The rooms were case ' new ' and very clean. The bathroom is a bit small, if one alone on the way is, but perfectly adequate. The bed was for me very large. The check in was smooth and the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and delicious. read more

The name of the hotel, Ibis Potsdamer platz deceptive! We arrived by bus from the main station, stayed at Potsdamer platz and. There was no Ibis; so with luggage (we were with malayan friends on the way! ) The way to the hotel on the stesemannstraße the hitchhiker street. So if you come here want to spend, is with the subway to the Anhalter Bahnhof drive, from there are it only 2 minutes to walk. In the hotel is currently under construction and the current hotel, the restaurant was closed-in the courtyard there was a heated tent, which as a ... restaurant used. Evenings there were bavarian week and the breakfast was an excellent Ibis-standard in the usual quality. The rooms were already rebuilt and gave us a foretaste, what we in the nächtesn years Ibis-area germany may expect: the small hallway leading to the eingangszone was rationalized away - as wäscheablage serves a modern shelf in the extension of the desk under the window. So there is more space for a modern wet room, a circular arc, with now bedeudent more space in the shower, well and toilet, washbasin. Our friends didn't bother us a bit, that everything from plastics was, I believe, it was great and in a two star hotel as it was processed even luxury. As mentioned the restaurant was closed, work we got here with, but also the lobby and the direct room before the front desk during the business newly tiled, the dirt was unbelievable, the noise in the lobby also, the staff annoying but friendly (fast were tablecloths from the keyboard away, our data-it was reserved-retrieve and immediately the keyboard again covered. Can only be recommended, if you a very cheap in Berlin and no have expectations. Comparable with a hostel. The rooms are very small and really only with the coerced furnished-a real bathroom there was not, rather a Schrankdusche and a washbasin in the room. read more

For a city trip the location of the hotel is highly recommended. Bus and train are in immediate proximity to reach. Very nice and helpful staff. We were able to check-in even at 10:30 o'clock. Breakfast was delicious and varied. At any time gladly again.-). read more

I had the opportunity at the Hotel Ibis Berlin Potsdamer Platz from. The location is very good with the S-Bahn connection about five minutes away.
