The room was very large and clean. The internet connection wasn't very good, but we mostly in the lobby left (well). Otherwise, there were also many germans in the hotel, lots of families. read hotel review

The room is very large with kitchenette, ķühlschrank, tv, fireplace, and balcony. It was very clean, but not on the newest conditions.

We had booked with breakfast and we couldn't have the can save some money. However one must say, that it is for people who in the morning something more food certainly worth it can. One can everything with the room or to the slopes to take. It was missing for our taste the cocoa and chocolate spread, but there were freshly made waffles, cereal, bagels, donuts, erdnußcreme, honey, etc. The atmosphere with the breakfast was rather with a pension to compare, what we not thought it was bad, as it is a ski vacation was.

Skiausleihen is directly in the hotel possible, these we also used and is very convenient.

The two hot tubs were super, we to each day of use. The nice thing is, that you 10 meters of air line next to the slopes and almost out of the hot tub in the skiing can watch.

The hotel is directly on the slope, therefore also a bit farther away from whistler Village. However, the buses all 20-30 minutes directly from the hotel to the Village (drive so 10 minutes) distance to the airport about 2 hours.

The hotel is in the middle of the slopes of whistler. To the center goes every 30 minutes a shuttle bus, which can be used for free. The breakfast is ok, only the one in the reception of the hotel eat and while we were there also still at the same time the check-in area sattfanden. The rooms are pretty huge and have a full kitchenette and a large dining area. We had during our stay a fire alarm, so that we also times in the benefit of the local fire brigade to get to know. The settlement was very ... good organised by the hotel. read hotel review

On zielhang of the blackcomb mountain, approximately 350 meters oberhlab the valley station. Therefore ski in & out. Main reason for us again and again here: the two outdoor hot tubs and a large outdoor pool. Here you can evening is lovely with one or more doses beer and skiverrückten from all over the world on the ski areas unterhlaten. Breakfast in the quality to year unfortunately decreased significantly: no scrambled eggs more, none of the iconic sausage patties more. Funny: the canadians and americans diving for breakfast often in pajamas and barefoot on. Room nicely furnished, quite holzlastig, which ... for good atmosphere. In some places however times again of renovation. Who would like, can also the enormous grill at the pool (in winter as well!). Sufficient kitchenette in the studios and suites. read hotel review

This hotel is absolutely recommendable. It is right next to the slope. In the morning into the skis, at up to the hotel drive, undo and in the hot tub hop, couldn't be better! Breakfast is ok, but not outstanding, but it is enough. You'll be full. read hotel review

The hotel for me as a skiers an ideal location: bus stop in front of the entrance of the hotel all 15 minutes from 8:00 am until 01:15 at night in the town of Whistler and back. About 15 minutes driving. From the ski cellar with 10 steps on the piste and thus in 2 minutes in the valley and access to all other lifts. In 15 minutes on foot from the valley station Blackcomp on the slope the hotel is also reachable. (more 15 minutes of Whistler on Blackcomp to the hotel) altogether is the state of ... the hotel for the purpose of reasonable the color scheme and the furnishing is very rustic and a bit hard to get used to. A small kiosk for the coerced is in the hotel available. Unfortunately there was no bar and no restaurant in the hotel -a shame. Coffee but always available. Breakfast was American -toast, scrambled egg, jams, coffee, waffles, fruit -oh well. The breakfast room was the entrance hall. Beautiful is other. The room was big and clean and fully equipped: Gas fireplace, complete kitchen inclusive dishwasher, dishes and fridge, tv. The suites are provided with also over a balcony and some mountain views. Particularly beautiful after skiing: outdoor swimming pool and 2 hot tubs( whose who want to with a tin beer) the service skiing waiter was very good, the possibility ski rental available and the staff at reception always helpful. Who its expectations of the accommodation not too high sets is here in good hands. Who however a perfect accommodation in a top-condition is expected here disappointed. read hotel review

the hotel is in typical Canadian architectural style with a lot of wood and rocks multi-storey building, but very well into the landscape in and around Whistler a. It was certainly not the newest and in some places the renovation, is however for a skiing vacation a in my opinion almost ideal starting point. Directly in front of the hotel the drive free bus to Whistler (village) in the 15 minute intervals from 7:14 A. M. in the morning till late in the evening. Drive into the village about about 10 to 12 minutes, depending of them, such as ... lots of people hop out. With the first bus at 7:14 A. M. you to the gondola in Whistler, the one for the ' fresh tracks' from 7:30 A. M. transported to round house lodge, as long as we booked this fun. On the downside the hotel small Lobby, the breakfast is taken and not all guests at certain times enough room offers. read hotel review

We (my daughter and I) had a so-called Studio suite, so a room of about 30 square meters with bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (Oven, four hotplates, microwave, Sink, dishes, kettle etc.), electric fireplace, large flat screen TV and balcony on the ground floor. The room was very convenient and we have felt ourselves very well. It was not brand new but clean, in particular the bath pointed out no traces of use on. The only thing, which was missing, was a safe.

  • Gastronomy

Except breakfast will in the hotel no more food offered. The breakfast there are as a buffet consisting of scrambled egg, marmelade, Honey, muesli, fruit (apples, bananas, Orange or fruit salad), bread (toast and a mixture of white and brown bread) and waffles (must be alternatively made a waffle maker). As drinks to be coffee, tea, milk and juices ( orange juice and pomegranate juice) offered. The breakfast begins officially at 7:30 A. M. and ends around 10:00 A. M. officially. If you are up early and have a place to eat breakfast, you can better at 7:15 A. M., since the capacity for all hotel guests, 7:15 a. M. until 8:00 A. M. between breakfasts want is not sufficient (the no space to the time their breakfast also on the room). Those, which only and 9:00 A. M. for breakfast come, it could happen, that you don't get. The management of the hotel a solution develop, in order to develop a satisfactory condition.

check in and check out very quick and professional works, the day before the check out was a pre- Invoice by the management of the hotel in the room deposited, on the invoice details were noted. Other information on the hotel, etc. have been issued passports to lift immediately, although unfortunately also not always 100% correct, all in all we had however the impression, that the staff of the hotel hard-working was, the guests the stay so pleasant as possible to make. Further services, such as excursions we didn't use taken, complaints we didn't have any. The cleaning of the rooms was all right, although not perfect (Re-filling of coffee and tea was forgotten, once the exchange the towels only in the evening), the staff there were good dining and drinking options friendly.

  • Sport & Leisure
    5.0

The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool and several heated whirlpools, during the period, we were there, also looked for were. The internet was a password free access. Far the hotel features a gym, in which each of us can play, the skiing is not broken. The ski area is comparable with a small ski rental in Austria, in the not only the ski kept, but also minor repairs performed may be. I am not quite sure, if you rent skis and boots there, as we our own things with us. You should shop in the marketplace in Whistler, for emergencies it is in the hotel a kind of kiosk, the details such as chips, candy, and drinks results. A kids club or a discotheque in however in vain.

the hotel lies in the upper village of Whistler just outside the hustle and bustle of Olympia village almost at the end of the street and is ideal for those, the primarily skiing and secondly, quiet sleep. In the last or first January week in February, we were there, it was street the hotel to drive on, since it was free of snow and the bus had no problems, observe the timetable. At the street the hotel still other hotel complex, behind the hotel there is the ski slope, to the ski storage immediate achieved.

The hotel is situated slightly out of town, directly on the slope. So you can either eat in the place directly run down or give bus (bus stop directly in front of the front desk) select its objective. We had a room apartment with kitchenette and a sitting area, everything was great. The included large breakfast buffet was in a separate room and convival in the lobby or at the pool on the terrace, it was even strawberries, waffles and whipped cream. In this hotel are tolerated and delicious pets left convival. Located in Whistler, everything was available, what you ... are looking for: rejoicing, commotion, amusement, peace and tranquillity, a beautiful landscape and three great championship golf courses read hotel review

Very rustic - at the edge of the town, quiet archived

Introdution: us it was honestly too rustic. This hotel SciStore until just a few months than "Residence Inn by Marriott" - see also reviews under this Title - we had it from the hotel chain of hotels in Vancouver and actually reserved before we were a little shocked about this "total rusticity"! I have never seen so much coarse and untreated (or at least looking) wood as seen in this house-but the architectural style in this Nobel ski resort is so-perhaps it looks just 'out of place' as summer is and well over 20 degrees! The room was in good ... condition, a kitchenette with really all that you could want in a kitchen, the bathroom was small and functional. Unfortunately, the queen-size bed with a soft mattress and the faucet in the kitchenette (same room) moisty as madness! So light deductions. The breakfast was for Canada, with lots of choice and lots of fresh component very pleasing because also included in the room rate. The location of the hotel is "top" in the terraced place on a quiet cul-de-sac-it could hardly! Unfortunately, the parking was very limited - you have to the hotel garage for 15, --$/night use. I think for skiing this is a very good address! read hotel review

+ Very good location - right on the slopes. Rooms were big enough and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. English is a must. Nice outdoor pool. Wireless internet available - free of charge. - Breakfast room has something of the air of railway station, clearly too few spaces with well fully booked hotel. Breakfast is for guests are Europeans. Taste absolutely nothing. They are not fresh, as no cooking facilities, it will only wraps ripped and warm. It is unfortunate for such positive impression. read hotel review
