Very badly run hotel. Indifferent staff. Nobody understands or speaks German, only a few English. Good that I still French. No price lists for drinks. Boring food. German speaking travel guide came only twice per week for one hour. Service in the restaurant miserable. Often missing cutlery, the we guests uS in the restaurant together had to find. Unclean. Never again, even if I present should! read more

the hotel has loud tour operators ** ** lux, with a great deal of goodwill can you say there are effectively maximal three stars we had a all inclusive vacation booked, you can as a guest but also only with breakfast or half board book. All inclusive was however patch all inclusive. For each detail one must pay, drinks there is only pub in vain, as soon as something is ordered, with imported ingredients, or for example freshly squeezed juices costs just really money. Except and were still about German older couples in the hotel, apart from that exclusively French. ..., although on Mauritius English the official language is, the staff only French spoken, you were in French and the entertainment was only in French. So we could actually as well as not at all at some Actions and the order drinks or other concerns were difficult to explain. All furniture is old, dirty and broken. read more

    the rooms are itself bright and friendly, all with balcony or terrace unfortunately they are very neglected, the carpets are disgusting filthy and the fridge was dirty and sticky. You have the impression, that the whole hotel once very nice was, as it was new, however since eternity no more money in the hand taken was also sometimes to renew. chairs are all abgerant, the sofas dirty, the beds worn, everywhere is mold, the tablecloths are felt once a week washed... Once we saw, that the pillars in the lobby with white color painted them over, apart from that is there nothing done. Even the maintenance the everywhere fixed fire extinguisher we not made( next maintenance should 2011 are, we were 2012 as).

    the hotel has 3 restaurants. Two of which are all inclusive included in the price and for the other one must pay. We were never there in the two other is the food a total catastrophe. The dishes were unloving back dished, it is lukewarm, tastes either after nothing or simply only widerlich. Lots of dishes at the Indian kitchen oriented and thus very spicy. One has noticed, that every evening at a other country is oriented, in the end, it is but always the same. Well, now is always a matter of taste, but we have us with other guests entertained and we were all agree. Moreover, that it in the hotel wild cats populated not 2.3, but of the 20 cats race in the restaurant rum, on the tables, on the chairs and operate literally itself or by guests angefütert. Also lots of birds make it on the plates comfortablethis is all highly unsanitary and gesundheitsgefärdend. The staff everything that is all the same. If you after plates ask, because there is no clean returns, then takes the chef one behind him standing arbeitsteller, wipes with its towels upstairs and gives him a. incredible! At the bar we have seen, that used coffee cups and spoons just to clean under running water to be reused to be.

    Service? There was no. The staff are, from 2a 3 people besides unfriendly, unmotivated, aggressive and scowling. Even tips have nothing change. If it were let down to speak English, then only with reluctance. The rooms were daily made, however was never to see, that really cleaned was, had tierkot in the bathroom, the after 3 days there still lagzudem you should any kind of jewelry at home leave, as expensive jewelry stolen. Have a display when the police gave up and even the police officer, said, that the hotel for him under all sow and its Menung to penetrate be closed. He has probably within the last months 4 people from staff because of theft arrested we have on the second day the room changed, since the first room directly above the bar by the pool was and the whole day very loud music noise took place, until night around 23:30.

    the animation team has the day tightly organized, but rather the usual stories, as bowls, darts, volleyball, water polo and aerobics. The fitness studio, as well as a further pool was closed, which meant, that you actually no sport. The Steppkurs on a steep piece lawn, where a twisted ankle is pre-programmed. Moreover, that the entertainment only in French take place. the pool is really small and terribly warm and the water was always very milky from the color. No idea, whether the must be the case or, if this simply to bad quality of the water sachets. Were anyway only once was briefly there the couches one must be very early get up in order to get one, the unbroken. At every second beach chair are the backrests broken, the cushions were all moldy and torn, at the beach are not insulated wiring from the sand. Just a horror!

    the hotel lies really very nice at the foot of le morne the views of the mountain or the beautiful sea is really great. From the airport we have by car a good Rate used. Because the hotel direct at the beach lies, tumbles you are practically out of the bed into the water, which was already very nice. Directly in front of the hotel the water is not very clear, we think is, that left from the hotel a river into the sea. But a few hundred meters to the beach to the right high in the direction public beach, the water was crystal-clear and wonderful also the snorkeling. A kite station furthermore at the hotel, as the area very good for kite surfing is suitable. However one should include oneself its own equipment bring along, the, the it to borrow is old, verranzt and furthermore very expensive.

We had come on a honeymoon trip from India. Being our 1st visit to Mauritius,all was new for us but the hotel staff did their best to make us comfortable. Their warm friendly nature was really admirable. Hotel room were all sea facing giving a nice view. Prompt room service added to beauty of the room. We had a half-board package, so breakfast & dinner were complimentary. Free WiFi services helped to stay in touch back home. Complimentary gifts like candle light dinner, spa, wine etc made us feel real special. read more

    Rooms were spacious with sea facing balcony. Ambiance was good. Rooms had been well kept. Telephones, Electric kettle, Fridge & Television were all in great working conditions. Things left in room were safe. Even though a safe had been provided but never really needed it. Staff stands out with its honesty & humility.

    Had three dining area-main restaurant, a French & an Indian Restaurant a.k.a Haseena. Areas were really clean & the chefs were good. There was a large variety & even a pure veg like us was able to find ample choices. Menu & choice of Indian dishes can surely be improved. Best things was that Chef wasn't haughty & was rather receptive to our views & suggestions.

    Beach & pool are both well maintained & were always densely populated by tourists. Free WiFi access was really helpful, speed was good. Kids Club was a pleasure to watch. Still the song "aram zam zam, gulli gulli aram zam zam" reverbrates in our head & brings a smile on our face:)

    Hotel's beach is real clean & well maintained. Used to be fun spending time on the beach. Hotel is far from the airport but the journey is good, nice roads with scenic natural beauty on either side. Connected through lot of travel tours. We were with Tam Tam Tours,so they had a well planned schedule on board even before we came:)

must be a dreamlike complex been at the opening, but is not at all maintained and well maintained. 2 pools, of which only one usable; towels, Beach mats and beach chairs in unclean and only half-condition; in the bathroom we only with the used towel once through the washbasin wiped and otherwise not cleaned. the rooms only with a broom and since the 12 days in which I am here, I will sleep in the same bed sheets. in the bathroom you can barely touch, because it was simply from the wall falls, like for instance hair dryer, Wasserhakn, Kloorollenhalter ... or even the lid of the toilet. You should not too exactly look at. everywhere mold in the silicone seams and indefinable stains. When I three days my beach towel exchanges wanted I received the answer, that it perhaps in two weeks only again fresh give-) the food is so far OK. only not very varied. Here is the average age currently at 30. lots of Russians and of course French. Because of the many strong winds here, there are very many surfers and so on read more

    beautiful bright, big room. spartan furnished... as an individual I had already problems my few 20 kilogram somewhere to stow away. Air conditioning fully functional but a only Mudslinger. mini bar was replenished every day with soft drinks and beer. but everything was always beautifully cold. safe available and kettle also. the hotel has no plumbing and trucks with river water supplies... this lead, that the water whilst showering and so on a light braunliche colour can have...

    in comparison to the whole review, was the gastronomy rather good. the quality of the dishes okay and quantity also. Before loading the placed dish or used the cutlery. definitely check beforehand ., since very a lot it is not really clean. and also, because cats and birds in the restaurant at home are. It was with few resources, tried variety or themed buffets to organize... was not at all bad... But people... paid no all inclusive.. ., as controlled here not a soul what I eat and drink,. no matter wether i only booked breakfast have. I am since 12 Days... and only twice has me for my room number asked...; meet guests, of which I am proud to tell, that they the whole day at the expense of the hotel life. and no one would say :-)

    the only positive Point is the friendliness the people in general on Mauritius. however i had this time say, that I as a guest at all not taken serious was... or better said as a customer, the way too many Pay money for such a hotel. regularly i had no hot; had a ganae week long no telephone and large promised of the manager. Already had not a single towel in the room and constantly frozen mini bar A reservation in the local Indian restaurant was not more and I have lies and Ausfluechten faced

    the entertainers give themselves large trouble and have fun . as already mentioned a pool of two open... a green by seaweeds. and the other oh Well... as with all... not accurate look at:-) No Kids' Pool available. but a mini-club, which must be paid. beach is okay. nice long... but also there to summarize strong in need of renovation Condition. Not enough Couches for all... half-finished sun screens. and not enough... The spa center alklerdings is a hit! two hours in the spa- pool with Hydrojets . Jacuzzi. Hammam... sauna and so on, costs approximately 20 euros Neither they, nor otherwise somewhere all toilets worked or was soap anywhere... no only Jet in the pool function. and apart from something bubble in a so-called hot tub was nothing really worked. the sauna and the Hamam have really beautiful fumed. but if you are not a special Pilzinfektion or the same snare wants, the left ever stay there! I have never in my life so a Brutstaedte dirt. and the VORZEIGEBEREICH a hotels!

    the airport is more than an hour away... okay, but since it no shops and no bus connections, one sat practically here feast. or pay for a taxi. possibilities for excursions there are some... however mostly only tried the big money with the tourists to make. Who can, should I simply a private tour operator in its language rent and a day with him spend, so can be avoided in the numerous coffee trips become entangled and one decorated the day itself.

    staff don't know really know. You get the part as half drinks without after the room number to be. the rooms liking not at all cleaned and it smells in the rooms 'musty' and it feels everything somehow dirty on. The chairs in the restaurant as well as at the bar are dirty, worn, and most of them were broken. The lighting in some bathrooms worked not at all, not even after the third complaint it was repaired.

We spend there 2 weaks for kitesurfing. Therefore its a nice place and a good Hotel . It is located directly on the beach. The friendly staff and the nice atmosphere makes it very easy to ignore little cleaning issues. We would definetly recommend the hotel! read more

I stayed at this hotel during a kitesurfing world championship competition in september 2011. It was a great place to stay, nice staff, good food and it's located straight on the beach, it's even possible to start the kites in front of the hotel! And there is a windsurfing and kite school and a diving center on the property. read more

Hi am Mittu and its my 3rd visit on the island and at the Indian resort. I wist to thank all the staff starting from the top management to the employees. The hotel is incredible with incredibility hospitable staff, great service, nice food with lots of varieties, spacious and comfortable room(always cleaned) and excellent Spa service. Overall it has been a memorable stay and i look forward to come again. i will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. read more

French-stronghold with ballermann-nature-on the basis of water it came back to losses. Garden with feces cast, as water is scarce and car must be at greater expense and cisterns. Very unsanitary conditions in the hotel (ice cubes with bare hands in the drinks done), pool water cloudy, spa facilities including pool area dated and dingy. We changed the hotel and then experienced, what it means to go on holiday in Mauritius, we were in heaven. Resort is only eight years old and looks very run down; it is cut corners. In the evening: battle at the cold buffet " " ..., cafeteria atmosphere. None of the three tennis courts are available, because to the adjacent building/owners were sold. Entertainment is only on the numerous French guests. Regulations are not respected. Staff is very young and inexperienced, Hotel out of proportion. Our conclusion: Mauritius Yes, but under no circumstances Indian resort! read more

We were treated as special guests. Staff were willing to please and assist. Most spoke English - mainly French. Some Junior staff would benefit from further customer services training Our Prestige room was beside the beach and gardens. It was private and quiet. We had a special birthday and also a wedding ceremony at the Hotel. We were treated graciously, and invited as guests to 'The Eden' Restaurant courtesy of the Management. The location of the Hotel is idyllic. There is always a breeze on this side of the coast which provides welcome freshness in the heat. Outside of the ... complex there is very little close by, we took a hire car to visit tourist sites and tour the area. Taxis are very expensive, and there is a little by way of restaurants outside the complex close by. The entertainment in the Hotel was excellent, tho not always well advertised. The Mauritian dancers and musicians were a delight. read more

We felt very comfortable in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very nice! It has an international visited. In any event, it is in this hotel all inclusive advisable!!! Our room was large and appropriately furnished. We found, that there was always enough beach chairs at the beach were free. We had a room in " Indian syle ", which was really very colorful and beautifully decorated was, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and separate toilet room, very imaginative we found the lobby and the restaurant-both with a lot of plants (partly meter high palm trees), the integrated into the whole, been. The food was very good and varied, there was daily different theme buffets were offered. The pool area was nicely laid out and the beach is very inviting, however during our stay relatively windy, but had the advantage, daßass very many kite surfers on ... the way and made it really fun, which to see. Indian resort was the third hotel we stayed in during our trip and clearly the most beautiful! read more

In direct comparison to two years ago, the hotel is very run down, condition of the furniture, bathroom decor is very poor. The staff works " " uncoordinated, very many tables without constantly to operate, one is forced the cutlery and Tischasessuars to arrange our own, is the one Frühstarter, the first 30 minutes after the opening (breakfast and dinner) grab it. The Essangebot is very poor, after the motto, if you came late remains slim and what is not even served two star hotel, is actually scandalous, in the middle of the Indian Ocean where the fish and seafood ... in the pots jump, as has been the fruit, mango, papaya or simply cut tomatoes, which 0.30 €the whole kilo costs, we have never seen anything like it. The hygiene left a lot to be, because many insects (ants and cockroaches) in our room was offered us a new room, but not better. We were greeted by our neighbors and the cleaning lady (that is, the issue is well known) equipped with several doses of toxic substances to the room to spray, because all of us small bite Centre had. Prisoner, where the cockroaches, even if located, you get the never again away, as is the question, what will be there in the kitchen from, ugh!! Our pictures speak for themselves. The only positive point is the location for windsurfing and kite-surfing hotel, but " " club provides therefor mistral not the hotel. We have made a few trips to port Luis among others and pamplemousses, unfortunately with a motorcycle. So much exhaust fumes we have never seen and inhaled, the buses and trucks with all black soot cloud start behind it. Good advice, if with a car there. read more

Nice hotel with direct access to the sandy beach, you could relax and water sports like kite surfing, kayaking, sailing, snorkeling, etc. can. Good wind conditions for kite surfing, but also on the beach it is bearable in the wind. The food at the buffet was varied and good. On arrival after 24 hours. zstzl had 2.5 hours we have to wait for our room. In this time wurdeuns didn't even get a glass of water. Service is in this hotel was a foreign word. Breakfast and dinner were a snack bar. In my previous stays in the last years the hotel was its four stars absolutely just now it is less than two stars. Never again!!! read more

The hotel has four stars deserves no. The room was large, and laundry/towel change to Part twice a day. But the food is a disaster. Little alternation, meat dishes not edible, ants and cockroaches in the dining room and sometimes at the buffet. Bath vacation is here because of the very strong winds and currents in the sea not possible at all. We are less than 1 hour every day (easy walking distance!) walked to a neighboring hotel, the wind was, at the very least twice 1a to swim in the ocean and able to lay on the beach. There ... are no, if you wanted to get something, you had to take a taxi. The daily evening entertainment was for our taste it was much too loud. It is only a hotel for wind and kite surfers, but not for a quiet beach holiday. read more
