The hotel is ideal for people, the country without annoying drunk teens there from being disturbed (as is the case under the gold or Sunny Beach is). In this context, it is perfect for families. It is recommendable to rent a car (about 38 €), with which one then into the larger cities like Burgas, Sozopol or nessebar to drive can. Turkey is just a stone's throw from Primorsko away. read more

i was disappointed with the general situation, Bulgaria has a different standard as I am used to from Turkey, Tunisia and other countries and in my opinion would be the maximum three stars.
the food was monotonous and Lau, a maximum of two elevators working and it is advisable carry a torch, depending on where you the room has the maids want extra pay or additional toilet paper tip if you need.
i was at the end of the season, it was possibly the reason that, no buses drove and a few bars up to 21:00 open. So dead. ...
the beach is polluted and trip to the toilet in tixitoilett you have payfor a ikl. Arrangmangt. All I think it's a joke, if you are staying for sauna and normal things increases pay for one hour as in Austria to Germanythis should be free. Table tennis and billiards were the ladies at the front desk just shrugged his shoulders. So I have not found in one week, and can you also forget Internet. I was in this hotel for 1 week.It was very nice.Very quiet area but in the same time very close to the center of Primorsko and the shopping area.The beach is 50 meters from the hotel and is very nice.The beach is very long and the water was very refreshing.
The rooms were very big and nice furnished.The bathroom was also big.There was a bath and a shower cabin. The beds were big and comfortable.
The food in the restaurant was varied,and the personnel was really nice.
The animation in the hotel is ... really good.Every night was a karaoke night or bingo or shows from popular movies at the night club in the hotel.The Spa is very nice.It offers a variety of procedures,sauna,aroma sauna,relaxing room,steam bath.I was very satisfied from the atmosphere of this hotel.I will visit it again read more

I had only one short get away at a bargain price booked, so overall, I am happy I and a good price performance ratio had.
I fair the evaluation to what is specified, and of 4-5 stars, the hotel is far away.
It is a very impressive property and at first glance it might is truly a luxury hotel, because it is architecturally very nice works.
Check-in: friendly and efficient (German problematic, but with English one comes into all areas).
Room: very nice and large with small flaws, but four stars value.

Location: quiet, about a hundred meters from the beach and about 800 meters from the city center.
Dining: even though the hotel was fully booked there, I see that mostly unqualified staff (bar/restaurant etc.) was found to be rather good. There seemed to be no system and a management was not in evidence. This is of course a hotel of this class not at all!
The food was not very rich in choice, but, in my view, good taste and quality was okay. Was put to a limited extent or it was from.
There was always something missing as: for example in the morning cups (soups cups/spoons for an emergency
( soup spoon as a last resort)/ beer (a guest told the staff where barrels may be-with success), and so on
Conclusion: The hotel has the resources to offer a high standard, but have to change things. So you recommend this hotel to a usual price not recommended read more

The such a bad hotel five stars is laughable. We would rate this hotel with good will three star and the service and food two star.
The hotel is partly delapidated, several rooms are not ready. The cleaner comes from the balconies, in the bathroom everything relaxed. The drain pipe from the sink is not attached, so we had a mean flooding. The mattresses were totally worn out.
The worst was the food. Except for the fresh fruit nearly everything was inedible and always cold. The coffee maker was not even in operation, on the plates were leftovers, the cutlery ... as was crazy and in the cups were plenty of coffee margins. Furthermore, the staff was quite unfriendly. Rooms are five star 3bis 3.5 stars. The previous reviews of the hotel I do not understand, the front desk with my late arrival was very friendly, upon check out at 1.30 o'clock my bags were picked up without being asked, I was handed a packed lunch. On the occasion of my birthday I was on a wonderful decorated Table in the morning with champagne received. Room was absolutely top. With German or English there were no problems with the communication with the friendly staff. read more

In the off-season seemed to me that the staff-with five at the beginning, later C. a 30 guests overstrained. The service worked very slow. The restaurant was open, at the pool there was nothing. Great modern hotel. category 5 stars, but worth 3 stars at the most. What a great decorated 5 -star hotel, if it wasn't really run. Apparently no experience the hotel management. Unterqualifiziertes staff, which little to the needs of our guests. Though it was after-season was booked, you could have done more entertainment, schmackhafteres for food and the staff's friendliness opposite. You can't "5 -star-hotel" call when it seems that some of the staff null Bock to work. read more

The hotel is very clean, the food varied and I liked it.
The staff could hardly speak German, but we could speak English, so it does not bad.
