Ever 8 rooms are in a bungalowähnlichem building in a beautiful garden area. You will feel the over 500 rooms it not at all and it looks idyllic than in the other hotel complexes which at the beach along. The state of the hotel is ok and general very clean!     The size of the room is wonderful, the furnishings in good condition. In the room it smelled slightly damp, but not sörend was. So there is now times at the sea ☺ the mini bar is also included in the price and is available every 2. day average.

    In the main restaurant is breakfast and dinner in buffet form restaurant, whereby it also for lunch is open. This but we did always at the beach restaurant were eaten. Here there is also late riser breakfast from 10 o'clock and from 16 o'clock snacks. Besides there are also 5 specialty restaurants, whereas we the steakhouse (was very good) and the gourmet restaurant (too strong air-conditioned, good food but not gourmet) tried. The food at the buffets was absolutely okay. At the beach also lunch every day a special court (for example Paella, crawfish...) Cooked.

    All of the staff had sufficient english and were always friendly (also without previous tips). Particularly positive we have the entertainment team in memory. If you're friendly, one gets also friendliness back. Tip is in each service area (even the gardner and the hard and industrious workers the the beach daily by the washed grass free)

    Every day around half 4 we bingo at the beach bar with our favorite entertainer, illuminado played. The entertainment was adequate and funny, however not pushy. The pool we only used at night, the loungers are comfortable and the swim up bar was a nice touch, but unfortunately in the afternoon in the shade. The beach is wonderful, the water gorgeous! Unfortunately it was always a bit windy and therefore not always so like on a postcard ☺

    The airport is 20 minutes away. The nightlife, eat out and shopping was limited to the hotel and the two neighboring resorts (Iberostar Punta Cana, Iberostar dominica), you allowed to use, as it in the immediate area hardly offer. Since we only a week in the dom republic spent there, the absolutely didn't bother us.

The number of bungalows was around 70 to 75 Overall, said 598 rooms so a wonderful area the very big is, we were already 2010 and nothing has changed all great neat very good service an all inclusive area the 5. star rating. There was wifi a pharmacy - 24 hours doctor everything was represented italian, german, french, swiss, austrians Very many americans, and canadians, but nobody was misbehaving overall a great hotel with good service condition and cleanliness was really great! read more

    The rooms great so if somebody wanted to complain about the is not to help, big enough, air conditioning, over the bed fan, the furnishings completely okay. Tv unfortunately only one or two to german transmitters Deutsche Welle for example, balcony, other furniture bath, minibar (is filled every two days) coffee maker, telephone, size cleanliness the hotel is overall great. Just a superb room!

    The number of the restaurants i already described 5 à la carte restaurants, a main restaurant where it breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock gave and for late risers there was from 10 to 12 o'clock by the pool. Cleanliness and quality was great nothing to complain about really delicious also the beverages, whether cocktails or beer, wine everything was fine, that is also why we don't know why some the food not actually tasted incredible it was always delicious, whether fish or meat we didn't understand. There was also a great bar in the evenings where the show was also here the service have been great. Disco was in the hotel but we didn't visit nothing besonnderes we were told, the shows were so far okay as in every hotel here greetings to a. the chef animateur a funny guy, also alone for the gastronomy full 6 stars!

    So we could only say about the service absolutely great don't know what some few to complain about incomprehensible but as forest reinschalt so also operates it also again we say, as mentioned we were 2010 already here and it didn't dissapoint still a top hotel, the fremdsprachenkenntnissen was okay. English, italian, spanish, something was okay the cleaning of the rooms was also okay what it should be, it was even in the evening go for fresh towels to bring also here good service. In dealing with complaints we can only say ok, we had two-three times no milk powder, the we then had a staff member said, and immediately on our room the milk powder still on the same evening, from there, we had always enough on our room. Otherwise we had no complaints so a small something. Therefore also here full 6. stars, we especially want to the waitresses: rosaura and hanoy and the waiters franklin mota church greet they were especially friendly and very attentive, as the hotel can be satisfied but also the other were all very friendly great. And of course the cook Alexandra severino the from and to time to our table and inquired, whether everything ok was.

    Jo, and it was the only point of criticism the fitness studio, here some our tip: more treadmills the devices are old and already very strained you could work out but for a 5 star hotel the already better, but really here the only point of criticism is the fitness studio that would really totally renewed. Entertainment was ok we were told we have nothing used rather jogged (by the complex) or were in the gym and have a little sports not so much as at home were on vacation,the loungers and sun umbrellas were in good condition of course was a or other beach chair also time worn but is also clear by the pool there were a shower and also the toilets were very clean the beach bar was perfect has always at 10 o'clock open the waiters were very pleasant and always had a fun on their lips. Kids club was also great, we were told the children on vacation with had without any problems. Here we give only stars, but also only because of the, fitnessstudio' otherwise the beach really great is also every day kept clean by the sea-grass and so on. ,wonderful Karibik beach just. Please makes something for the gym there was also no criticism.

    We had room 1317 on the first floor super directly at the beach, of course if a room has in front of of the lobby one must already so about 5 minutes to the great beach walk, but please we are on vacation. There were 5. ala carte restaurants: mediterranean restaurant el dorada (fish) jap. Restaurant hashiru (very recommendable we even visited), steak house, gourmet restaurant la c., american restaurant star rock, and a caribbean restaurant, we have only the japanese but the other would be also very good were told us is just taste, otherwise we in the main restaurant eaten of the finest quality. The distance from the Punta Cana International Airport took about 45 minutes not so bad like 10,5 hours flight, flight was faster 8:15 hours with good tailwinds if you're lucky as we. The complex we every day really clean held also here an extra praise goes to the gardeners the here at 79% humidity and always about 32. degrees always at work and the huge facility clean but the are quite accustomed to. The time lag is by the way 5 hours

Because of the good hotel recommandations through various portals on the internet, i have this hotel for fourteen days booked! Unfortunately fulfilled but this star hotel not quite my expectations. For over €5,000 for 2 weeks we actually more luxury in the dom rep hoped for and hoped for! The rooms are generally quite clean, but already some years old, this is particularly in the bathroom noticeable! All fixtures, shower etc. You see clearly the years! We have clearly more expected! At the lunch buffet, as well as by the pool a real pool feeling! Everything completely overcrowded, as ... well as very noisy due to many americans. This hotel i would for this money not recommend! A succesful vacation to 2. in Karibik. The food à la carte was wonderful. The waiters was very friendly and the waiters/inside a great value. Always friendly and with a song on the lips. Negative to say, that the entertainment (clearly that is subjective) uninspired and very casual attempted the vacationers to entertain. If nothing more was and nobody want to participate, from the female entertainers with the buttocks waggled until sufficient people finally (at 15:00 o'clock local time) in the family pool in the 'miss bikini' choice remained. Yes, great idea not true? Called me stuffy but if ... i family there would be, i would definitely still angenervter defendendo. Hides out and you'll get in Iberostar Bavaro in the junior suite room service a dream vacation! The staff are very hard-working and always very industriously, no matter wether the charwoman and the waiter. The staff are very friendly with children. In the restaurant are the waiters often for the kids and look after them and take on the arm. The cleaning lady is partly 2 times per day -super! The themed restaurants are also very recommendable.     The size the room is very good, as well as their condition. It is everything available which one needed (tv, bar, coffee maker and so on. The bathroom is large enough, there are plenty of bath towels, as well as any kind of body care. The daily cleaning of room and bathroom is alright, the towels were changed twice a day.

    Distance to the airport is around 30 to 40 minutes The distance to the beach is depending on its rooms can vary widely, from 1a 10 minute walk. For smaller purchases there were enough possibilities. Enough excursions were offered - particularly the to Saona is very recommendable.

The service in the buffet restaurant is very friendly and fast, our glasses were never empty, hehe, special thanks in franklin, the was very attentive! And not for the first time! We have 14 days by email our room requirement and it has again everything worked well. The staff in all areas were very friendly and pleasant. After 20:00 o'clock change the cleaning crew the towels again from and the bed for the night's sleep was ( real service). Catering leaves nothing to the imagination. The same applies to beach, pool, etc. Our tip: who of the country and people something would like to experience, should take the tour, San Pedro' with Hans (it is belgian) book. He can very well say, call but ... also facts and figures and has a nice humor. An important information from him: please no Euro - coins as tip give. The dominicans can nowhere swap, as the banks only fiat money change. We have on vacation felt as in paradise, but also here there was a small snake and that is the Spa area: communication is hardly possible, massage and cosmetics unprofessional and very bad, the prices are in no way related. Summary we will be back! read more

    The rooms are big and nice furnished, is however partly also somewhat outdated now. We had a bungalow with sea view and were very satisfied. The hotel was but unfortunately for our 17 month almost too small. The mini bar will be officially every 2. day filled up but when we were mostly daily the case.

    As the years before was the food at the buffet super, the selection is enormous. Various salads, soup, freshly grilled meat and fish, pizza and pasta also on request with the lieblingszutaten.     The staff is super. Our kids were real small stars with the waiters, entertainment and the cleaning ladies. It is always nicely greeted and with a spoken. The room is 1 time a day cleaned and in the evening each again towels were changed daily and the bed turned down and to the joy of our children was still a piece of chocolates on the pillows.

As my in-laws about this hotel swarmed (they were before a couple of years already been there), we will be there. My in-laws were very dissapointed, had the hotel in better remember. We had a hotel room (before 6 months ) in the basement and near the beach were reserved, but unfortunately we were told that the not possible. The food was not spectacular, meat was often tough. Drinks were good, sparkling wine as much as you wanted. Staff was very gracious. One should give tip also the gardeners or dustmen soutenant, because the almost nothing deserve (most come from ... Haiti). Punta Cana i would never again on vacation because the mass tourism, the noise (helicopter). Karibik i have different. The more was also almost always rough, so for snorkelling not suitable. read more

    Who in this hotel about the food complained here around it, the i recommend simply to remain, in its dorfpinte to go and Wiener Schnitzel to eat. The selection was just great. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. If you didn't find anything here, the am sorry. A huge breakfast buffet, which leaves nothing to be desired, salads, cold meals in all variants, constantly freshly grilled. There was sushi, Hummer, caviar, fresh fish, a confectionery buffet of the finest quality. Alone the strandbüfett offers more than a lot hotel for dinner auffährt. And everything was beautifully decorated and adorned. Of the speciality restaurants, we only the steakhouse try. We have just like the selection of the buffet. The presidente beer you can drink and the cocktails were delicious. The soft drinks consist of brand names. Also not self-evident.

    Just great. As german spiessbürger one must only times at the kindness of the dominicans to get used to. It even the gardner and (almost) everyone has always a smile for a desired. The room was 2 times per day cleaned, very clean and tidy with beautiful decorations. Flowers and towel sculptures were impressive. With english one comes great by, one or another also knew german phrases. The waiters are always in the best mood, the transfers itself automatically to the guests. We felt again great in paradise

    There is something for everyone here. Whether Tennis, Volleyball, table tennis, Boccia, weights weights or aerobics. I would particularly like to highlight the low-key entertainment. If you want to take part can do this and who will not be left alone. Very pleasant. The evening shows beat by far the usual hotel-level. Great singer and singers, the live singing, artists and dancers and moderators, the really everything to give. Especially great: the live band of the hotel. This could in a plane and a world tour start. Sun protection there was plentiful, beach chairs are sufficiently available. The chairs by the pool are more comfortable than at the beach, as this also times longer in the belly could, without getting a back ache. I hope when our next visit the beach chairs against the comfortable of the pool replaced.

    From the airport approximately 30 minutes out, directly on a dream beach. There were shopping possibilities in the hotel and at the beach huts. There should be no cigars buy, the humidity is additional poison for the brown stalks. Dom republic holiday = holiday. So the complex leave is not necessarily required, unless one bay still overpriced excursions.

I am already for 8. the bavaro and think, that i will draw some comparisons (verbesserungen/verschlechterungen) judge. Firstly, thanks to the new manager. He has time for the guests the 'back willkommensabend' taken, complaints personally noted and also helped. In between again and again asked, wether everything is okay. - thank you very much for this. The guest structure has also changed, more spanish-speaking guests, few americans. However the hotel was in the first three of december also not more so full, as in the rückliegenden years. The reviews concerning the deterioration of the food (taste, presentation, diversity, etc.) ... I can only endorse. Leather is not the, what it was. With the above-specified rating with 4 (rather good), i should like to see a 4a 5 rating. read more

Simply superb! We have been the 3 time in the dom. Republic and the first time the 'Iberostar Bavaro' booked. The optics and the furnishing of the hotel reflects that, what a 'real' dominican hotel expected. The service is in all areas perfect. Reception, cleaning, restaurant, entertainment or outside help, that you just feel comfortable! Admired we have the logistical processes (cleaning, entsorgungsmüll, etc.) On the complex, the time precision because of the good concept, in accordance with the total vehicles tailored. Very good suitable for use, is the clear Iberostar - vote (corporate identity ) in all areas. ... A praise goes to the management! read more

We were now already for the 10. time in this complex. For us it is like a 2. at home. You warm from the staff welcomes, you know from. Unfortunately this year again the room reservation in advance not worked, despite 2 faxes and e. mails. We had in the last vacation the hallmarks of Betty get (boss the front desk) The late check-out at the first try worked. Otherwise we had to several times to the front desk and knew still not, whether it works. He had just in the computer checked, whether it is feasible and have our ... room map extended. That's how it should be. Perhaps it is an incentive for the staff at reception. Only point of criticism the we had was the taste of the food. Everything looked delicious but most meals taste of anything, the spice was missing. The quality the meat is worse. In the 16 days we had perhaps meat twice which we chew could. As it looked the whole kitchen crew changed. Because the chef for easter so delicious steaks roasted was also not more since, as some other cook the we knew. But we like it again and again, therefore we are coming again. read more

Some things not more 5 stars: 7 persons 3 rooms booked room did not receive, already 4 time here. The food in the first week only americans do it justice. Pool with glasses and flip toss americans filled Christmas and new years' menu deserves people with short pants and so on. Not much decorated. Shame about the nice hotel. read more
