It was a magnificent vacation again at any time. The staff and the entertainers were very pleasant and always very friendly. The beach is wonderful just like in picture book. Always very clean and there was always enough sunbeds. The rooms are pretty huge as the balconies also. The food was perfect there was nothing to fault:-)
The pool was 2 times per day cleaned.
By the pool was every day action darts, water aerobics. boccha and much more the entertainers have it every day very in a good mood ☺ the only fault very lots of russians unfortunately ... ☺ very loud when they (drunk) at night the rooms go. But otherwise can only be recommended a vacation to remember read more

Worst vacation hotel in my lifetime
Every day it always had the same food (the same fish, pizza, hamburgerfleisch ) at any time of the day always the same. The hygiene in the main restaurant - catastrophic. The table cloths were not changed(filthy, stained), dishes, milk, everything seems to be somehow sticky and dirty.
The staff's hospitality is a question of the tips. Without tip you can get very little attention.
The animation was a total catastrophe.
A huge noise from music at the pool and at the bars.
One had no possibility had in peace to converse.
Of the ... disco has until 4 o'clock in the morning despite closed windows loud music also belongs.
The hotel is international occupied but überwürgend with russian guests the the whole time very noisy, and do not know how you in the hotel behavior has.
For people who looking for peace and quiet not convenient!

Really difficult! So the beach is really great as there are nothing at all! If you do not like should a painting! What really annoyed the food was and that is really an art as i have no high expectations have. The food was always run warm to cold! 0 variety during the whole stay the am Riu hotels really not used to. Those who believe with Riu you can't go wrong. Mistaken and massive you can!
The staffing at the bars and bars, service etc. Was excellent, always someone there you were served immediately, large plus point.
The animation ... was a total catastrophe, all self- showman without slope to the intellect no empathetic trains. Well know it truthfully not different either. Sad it was also hour long monotone technobeschallung by the pool. Oh dear.!-(
In short should you go? I think yes. This hotel? I think no because in the immediate area for a bit more money much better Riu hotels. Once again learned you get what you paid for.!-)
Oh never been so expensive prices for excursions see under 100 Euro for dubious deals are already sad.! read more

Every day there was a varied entertainment program, that did not become boring.
The food was every day fresh, delicious and very varied (something for everyone)
The drinks are of a very high standard, i had rarely such a good Mojito drunk as there and i am barkeeper by profession.
What a little missing was a beach promenade with bars and stores, since the caribbean street very small and you don't every evening strolling go ..., so that you mostly in the hotel remains. However as mentioned because of the entertainment was the also no problem. read more

Beach - noise and smelling nuisance by helicopter flights, on 30. january was a christmas carol play!? Behind the door of the bathroom directly the toilet? If bed sheets not clean is not changed, mini bar after arrival 3 days empty despite consultation again and again problem, whole vacation. Staff not very friendly, 3 days for departure was 2/3 of the staff in the morning in the restaurant alkoholisiert! People had the cutlery and so on yourself!? For new year's we were 2012/13 in the Riu naiboa and we loved it. The hotel is for the whole day kept clean. The rooms are every day of singing staff cleaned \u263a. Every two days the mini bar with beer Pepsi and water filled.
The food we liked however that's a question of taste and difficult to judge.
The beach is just amazing.
A new years fireworks from our room, there was also.
Altogether the holiday was worth every penny. I can only recommend. read more

Many thanks for a wonderful vacation in the Riu naiboa. If you some tips note, has a dream vacation. The most important tip room the garden can choose. It is quiet. The way to the beach is okay and that many, delicious food also appropriate. (around 300 to 400 metres). Water sports is rarely possible, as it is very windy. But you beautiful waves. There are always enough loungers available (pool and sea).

Prior to our arrival were somewhat uncertain with our choice because of the different good and not so good reviews on the internet. However we have all together a very good choice.
This hotel you can recommend with a good conscience.
The Riu naiboa is to Riu-resort-a very generous facilities - with 3 further hotels. Where you can move around freely and partly also to events or certain restaurants with reservation use.
In the whole complex is the staff very friendly and unlocked (also which for example complaints concerns). One is in all things (attention, service, cleanliness) very hard, the ... guest a pleasant stay possible.
Everywhere on the complex is cleanliness largely written. Itself at the beach are again and again employee on the way, which for order and cleanliness concerns.
Very pleasant we felt also, that there is a balance to guests -all age groups from babies to retirees/all possible nations were represented (spanish, north-/ central -/south americans, french, swiss, german and a few few russians)
Positively surprised we were also from the variety the offered courses and drinks all day long. Alone the drinks menu includes about 40 alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails/ drinks and so on, all of which in the price included were. For breakfast for example always a handful of different freshly squeezed juices (mango, orange, banana.) For offer. The hotel is very clean. Regularly all public spaces and pool area cleaned.

Guests were very mixed regarding the age. Really lots of russians (but well behaved ☺ and some french and german).

The rooms very dirty, stains on the tile floors, ants came from the wash basin. The rooms were only after hang out the reinigungsschilder cleaned, if it the time was. There are doors thrown that at night in bed are. Meal gave it always the same fish, the same pizza, the same hamburgerfleisch.

Except christmas eve a great christmas dinner with caviar and ... prawns.

Well maintained air-conditioned hotel. Nice hotel, friendly staff much also german. Wlan (wlan) once per day at the front desk free on request for 6 Dollar on the day in the room. Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, tv with 3 german channels and radio alarm clock in the room.
Guests mixed in all ages. Many nations but was never annoyed by for example too many russians. Large dining room sometimes excessive air-conditioning or food outside overlooking the pool. read more

In September we were 2012 for 2 weeks in the Riu Naiboa, up to 2 exceptions, we have wonderful relaxed.
The service from the check-in until the check out( note: depending on the transfer time to the airport- from 12:00 A. M. lunch costs each Verlängerungsstunde 10 Dollar!), has everything worked out well. The food had smooth 6 stars, very plentiful and tasty, we have the 2 weeks Missed nothing. Mornings massive bread and Roll choice, pastry, cakes, fresh juice, salads, different Eierangebote, sausage and cheese and so on nobody had to starve.
Coffee, Cola, beer, tasty cocktails, Rum. ... Everything always available, very nice waiter, small tip always gladly taken (1 dollar bills always in the bag!)
Disturbed us the extremely loud music by the pool and in the evening the shows (bingo), so unbearable, that we our room from the 4th floor in the 3. change. Beds smelled musty and Pissig, very, very unpleasant.
So if you at night want to go to sleep, should definitely a room to the garden book, and the pillows from the plane with you, I unfortunately forget, I have almost all the 14 days without pillows to sleep. Apart from that we were satisfied, the weather and the beach the nights forgotten. read more

The hotel is quite manageable and structured set up. The lobby is modern and stylish. There, there are the main restaurant, a souvenir shop (expensive - at the airport puj is the coffee for example somewhat cheaper!). The hotel is very well-kept, at least superficial.
One evening we observed, as employees and hotel guests dogs fed. We found is very unappetizing, as a hotel guest the dog a plate with food laid out-who knows, if you on the next day this plate eats. (hygiene is not so important.)
By the pool there is enough sunbeds, however, if you are ... nevertheless times a trip went through, until the afternoon took, you had very bad deal for two or more people enough pool chairs. Furthermore, that unfortunately from time to time a very unpleasant smell was a bit boring. This came amongst others irrigation plants (purified groundwater/effluents?) And sometimes through partially stagnant water behind the loungers by the pool (the last beach chairs in front of the 'peace area').
The toilets in the entrance area regularly cleaned, but also the only superficially. Only with a cloth the mirror were deseamed, then the cistern and the toilet seat. I didn't so funny!
The course to the beach was just as a part of. We knew, what to expect, but since the sun already very nice burned (barely any shade), difficult the way very! One goes the caribbean street, where up to half of the ways also still cars to drive can. There are a lot of shops and you won't be unedingt troubled. It occurs already times, that one, if one were to close to the shops along goes, the or other seller is addressed, but you can very quickly get rid of. Also here are the prices exaggerated! For example 1 lighter about 4 $, an underwater camera from kodak 19 $ (in Germany about 7 €). You can barter, but rather with bags, towels or jewelry.
At the beach there is a bar, this has however only from 10 to 16 o'clock open (if i remember correctly). This also means, that before 10 o'clock and after 16 o'clock no toilets were available! Here definitely had been hygiene towels carry forward. Although here also deseamed, but many holidaymakers are just dirty pigs! If you didn't capture wants, one should disinfect them before or pinch oneself!
3 times per week is possible in the lobby traders, their wish to sell. Pictures, cigars, jewelry, figurines, rum, etc. I thought it was very unpleasant, because you were forced, at almost every seller pass to have, if one to the elevators or the stairs wanted. Every salesperson has a raised and also partly on the arm wrenched. I have in this hotel for the first time seen and i thought it was unnecessary, since you were the caribbean street, or exactly the same product, anyway every day saw. Clearly, everyone wants to what the cake abhaben, but that must not right at the hotel (and not so often) happen!
Chairs were at the beach always available, no matter what time. But small tip: grabs the beige-colored couches, which are much more comfortable and you can the back panel fully let down, worked at the blue beach chairs only moderately, that very strong ' curious' were. Flying dealers there is at the beach only little!
If you are cheap cigarettes shopping (about 30 €per carton and enjoyable! - in the hotel 6(!) $) or just want to run, then at the beach you can, right side, around 1 to 2 kilometer distance (felt 10-12 kilometer), good shopping. The stalls you can from the hotel good. The dealers there were, however, very pushy. The walk is extremely tiring. Definitely a headgear carry forward! We are back then by a water taxi drove (not very reasonable but so cool!)
Unfortunately were very lots of russians in the hotel and at the weekend the hotel is half burst due to the locals. Both nationalities behave like pigs! In the pool was smoke, dump on sidewalk thrown, the pool island is full of empty cups, the plate up to the edge fully loaded, 1/3 ate, and the loungers (mainly by the pool) are mostly occupied. Most locals bring their kids with, what the volume floodwaters tidy upward ratchet! In addition i must say, that the entertainment for children quite poor. In the evening there is a ' kids activities ' but that was it also already again. The pool for the little ones is only a small separate area from the main pool.

I don't know, what most people to moan have. The food was great ( Kaviareier, seafood, Beef and pork and always fish), in the morning several different freshly squeezed juices and plenty of cocktails to choose from. Drink dispenser and mini bar in the room is brilliant and room very nice and large with a big balcony. You could also two German tv-Transmitters see and DW-. Tv anyway. Also the beach bar was perfect. Service was also very good just the prices in the shops of the Caribbean street were very high. If you like cheap excursions would like to ... book, we can Günter, a German, the Seine stand right at the beach down behind the souvenirständen has, recommend, everything wonderful folded. The only problem: around the Riu-Resort is nothing, but for someone, the only beach vacation and from time to time liked to make times a trip, top. Would in any case come back to this hotel.
