The hotel offers plenty of for each man, no matter wether just to relax or dreamlike area to explore. The rooms is in top condition and offers all comfort to the rest and feel at home. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The spa area is the ideal location to relax, after a tiring day. For the physical well-being the restaurant offers culinary delights, no matter wether meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, there is something for everyone.

With 4 adults and 3 kids on skiing holiday, we cannot remember when we have experienced to feel that welcome to any other place. In a fantastic site overseeing the waterfall from all windows, we enjoyed the fantastic service from the staff, the way they welcomed our children was nothing less than amazing and help the adults to also feel much more relaxed. From reception to Spa the kids was enjoying positive attention and interaction from the staff. Especially in the restaurant the waiters, and here Maria has to be singled out for keeping our kids happy and positive through ... dinner every night.
We will for sure like to go back to Sanotel with our kids, besides the great atmosphere, the rooms was in great condition and the half board service was quality for money.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff, but during full extent of utilization of the hotel/restaurants too few people. Manager however unfriendly, did not seem very sovereign and competent. read more

The wasserfallzimmer were very noisy, the beds, very hard and small (90/190).
Apart from that louder foreign staff, except one receptionist, the all very friendly, concerned and helpful were. The luggage must one itself into the room bring! read more

We really had a great stay in the hotel and no negative incidents reports. The breakfast buffet and the dinner is the absolute best! The location, directly by the water fall is unique. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired.

The hotel is located proximity to the center (on foot to the center only 5 minutes) and still in the park directly on the waterfall. The furnishing is elegant, comfortable and of the best quality. The swimming pool with steam showers, sauna, solar, massages, spa is in greek-roman style and very big. Attached heated conservatory, as well as the sun terrace are directly on the waterfall. The restaurant consists of several rooms in different facilities. From plush, elegantly to quaint, cozy, depending on taste.
The dishes were probably selected, of high quality and very tasty prepared. The portions are large. ... Breakfast is in buffet form. The beverages, and the eggs individually prepared. The half-board dinner consists of 5 courses, is exclusive and tastes very good. The price is surprisingly cheap.
We were in the past years already 3 time there and will be again in the sanotel check-in. read more

If the kitchen not change, the hotel has no future!
The only Saving grace is the breakfast buffet!

The hotel is for looking to relax and as a starting point for walks and hikes suitable. Located on waterfall, it does sound of the water, the little but with the windows closed is to hear. Culinary perfect, very attractive restaurant, nice service, spacious and modernly furnished room, beautiful, with imagination and taste equipped SpA. Unfortunately is the 'old' center, in the five minute. Walk distance is, currently something deserted (the lying there the hotel are currently being renovated). read more

Unfortunately with obstacles to our short vacation started, so we had a very late arrival (1 am), but even this was no problem for the hotel. We were greeted very friendly even to this time. Also the last minute booking and could use some additional spa treatments to be implemented as soon as possible. Furthermore, we are very grateful, that us the friendly staff of our sanotel bad Gastein charger for the cell phone to sent has, since we it there have forgotten. The holiday was very beautiful. room was huge. Unfortunately the pool was for our son something to cold. The hotel staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel has no own parking lot so you must in a garage parking is not what cheap. read more

We experienced a really relaxing pleasant spa weekend! The staff was super friendly, the food very tasty. Only the condition of the spa area has not convinced, with the modernisation has begun but on the day of our departure. The only small drawback is the parking in the garage about a five-minute walk away town. read more
