The ladybamboo is again and again my oasis in a be considerably busier-something phantastical ubud. Our room the river was very spacious, with a large living area, large bathroom and a beautiful terrace with a view of the river and forest. Everything was cleaned daily ( very pleasant, always then if we for breakfast were) and was in very good condition. There was van, safety deposit box, air conditioning, wi-fi, tv & dvd, books, pool. We only booked with breakfast, since we at the sensiationellen cooking ... course participated. The audience was mixed, from Australia, Sweden, Germany was somewhat represented. read more

    Our room and also the bathroom was very large and equipped with everything you need. Everything was very tastefully decorated.     The lady bamboo is hidden in a grünenoase nice and quiet, but very central in ubud. In few minutes one is at the market, shops, bars & restaurants, banks, temple is. Because we were so good pleased, but we didn't walk. What you should definitely do is a cooking course from reki book. With a lot of love and dedication will take you the secrets of the balinese cuisine, and you can find the number of chilli in the food itself determine ☺. Afterwards, in a very convivial round together the owne menu eaten. What is very interesting, reki understands and speaks german, and her husband Lambert is a genuine hamburgerjung. Super nice the two, through their hospitality is like at home feel.

The hotel is small, but nice. I felt very good. It is located in a quiet area with a green inner courtyard located in ubud. The rooms are individually very nice in the balinese steep furnished. The bathroom is large and with all the comforts. The staff are very friendly and the owner personally take care of the wishes of the guests and organize tours. As a lone traveler one finds connection to immediately. read more

Nice and small hotel very centrally located in ubud. Walking distance to all the major restaurants, temples and beautiful rice fields. For us was a private parking very important (this is rather rare in so central hotels in ubud) and beautiful pool with a view of the bamboo grove was for our son great fun. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The german owner lives in, or close to the hotel, chats and looks to the right. Only point of criticism: us was before not so clear, what the normal breakfast was included, and what is not. A few ... dishes (like additional pancakes) are then have been invoiced. There would have 90 Euro per night for 2 adults+one child in my opinion somewhat more generous can be. read more

Great location in ubud. In a quiet cul-de-sac right on the river/ Rainforest. The complex is lovingly and imaginatively designed and equipped very individually. Comfort factor guaranteed. Definitely a little bit expensive room 31 or 32 take. Or at least with the 2 front. The others are quite manageable. Breakfast is as arranged. Recommendable nonetheless are to be posted cooking class and the excursions. Definitely not recommendable the 'romantic candle light dinner' (1st course: Tofuknoedelsuppe second course: 'Indonesian rice platter a la lady bamboo'. Much rice. 5 shrimp in shrimps size on bean salad. 5 piece of pigs redang. 3 ... vegetable souffles the afternoon. Mini Ananassalat. 5 fried chips. Dessert: Frozen Limonenkuchen. The was unfortunately still frozen. We have it and a sorbet exonerated. Served in record time of 45 minutes). the staff are very friendly! read more

A really personal guided hotel complex with a special touch. Spacious, stylish designed rooms with super comfortable and not worn mattresses and large shower with warm water. Every room is different, beautifully decorated and has made a special charm. Tv and fridge there was also. The whole complex is very clean and you get every morning fresh towels, a made it bed and a new flower arrangement. The Soul of the hotel is for me the Ladybamboo Reki, because it leads not only the hotel, but tried individually to every guest. As a passionate cook has Rekis cooking class very ... large fun. Especially impressed me your cautious nature and for social projects and for your staff uses. But the guest is king! Then there is Franz, the second, strong hand, with his laugh impressive can, but also on the edge of the plate can see. The small, informal and very centrally located hotel Ladybamboo us as a family with two small children (4-5 years) very good loved it. We had a large family room with terrace overlooking the jungle. The bathroom was huge. We( couple the 50), had this property from the variety the ubud offers because of the location and the reviews (and the price;- ) picked out. we were not disappointed! Even though centrally located, we never had noise problems. Accommodation, breakfast and pool were OK! In the afternoon there was always a small snack with tea. Also was always a access to the internet available. the( German speaking ) care was very friendly and helpful food and beverage informed. the management also gives all classic excursions at reasonable prices and good care. the Cooking course is recommendable! read more

We had wonderful days in this small and fine hotel in ubud. Very quiet location but still centrally located. Great cooking class with much love. Always nice breakfast at the large table. Here, you got to know how many people who of course interesting. In the afternoon there was tea with the baked pastries tasted. Our excursions were organized perfectly and we had a nice driver and tour guide. We had a dinner menu that tasted great. Once again, a big compliment to the cook.     Very helpful owner, all tours at fair prices book and very individually to the guests enter. The lady of the hotel, spoke very good English and German and explains a lot from the point of view of locals. Liter, a vielgereister German, knows all insidergeheimnisse and helps with all problems.     Small lateral road, short walk to the center and beautiful hike over rice paddies, blanco renassance museum, janger dance in ubud Lotus pond, a wonderful scenery-all easily the path well. Shopping also really nearby with a large market Ubud many excursions available: cycling zentralbali ( very recommendable!) , uluwatu, kecak dance, tanah lot, batur volcano with a climb to the sunrise, goa gaja and much more you can easily 4a 5 days in ubud without boredom spend

Very good location in ubud, very nice hotel. However seemed the entire area larger than it actually is. Garden room very nice, however in the morning from 6 o'clock relatively loud and harassment by Küchengerueche as kitchen in immediate proximity is. This should however probably be changed, since these to more frequent Gästeklagen have run. Would be a shame, since Gartensuiten really very nice are. Unfortunately, we were only here for 2.5 days in ubud, therefore only 2 nights the lady bamboo villa, who wish to travel but definitely go to Bali and then in any case longer in ubud and hope, that the villa also room for us.     we had a suite on the river and the room was great! Commodious large, very beautiful furniture and especially no hotel unit product, but tastefully individually. The old motorcycleor flight helmet on the closet was a absolute eye catcher. But especially had the room nice many window, all with fly lattices secured. Before the room for hotel garden there was a private patio with table and chairs. The technical equipment in the room left nothing to be desired to the iPod docking stations on the music system. We had a large TV, a DVD player with a good choice of DVD's right in the room, musicCD's, what more could you ask for? Additional to the massive bed there was a large couch and a canopyDay bed. And then the outdoor teak wood terrace and bathroom with better, new Showerbathtub. From the terrace was also a lockable door to the river down. Really, the room and the furniture all great and clean and new. We liked it! The only instruction: we knew in advance not, that the bath inclusive toilet 'outside' is. We found the great. But perhaps it is other guests, the not so much like and want to know at the time of booking. But I always say, Hej, this is Bali!

    for breakfast or dining options all in all I can't say anything, because we in the short time so wanted to see as much of ubud possible. We had various very good recommendations for cafes and restaurants, on the we have concentrated. I can however say, that I really nice found, the relaxed and plaudrige atmosphere in the breakfast found to be good. During the morning we got ready for the city, we heard through the open window, such as different guests in the breakfast with the staff and together talking. It was a little as you would friends to visit, the outside sitting together and breakfast together. Right nice, really!

    Since we were not so long in the hotel were, we didn't notice the service may not be so intense, but... So we were very warmly welcomed and welcomes inclusive fresh fruit-welcome Drink. And now to my highlight: back home I have a very unusual by E-mail when Reki placed. I was on the search for contact details of a specific Balinese painter. I knew only about, where his tiny Store was. And I Reki really and the local store and the painter for me to detect. On so much willingness to help I am excited and thankful.     Here too, the pool in our 2.5 days used have. But there is great, that small villa that has a pool. Looks good and if you wanted, you could already in the morning in front of the breakfast go for a swim. When we arrived we were two girls in the pool and we were very happy. So that's why everything was good! And as mentioned above, we have the extensive leisure facilities of the villa didn't used. But I think it is great, that so much is offered. On my next Ubud and lady bamboo-stay I hope the cooking class!

    The location was great for us perfect. Since we were there only as briefly in ubud and the rest of the Bali-vacation always very lonely or isolated regions were, we wanted for the ubud-days in the middle of the town center his, but nevertheless not noisy and especially nice place to stay. And the lady bamboo villa 100% IG highly. The location map on the homepage it is correct. From the noisy main street you had to walk into a block, whose paving way really nice various news and memories of various people themselves, and then walk a steep Cul-de-sac to villa down. On the block are various nice, small restaurants, a few booking office touristic activities and, of course, also something like a 1-roomkiosk or tiny supermarket. Oh and main street one is immediately in the middle of everything. All possible recommendations ( market, Toprestaurants, Temple, monkeys forest) are without any problems on foot to reach. We found the location was really top!

The villa is from our Lady bamboo opinion very highly recommended! A charming, well-kept facility, very centrally located, but quiet location in a green /, nice staff, nice guests, ensure breakfast, many deals with activities (cooking classes, massage, cycling, rafting). Coffee/Teatime in the afternoon free. Reiki & Lambert are very keen, and that their guests feel with advice and act to the side. It is more of a melting pot than a hotel. We had a great time and really nothing to complain about! read more

We were the very good and varied Indonesian breakfast impressed, which we could enjoy in a family atmosphere. Very successful was the afternoon tea with small sweets ( free of charge). No need for a taxi to those who stayed there in Ubud to shopping, walk is everything without problem. If you are interested in its accommodation, will then withdraw from the street noise etc. Nothing, absolutely nothing with and can also soothes sleeping with the windows open. ( Mosquito nets on every window). In the morning you can Crowed the cat and woken up early with an open window. ... Windows and eco-AC to prevent this could be where appropriate. As I know the owners are a walls's rooster crowing cockerell, the sound of the could also the past. it is still in the center of Ubud, then through the small gate and you are in the quiet, green jungle. Great! The location is great, the bed in the rooms were very good, the shower works perfectly, the breakfast is superb, the prices were very moderate. Highly recommended for a shorter stay. We are left after about 1 hour, very narrow and coalescent, doesn't trustworthy impression; the "villa" had everything, indeed not to our taste. Actually a room where nothing tight, not the windows have doors slamming was a gap. You couldn't see the river, rather just know that there someplace below is a river. arrived we were a little surprised, the entrance door was locked, allegedly because I arrived at lunch time! Only a bit for real Naturfreaks and which don't expect a bit of luxury. read more
