    Beautiful sandy beach is right in front of the door. One must only from the hotel room may be. You can for 3 Dinar (circa 1,50 Euro) with the taxi into town drive (about 5 minutes) or walk (about 20 minutes), everything is not a problem. Taxis are almost always in front of the hotel or past, if you just wait.

Who four stars knows, is not happy. A Sort of rolls and jams, broken glasses, lack of coffee cups, mushy pasta, dirty cups at the bar and shabby room. The quality of the dedicated entertainers didn't flush. Stomach intestine was also there and at several guests. read more

Unpleasant was the day of departure. Picked up, we were at 1:00 at night, checking out we had to however already at 12:00. For 25,- Euro we could then until 20:00 the room further use. Family friendly, it is not with children at night to be picked up. Far amounted to transfer to the hotel and back ever 3 hours, that is simply too far. At the airport we were just turned off and we were left alone. We know that from other travel differently. For this reason we would not recommend the hotel. D. S. read more

We liked it very good again! All are friendly and the animation is great! With Tito and so on had our son have fun! Thank you very much! Friendly greetings to Madi! With our room we were very satisfied. Many closets, enough room for 4 people. The food is varied. None of us got sick. The beach was clean and there is plenty of capacity available. Our first vacation in Tunisia with grandkids, better we couldn't meeting could. The direct location at the beach is super, you can walk for miles. Very child-friendly and pleasant staff. Super entertainment and great evening agenda. A great care in the kids club with great people. The food was good however not always professionally prepared. In general we had a beautiful, despite grandchildren, relaxing vacation. read more

The hotel complex was in comparison to rooms quite large. Nevertheless it looks in the pictures was larger than it in reality are. Especially the rooms. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The rooms are though cleaned daily, but not thoroughly. Pool and lobby were clean. It could just right the public toilets to be desired. The ' pool toiletten'waren mostly dirty, although often there a member of the cleaning staff stood. No paper to händeabtrockenen! Klopapier often all! The toilets nearby the front desk were two of three toilettenbrillen yellowed and disgusting! The beach and restaurant was clean. ...     Rooms are rather small but contains everything was one needs. However one notices the it ageing it and the cleanliness oh well. Safe only against deposit exactly like the remote control for the television. From the 1 october is the air conditioning ausgesschaltet and not with 40 °c outside on.     There was a main restaurant, which afternoons and evenings always the same small variety. There was a pizzastand, nudelstand, salad and dessert buffet. As well as a small shelf space with warm food, a fleischstheke and an area with bread. Every day there was the same! Except the soups, they have alternated. There was not really dark bread, the food wasn't seasoned and i wonder, how you chips burned, mushy, and half-raw do! The food wasn't delicious. Every morning it pancakes, omelets, bread and backteile. What i also quite annoying found, the constantly servers came at small spoons and glasses pots, as they too few stock of which had.

    The staff were always friendly and the foreign language skills were good as well. However, the cleaning of the rooms clear shortcomings. The floor it was swept and still, it was still dirty! In the bathroom the counter not even swept once, in spite of the sauces cleared have. As was the bathtub not cleaned. Except when i therefore asked. But this was rather disgusting. I was with the cleaning of the bath in the room(was afterwards made) and the cleaning lady did the cleaning in the bathtub, and took the toilet brush, which the vorbestizern already kackfarbe had, and schrubte with the tub! I think that is really disgusting! We had two double rooms, which initially over 200 rooms apart were. After complaining and one night only 18 rooms. It said it does not give any tile, although at that point in time the hotel was almost empty!

    The animation was by far the best! It was water polo for children/young people and once for adults offered. Also sometimes other sports, optional Bauchtanz, aerobics or something like that. Also in kids club and in the evening there was mini disco. The children got often instruments, if they were on the day in the mini club did. Internet access in the lobby(no charges!) There was enough chairs. The water slides had two hour before and two hours open in the afternoon. Evenings there were different shows, in which some vacationers with eingebuden were (people in the Bauchtanz participated could in the evening show, rather randomly (for example with the fakir show) or games (attention: here one makes oneself for schmucks)

    The distance to the beach exestierte literally not at all. The hotel direct port to the beach. The airport enfidha is about 2 hours away by bus. Nearby the hotel, there is a small and a larger shop. More not. The sidewalks are special dangerous for small children! There are cable from the floor and the walk is uneven. In the hotel a quad tour (20€-2 hours) offered, as well as horse rides at the beach(20€-2 hours), camel rides and a pirate ship. We quad tour and pfere horse riding taken into account. The service there was good. One was from the taxi at the hotel abgehotl and also brought back (in the price inclusive). The quad tour was photographed. This photo you could then for 2 €acquire.

Slides only in the business from 10-11,30 and 14:00 until 16:00 o'clock, that is not in the catalog. Indoor swimming pool closes 5:00 P. M. Youth there were outside are only not at all and the in the high season and pool bar also closed as they are. There is not any bar all inclusive even if it described. Danger on the children's playground in the evening by lighting - bodenstrahler so hot Worn out glasses or no respectively waiting for glass, 10 minutes as nothing and food is then cold. Worst hotel in which we ever was. Room totally dirty, bathroom with mold. Pillows filthy. View of the sea by bars and evenings chairs and covers before. Glasses and mugs inadequately available. At the time we from 26-09-2012 until 10-10-2012 a really relaxing vacation here. For every there were offers in all possible areas. All entertainers were very attractive, but not intrusive. The rooms were functional and were cleaned daily. The staff were friendly, always helpful and mostly very cheerful, that really liked a lot. Thank you very much again to the entire team:-) read more

Were 1 week for relaxing and soak up the sun in Tunisia. Tunisia itself was very dirty. In the hotel we felt really good. All were friendly and willing to help. Every day fresh Hand and bath towels, always clean. The food is varied but badly seasoned, which however for children wasn't bad. The entertainment for kids was perfect our son was every day with Rio on the way. All in all we would go there again. read more

Generally one could say, that the hotel is okay. Four star but it is in any case not! The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired even if the cleaning ladies just inside. The diversity alcoholic drinks is poor. There is a sort to cocktail. Furthermore one stands evenings eternally at one (!) bar. Places to sit there are a lot of too few on the terrace evenings. A great shame is, that the food simply do not taste good. It was early, at noon or evenings. You have the feeling, that the staff much trouble, but unfortunately ... it tastes genuinely not. Very commendable are the entertainers. Great entertainment evenings both, as well as on days. Boredom can not at all arise. Take time for all of the guest and above all for children. Otherwise are directly to the hotel great excursions offered. The horse riding in Sami is can only be recommended! You have to did! Great horses! The staff generally is very friendly and accommodating. read more

After 1 three-quarters hours driving time we were finally at the hotel arrived, we were a room put that not expectations sufficient. The sofa was used, the air conditioning turned off ( since 15.09. ) And in the bathroom was black mold to see, the beds a joke! On the next day we asked for transfer, this was then also so made, however put you about the dining room, directly at the air conditioning! At night it was very noisy! The food was fine. annoying were the many hotel's own seller jewelry, tours etc. To sell wanted, from which ... you had no peace! The animation was the worst and loudest which we ever had! In the hotel there was no atm, wellness services one could not about maps pay. Behind the or next to the hotel you should also look. Trash without limits \u263a The loungers at the beach and at the pool are not the newest and with the cleaning they have not. Apart from that it was ok., good was that it many germans tourist was. read more
