicious and I believed him wrong checks under + be jubilant. Very unfriendly check-out. No ambience and be comfortable in this hotel. read more

The pool and sauna area on the 32. Floor, the great breakfast and especially the extremely friendly staff have this stay very good made. Demanding guests as we would recommend the hotel without hesitation. read more

We had a " and " Grand lit a queen size bed (140 centimeter wide only) with a blanket get, so it wasn't a real double room. Second blanket we got without any problems. Room 1412 is not as advertised in the 14. Floor, but in. 6, this is all stupid and annoying! Spa nice, but rather sterile. As the families with children came, was almost impossible to swim... They are not from the exterior of this hotel put you off, inside it is great. Especially überzeut has the warm and friendly service. The room is quite small but good for a short stay perfectly adequate. The bathroom is small but clean. During our stay was the restaurant and the bar closed, because it is under construction. We got the breakfast around 31. Floor with a great view of Zurich and the flight with departing. The remodeling procedures was the breakfast a bit improvisert absolutely good. You could order eggs individually and the rest gave it at the buffet. ... Hot and cold. The pool on the top floor is not the highlight. Great is the transport links. The hotel is located in the district of Oerlikon directly at the train station. With a day pass you can all use public transport. In the city S-Bahn and tram in about 8-15 minutes depending on transport to the airport train about eight minutes. Directly in front of the hotel is a small shopping center with micros, McDonalds. Starbucks in the hotel. Garage at the hotel but very expensive. If you arrive by train. For our next stay in Zurich, we will definitely book this hotel again, as it unfortunately completely over the top prices in Zurich an absolutely affordable alternative. From the outside no beauty, however rather the only hochhausblock, the in the perimeter of Zürich to find. It is the view of the rooms great. The audience is international, airline crews, conference guests, businessmen and a few tourists. Access to the airport and the city center is with the S-Bahn from the train station oirlikon, directly opposite the hotel, great. Shops and restaurants are also in the immediate area available. The rooms are modernly furnished, the service is excellent, only the bathroom is a bit too small side. The choice for breakfast in the restaurant was good, everything was ... fresh and tasty. With good weather you can on the patio too for a small market place to sit and eat. A starbucks is also right from of the lobby to reach. read more

Not from the outside let this put you off. From lobby is it modern. Depending on the room type new room, otherwise at least in good condition and very neat. At least in the 'old' rooms are the bathrooms clearly too small! Hardly any movement free space, about 4/5 square meter inclusive bath etc. The hotel lies directly at the station oerlikon. Room great isolated. Of here you can all 5 bis10 minutes to Zürich respectively to the airport go. In both directions ever. Circa 10 minutes. Great fitness/spa on the top floor with a wonderful view on Zürich. Breakfast ... is fresh, however quite finished the rather small choice at the buffet not the usual price. Here there are various alternatives nearby. Starbucks right at the hotel. Overall great value for money for Zürich, central location and therefore recommend. read more
