Actually OK
Once at the bar about half an hour for service waited but this was only once so not so bad!
And well English skill stop partly not but as moves then gladly a colleague and translated!
Cappuccino would I a not again drink, it is not Austria where Ma almost always A good quality get :-) read more

Very nice three star hotel with good metro connection, the breakfast is very good and plentiful-only in 2 layers manner without individual Gästeanpassung -watch out for large groups. For the size this hotel with accordingly many rooms the breakfast room is too small. Beware: there is an old and new part. read more

The problem the reason is quite simply the cleanliness in all areas.
staff looked through guests disturbed and was very rude. (except front desk)
for example dead cockroach four days in the room, moldy bread in the breakfast, and in every corner dirt, dust and so on and so on

The check-in and check-out went smoothly, English! We had two huge rooms with kitchenette, tv, balcony etc. despite a room to the street it was never loud. Cleanliness and food. Location is ideal for a city break. About five minutes by foot to the metro, a grocery shop and restaurants are just around the corner. In the metro on bags and pocket watch out! Locals we wanted to rob on the first day. Very friendly staff. Took a taxi to the airport, this came within 15 minutes again at any time Atena hotel! read more

Rooms not cleaned were handed (dirty, almost black curtains, mold in the bathroom) outside the requisite at breakfast (earlier) as on board declined, even though the breakfast room was almost completely empty after the arrival of about 110 people the bar closed after 10 minutes, although many guests wanted something to drink read more

Hotel is located across the street from underground station Clot. There is not much nearby except a few small grocery stores. But that's why you very central, short distance from all the major sights with subway. Hotel is a bit dated, but everything is ok. Full buffet breakfast. Room for a city trip also ok. drawback: safe with key, no fridge. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Towels were changed daily. Front desk/staff was friendly and tried hard. Rooftop pool tiny and not inviting, but rest of roof terrace very nicely decorated. read more

The review may sound sounding partly hard, but given that supposed to be a 4 star, it is more than justified. The hotel was located directly on a 8 laned road. Lobby is in order, bright and not quite so worn out as the rooms. Guests were many Italians. The size of the room was good. Two single beds instead of a double bed, a little worn. Otherwise dresser, small table, small couch. Everything unfortunately were dirty!!! Blood everywhere on the walls of mosquitoes (hopefully only serves those. ), rust marks on the bed, dark hair. Many stains on the ... couch and dirt. All black grout moldy in the bathroom. The hair dryer is with the electricity wires from a hook in the bathroom attached, very marginal. Towels were clean. Request to put together, the sheets were also changed, the couch was dirty. The room is very loud (and we are not fussy!! ). read more

The pool was mini and the water is not clean. The room was old and was not a 4 star standard. The mattresses were worn, the light and the TV remote did not work. The trash can was broken and the floor very damaged. The walls were made of cardboard, you could hear everything from the neighbors. The front desk staff were annoyed. One positive is the easy access to the metro, there is a metro station 2 minutes from the hotel. There is also bars and cafes around the corner and you could quickly toward Sagrada Familia, where there ... are lots of supermarkets and internet cafes. The hotel is ok but the regular rates could I don't want to pay for! read more
