Hotel Esperanto^{(4.5 stars)}

Really great hotel. The hotel is about three minutes' walk away from train station and ten minutes walk from the city centre with many shops, bars and restaurants. The check in ran fast and problem-free. Prior to i had a smoking room ordered, but since it in the whole hotel no smoking rooms were available i got a room with a terrace where you could smoke. The rooms are big enough as well as the bathroom. As a welcome there was a small bottle of water and a plate of fruit. Very nice guests from the hotel. Breakfast was very ... varied and tasted fabulous. In the hotel there was the torro negro on the 6. floor as rodizio offered, the ten different sorts of meat from topkick, with starters and side dishes for 26,50 Euro. The food was the real madness one must make. The spa i did not use. I can only recommend the hotel. read more

Our room was clean and big enough. The breakfast buffet was very big and of excellent quality. We booked the hotel because of the beautiful spa area. This is really very nice. Especially for saunaliebhaber. Unfortunately there is very busy. Against evening becomes it then quiet and you can really relax. One evening we were in the restaurant toro negro rodizio food. It is not cheap, but very recommendable. Conclusion: we had the easter weekend really enjoyed and can definitely recommend this hotel. read more

Unfortunately the check in not work at all. We were 6 people in this weekend and arrived at 12:00 hours. The rooms are guaranteed to 14:00 manufactures what did not fold from 3 rooms only one finished. Ok we can also expect a room for the bathing area ready only we need please the bathrobes and please in size 164 after 20 minutes was unfortunately still nothing on demand we got then a in gr. L and one in gr. Xl. The best was then still the on the rooms a guest questionnaire-is to fill in what we ... of course wahrheitsgerecht (unhappy with management) have completed. Have already often in the esperanto a short break experienced and have always again very pleased! Staff very polite and helpful. Food is fantastic and the small but fine spa is for me well equipped. If there sometimes full in the spa is, then i always a short shopping trip in the town of the very nice is and something for everyone has to offer. read more

Were again for a long weekend in the hotel. This time we had our wedding party with our children. Everything was great. Were already so often here and for us it is the best hotel. It is every time like 1 week holiday. The food is amazing no matter in which restaurant you are eating. The bedienenungen are very nice and attentive. So really great. read more

Unfortunately the check in and the poor room allocation absolutely didn't work. The rooms should be until guaranteed 2:00 p. m. ready and were only against half 4 ready. In the area you could not without both room cards. That was all a waste of time! read more

Very great hotel! We within three days super relaxed! Friendly staff, the food was absolutely brilliant, everything clean and tidy and total relaxation! Bathrobes included and on the day of departure you could even after checking out the whole day the spa use! Tip: go a evening in the 'toro negro' restaurant on the roof terrace food (but with extra charge). Absolutely be worth-worth! We were thrilled and would always go there again. read more

Good hotel with great dinner in restaurant, taste and quality star level. Breakfast is also of magnificent quality. Great sauna area and beautiful saltwater pool (with a fully booked hotel a bit small). Bar with a massive selection and very good cocktails. The one with a complaint concerning of the room ( i have a single room and not the tour operator promised double room for single occupancy can be) with a factual statement ' we have in our hotel only double room ' is being fobbed off, fits however not to the otherwise more as a positive appearance of ... the hotel. It seems that the lady at the reception the opinion that a hotel guest is not able the difference between the double room and single room to see. A conversation with the empfangsleiter then led to a reasonably acceptable score. The one for a stay of 3 nights for example at easter booking direct in the hotel pay much more than in case of a booking with a tour operator (in singles makes the approximately 50%! Aus) is for me not comprehensible. On my next stay the may is planned i would here over gladly once with the management, or another able employees maintained. read more

The hotel i can highly recommend-only in peak hours is everywhere huge operation. Especially inconvenient this is in the sauna-the is m. m. Way too small for the number of people. So you will hardly beach chairs-except one blocked you the whole day - since these all make-one hardly finds a lovely place - to 2. already not at all - the clouds something the relaxation! A shame-you want pure spa break, is at some times too little capacity for lots of people. read more

Despite fears (see previous reviews) on a crowded spa have to take this as a complete opposite experience. Peace and quiet in the saunas, the whirlpool and the bistro. The atmosphere were very good. Always followed by rest, tea and obstspieß. Breakfast, and dinner were very good and varied. The room very clean, bright and spacious. Our complaint about the lack of bathrobe was processed immediately and this in 5 minutes in our room brought. A nice end of the day in the hotel's cocktail bar. All in all a very relaxing and nice short vacation. read more
