The hotel/ youth hostel is very tidy and clean. We had with a large schoolchildren a night with half board. There are also enough parking lot at the hotel. The terrace and the garden are right on the shore of the lake. Great view. read more

    The rooms - well maintained, clean-are functional. You have shower and toilet.

    Both breakfast, as well as dinner were very good. The portions during dinner were sufficiently! Everyone was full. For breakfast there was a buffet with different types of sausage, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea, choco... During dinner a main course is served. On demand was also on special wishes ( vegetraier ) taken into consideration.

    The staff were very friendly. The breakfast there were as a buffet. Dinner you had to the issue before the kitchen yourself. Also there the staff were very friendly.

    There is the possibilities to partake in water sports. We didn't done. Even for hikers and skiers ideal.

    Great location - right on the lake. Very quiet. Opposite the hotel - on the other lakeside one sees to Grand hotel. In a few minutes walk will get you to a short walk in the place.

For a short stay/ extended weekend absolutely OK. Recommendable is, private pillows bring along. I was a solid nothing, there I will sleep at home already flat. It was bad... But for one night... read more

We traveled in the zwischsaison, in the lots of hotels in Zell am See were closed. The, the in Zell were open, were incredibly expensive. I was a little skeptical, in a youth hostel to stay, but this was just great. Great value for money, right on the lake. Such a prospect had the 5 star hotels! Who definitely not in the middle of Zell must and large luxury can do without, can be no better place! We were thrilled! read more

All the reviews must of course note, that we talk of a youth hostel. Based on these standards it was pretty good! The hotel is located directly on the lake with a private sunbathing area, Wassezugang and terrace. (Breakfast on the lake.). Across the street there is a beach volleyball field and the kids use. All children from all age groups were there, so that the parents can relax. The hostel manager and staff are very friendly and always tried hard to fulfill all wishes. In the twin there is even a tv. Breakfast and dinner are included in ... the price and always delicious. Highly recommended for active people and families without luxury claims! All in all highly recommended for a small price. read more
