The hotel looks very well kept, in particular very clean. The room was good, even a better room type get, as booked.
The dining room & the buffet were great, here there was something for everyone.
The spa in the basement was perfect, here were the most offers free of charge. Jacuzzi on the roof terrace was great.
Also the garden was very well-kept. read more

This was a very pleasant experience, in a 3 star hotel which should be rated 4*. The room(all with balcony) was roomy and well-equipped, the gym and spa facilities excellent, a nice outdoor, heated pool, a roof-top sundeck with nice loungers and a great view. Free Wifi throughout, and very varied buffet cooking at all 3 meals. Possibly half-board would be the best bet, because the long, sandy beach is just a 10 minute walk away, The hotel is not near the Jumbo Centre. but close to the bus station and plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly ... and helpful, the guests (mostly German and Scandanavian) were all polite; most were over 40. Not a luxury hotel, but better equipped and more comfortable than many a 4*. A good deal as well; I booked through an online booking agency, and it worked well. read more

The hotel is an outdated hotel. A little renovation would him very good. The spa with the dead sea basin and of the sauna with freezing rain are excellent. A wonderful vacation. The breakfast completely great! The dinner ( half board) from inedible to undefinerbar. As was also the friendliness of the staff this is not good. Therefore we have several times eat out. Definitely again, but only with breakfast! read more

We were for the 2. time in this hotel, the first time in the september 2010, as the stay was some extent reasonable. Completely different in january 2013, the clientele was a very other as 2010, this time too many seniors to x. times in this hotel stay, your behavior was also accordingly, as whether you are here at home and you everything is permitted. Since apparently more guests in the hotel were as places in the restaurant was the dinner unacceptable, if you are not in the 5:30 p. m. on the doorstep stood (the restaurant opens at ... 18 o'clock!) Had little chance of a table and had to wait until the first were finished, sometimes even the remains of the previous guests and always the table new ceilings, as the buffet appears if about 100 persons before 'ramped' have to be silent completely. The staff in the restaurant was in any case the amount, probably also understaffed.
Positive is the very nice wellness area. This hotel we will be in this time of year definitely not more reserve. read more

Great hotel for relaxing days. The wellness area is the best about the hotel! Unfortunately altogether very unfriendly staff, apart from the maids. The front desk was the unfriendliest, really rarely seen. You can see on the way, it was a lovely vacation. The quality of the dishes was unfortunately not so good. Food was often cold, was too long and so on we were often eat out. The location was but very good, you can reach everything on foot. Just a pity, that you always by any promoter troubled was, the tickets for various discos tout wanted. Really annoying. ... I was together with my sister on vacation, we are middle 20, however we would not again to Playa del Ingles come, better Maspalomas or campo international and evenings to celebrate any time to Playa del Ingles. At night loud, even in january, and as mentioned the constant address on the street, several times in succession.
Altogether but a great vacation in Escorial %blank%. read more

The hotel is for a 3 star hotel completely reasonable. Surely it is more than a 20-years-old and you can see that. If you animation like, then you should not on vacation go. If you (at least in january ) problem this means, that the audience too many from pensioners is, also not.
Should be emphasized the quality of the coffee in the restaurant (coffee from freshly ground beans from a wmf machine). Exceptionally good for a spanish hotel. Exceptionally was also, that it freshly squeezed orange juice without an extra charge there was.
The hotel is clean. The staff ... are friendly, but not so unusual friendly as sometimes described. As all inclusive guest you had to sometimes even drinks for dinner get. The is however bearable. The quality of the dishes is ok, but really it was delicious too many not.
Rooms were large and clean. Bath likewise.
In this hotel there is very lots of regular guests which the best rooms received. We had booked very early and also expressed a desire, a room as far as possible above able to refer. We stayed in floor 3 of 8 managed with a view of the highway. That was a room i rather as a last minute guest expected. A new room it could only two days later and the location was not so much better. Altogether but a. For this price, successful holiday. read more

It was our first time staying in this hotel and lived on the 8. floor with lateral view of the sea and could admire the sunrise. We in here felt very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we could german. Due to the central location of the hotel were bus station and supermarket easy to reach. Also the sea with beautiful bay is in a couple of minutes easy to reach on foot. The hotel complex with a large sun terrace, the pool area and the roof terrace, the us especially liked a lot, is very beautifully built. ... However was the behavior some vacationers sometimes unacceptable (amt. Loungers early with towels to reserve them and then for hours not to appear, as well as for dinner the hecticness the table ) the food was good with a large selection; the buffet was also constantly refilled. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed daily. In the whole hotel was wifi free of charge usable. read more

The hotel is centrally located, which led, that other hotel buildings surround it. Hence, the Escorial only a few beach chairs all day sun and very popular are. Other places are either in the morning or in the afternoon sun (except for terrace). read more

The food unfortunately wasn't like that as i had imagined, it was always cold and was often vegetables not through. The complex but it was very nice as the spa area and the rooms were top, a huge praise would like i the entertainers Stefan and Mark give, the yes unfortunately not more there are, but i know there allowed, they did their thing very well done read more

The hotel is approximately 30-years-old. In some areas therefore, there is need (dining room) or reparaturbedarf ( ftinessgeräte ). Since short time there a new management which very save.

I was very satisfied, also alone you feel in this hotel probably. Each time would spend another vacation there. The location is wonderful. From there you can reach everything good. Bus connections on the doorstep.
