Highly recommended hotel due to its above average amenities (good four european, not Ethiopian star), its location (plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance) and the quality of the service provided by the operator family.

It is not really bad but the hotel is very there comparing what you see all the bathrooms. Room to the street, quite loud. Staff at breakfast partly very nice in the bar is rather annoying. Prices on German four or five-star standard. Three of four days, partly missing all the towels however after complaining and were brought very quickly enough. read more

Older high rise hotel with 20 floors, five star category, but in the rooms in need of renovation. No soundproof windows, therefore, also with closed windows on three sides of the hotel to very loud.
A slight problem in the restaurant, the staff, the friendliness sometimes left a lot to be desired, tour groups are easily assessed with disdain.
Luggage service not always work. read more
