Beautiful, clean and in Key West affordable hotel a little bit out of town. The shuttle bus goes but once the hour into town, perfect. Beautiful big room, great pool. read more

We have rather mixed feelings, which the hotel subject: on the one hand, very nice hotel with large and clean pool, on the other hand was the friendliness especially at the check-in below average – all other staff in the hotel were however very nice. Check in time is at 15:00 o'clock - we had in advance after a early check in asked (-with availability-one of the perks for Hilton statusmitglieder )-with the score, that the room first after 16:30 o'clock was ready-in addition, there were comments of the manager.
The rooms are fine, even if we have ... stayed in much newer and more beautiful used. Everything in it, what you need, the wifi was however constantly overburdened.
The bathrooms are borderline: cracked tiles, the bathtub obviously had already holes and repaired, it was in the bathtub a rubber mat with silicone taped (!), but when we removed as it looked, you could imagine. The cleaning of the rooms was excellent, the condition of the bathroom it seemed there but nevertheless not perfect.
The breakfast (buffet) we had with the Hilton Gold Membership included, except for the (lau) warm meals it was also very good.
Positive should be emphasized the shuttle bus to the center: each full hour (until 23:00 o'clock) is free to the center (or the southernmost point or to the beach) and back. The drivers are exceptionally friendly – some tell also worth knowing and nice stories-a small Sightseeing Tour.
Altogether the hotel we can with restrictions may apply recommend: you can – especially in the high season – from the price not on the standard close – Key West is an expensive area. We will (nevertheless we not very satisfied were) return: in this category is the Doubletree in the high season just one of the few still affordable hotels. read more

Good front desk service. Very quiet room. No noises from the neighboring rooms to be heard, which for USA already is extraordinary. Nice hotel. Shuttle bus or car necessary (Key West or beach). read more

Than second hotel during our round trip we got to the Doubletree. The hotel is located somewhat away the duval street, the center from key West. There is a free shuttle bus of the hotel every hour to the center goes. On foot it would be a little too far!
The rooms are equipped with 2 king size beds, tv, fridge, desk, free wi-fi, safe, air conditioning and hair dryer. The pool area we didn't use, but the time was too short. However the complex is really nice.
Here there was a 2-class -breakfast for us participants in the round ... trip( Florida sunshine, from ati group carried out/ when TUI, highlights florida) in a separate breakfast area, the however for 80 people again too small was. Here there were the continental breakfast with:
Coffee, tea, choco, orange juice, yoghurt, fruit, 4 sorts jams, cream cheese, peanut butter, muesli, toast, bagels, croissant, muffins. Opposite our previous hotel an increase in choice and quality.
In the hallway was a waffle iron, as well as scrambled egg and bacon set up, however not for the 'bus group'. Here someone 5 Dollar surcharge pay, because he is there service had. read more

Great hotel in key West. By hotel shuttle bus is the principal place grand key with its sights very easy to reach. You must only at the room assignments quantity be careful. Some rooms beach chairs in the area of housekeeping (laundry service). This is intolerable noise ( for example rooms in the field the number 260)! The rooms in this area should not rented are. We could after appropriate complaint in a quiet part of the hotel move.

A great starting point for the exploration from Key West! A bit further away of the highlights the island, for free shuttle bus-service with friendly staff and available to rent from bicycles directly on-site. Excellent breakfast and friendly service. If you double tree hotels from the states knew positively surprised be, in any case one of the better hotels the chain. read more

The hotel is located somewhat away the kernes. But there is hourly a free shuttle bus to the beach and to 2 points in the' town center'. The hotel has a beautiful pool area on the longer can. The room is very large and a big balcony. read more

The hotel lies at the edge of Key West right next to the sea ( street) and close to the airport ( hardly any noise). Very nice pool area with enough room for loungers ( towels and loungers included). Hourly shuttle to the beach and to the center from Key West with numerous bars, restaurants, stores until late in the evening. Friendly welcoming at the reception despite a fully booked hotel. read more

Somehow I found everything about this hotel average. It was neither remarkably well or especially nice, however also not really bad.
The corridors were quite unattractive, the lobby, room and outdoor areas so, as a hotel expect can.
The breakfast was reasonably priced and the choice and quality average.
The hotel lies 5 kilometer away from the center, but there is hourly a shuttle bus there.
Key West is absolutely worth seeing, however in my opinion rich there 1a 2 nights, since it is not good for a swimming vacation is. The only substantial beach is artificial poured and smells ... in the summer months horrible and the water is exrtem muddy and dirty.
I recommend the hotel further, because it generally reasonable and for Key West relatively was a good value. Next time I would however another hotel try it. read more
