Very centrally located hotel with faults. The size a standard room needs getting used to. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. In december/ january are 99% english in the hotel and accordingly is also the food designed. Absolutely beautiful the central location - directly at the beach, you can also in the winter in the sunshine could easily use. The only sporty free time possibility (table tennis) is unfortunately completely worn out or broken. read more

The hotel has no 4 star standard, it is an old, badly soundproofed, again and again restored hotel with the charm of the 60-70 ziger years. We had thank god booked a suite, as you could easily bear, the normal rooms are quite small. The beds were good! The bathroom is however so small that no two people begegnenen should. A correct shower are not, thus standing way the bathtub! The clacker is the mini bar, if you own drinks zustellt be per day €2.50 due. I've never experienced something like that! The dining room has the charm of ... a old diversity and the dinner adjusts itself. We are after 5 days fled and 'outside' great meals! The breakfast skin not elaborate, it is more 'english'. The coffee is scary. Should be emphasized the very friendly staff! - for author ice end: the garage is not included in the price, 12 € per day. Without the it unfortunately not. - the hotel was mostly, about 90%, of older british. German by right, in spite of the great location, a wide berth the building. We in future also! read more

A really great hotel in central, beautiful location. The hike with luggage is a bit cumbersome. Many older( about on 90%> ), especially English guests, felt very well. > room 401 isn't recommendable ( loud noise,, so that you at night as well will probably be woken up) read more

Free safety deposit box and wi-fi. The rooms are not special large, but tastefully decorated and functional decorated (luggage rack, large closet, armchair, desk). read more

Great great location, however for the price what better expected, mini pool with Miniliegefläche, small beach with loud engbeieinander standing loungers, the morning already with towels be filled... Buffet there are evenings only 2 times the week, as a replacement than 3-course menu. In the 7. stick one is on the balcony directly on the display... Room is somewhat small. Staff very friendly! Great view, great environment! read more

We chose this hotel, because it right next to beach is. A small downside is, that the access to the beach ( from the hotel to the beach and from the beach to the hotel) only about 09:00 until about 19:00 is open. The beach is public (but that didn't disturb me little) and is not the other beaches/ book of Nerja, so verhältismäßig short. The sea and the beach is clean. Unfortunately have in July 2012 lots of small jellyfish the guests by the swimming in the sea held. For children great fun, with a butterfly net ... these jellyfish from the sea.-
The majority of the guests come from Spain and England.-
Breakfast is very plentiful and diverse.- read more

From the first moment we engaged with the staff on arrival at the reception and the duty manager who booked us in to the porter who handled our luggage I new straight away that yes this is going to be good here,the atmosphere and the feel of this hotel was magical, the cleanliness of the hotel was of a very high standard and of good repair,we had a nice room on the third floor with an amazing view of the Balcon de Europa,the sound of the sea lapping at night sent you to sleep in secondsThe ... food and the sevice was excellent I can't express enough how efficiant the staff were read more

We had the comfortable hotel as a first station a Andalusien-round trip booked. In month May is Nerja as a destination well recommendable. The hotel centrally located directly on the balcony de Europa offered us friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast buffet ( in the restaurant with a view of the Bay ). Direct access to the beach from the hotel, the Bay however small. We were very satisfied with the service and genossendie evenings on the main square of Nerja with much hustle and bustle. Parking is however very bad and parking in the hotel only for a ... fee possible. read more

The central location of the hotel and especially the great view beat everything. One can see oneself hardly full. The rooms are all renovated. Pool, jacuzzi on the roof some charm. Only point of criticism is the dinner. Here we would have wished ourselves a lokalere guidance kitchen desired. One served rather pasta as tapas and altogether is the kitchen very British guests aligned. High it could be better. The next time we would probably to the half board waive, because there are numerous restaurants nearby. Otherwise everything excellent. A very nice place, the charm has remained. read more

The very well managed hotel is located in excellent location right next to the balcony de Europe. The hotel was during our stay and far mostly visited by older British guests. The hotel staff didn't speak German, but only English, next to Spanish. read more

We have two beautiful weeks spent in the hotel Balcon de Europa. Particularly to emphasize was the great location of the hotel, both facing the sea and right on the boardwalk. The service in the restaurant stood out from the general good service in the Hotel appears, the service staff in the restaurant was always very friendly and for the well-being of the guests, just to feel good. read more
