All in all a very nice hotel, very clean and tidy. However was the location not so cheap, because it all around as far as i know no restaurants or freiheitmöglichkeiten gave. read more

Hello we were very satisfied with the hotel,it was just bitter cold in Hamburg. We will definitely come back again but then in the summer. About the hotel, staff, food (breakfast) we can only positive Say. It is always worth a trip.! read more

The exterior of the hotel could be a bit put off. The smell when you get out of the bus out of it is overwhelming. Directly next to the hotel, there is tchibo. Smells always lovely after coffee-if you are on the balcony is! The interior is very modern and with nice details designed (for example abgestimmer carpet) Overall the hotel 7 floors. We were on floor 6 in the room 601 accommodated. The view, when it the weather time would permit, was directly in the direction Elbe - churches, elbe philharmonic hall We booked 3 nights in a comfort ... room with kitchenette with breakfast with a coupon of Groupon. The guest structure we mixed. From businessmen, young and older couples everything was represented. read more

    We had a comfort room with kitchenette and were surprised by the size of the room of the room. So lots of space we hardly ever had. The bed was large and i found the bedding really great. Fluffy ☺. There were two pillows (small & large). In the room there was an open wardrobe, work desk and a dining table with two chairs. On the wall for the room size sufficient tv. The kitchenette had a fridge, sink, two-burner stove, microwave and a kettle to offer. In the room there were glasses and cups. I suspect that the rest of the dishes the front desk can get. The bathroom was also big enough. A large mirror with sink, bathtub with glass shower wall. There was a dispenser for shower combo body wash/at the sink, tissues and a large and a small towel, unterleger for the feet.

    We only the breakfast buffet used. This for us no wishes open: There was ample selection and daily changing products. Bread, freshly baked rolls, different sorts of muesli, different sorts of sausage and cheese (cheese, camembert, cheese, cream cheese), fruit (peach, 2 sorts of melon, kiwi), vegetables (tomatoes, pickle, cucumbers, peppers), boiled eggs, rüherein, alternating sausage-camembert & and meat and 2 different juices, tea and coffee from the machine and also in a pot at the place. The breakfast room was only in the last few years renewed and had the used materials and the bright conference room has natural light and a great, comfortable atmosphere. Everything was always clean and was constantly refilled.

    All the staff were very friendly. Especially the staff for breakfast was courteous. Every request was fulfilled immediately. Example: we wanted shortly before the end of an espresso from the already apart taken machine to drink. This was unfortunately not possible. The waiter came directly on us to question what we wanted to drink, and organised the espresso from the bar area. Also all other requests were promptly fulfilled. Great we found the constant re-filling of the breakfast buffet. Our room on arrival was very clean. Only the somewhat moldy wall in the bathroom there to criticize. Otherwise we didn't to criticize.

    The hotel is actually quite central in Hamburg. Central describes however really only the location altogether in hh. The 'city centre' is about 5 kilometers away and with the bus well be reached. The drive with the bus (line 112) across the industrial area takes about 30 minutes, depending on where you want to go. Shopping and restaurants are right rsr. Opposite from the hotel there is a small convenience store and a restaurant. More we could the short way (maximum 1 minute) to the bus stop wasn't discover. This is located right next to the hotel.

We really liked that hotel, however the area not: mainly commercial area. Bus stop directly in front of the house, 15 minutes to to the train station, 30 minutes to the landungsbruecken bridge without having to change. read more

- as a guest over a coupon of ' from on vacation. ' you felt like 3. great! - the voucher included 3-course menu in a circa 1.5 miles away restaurant restaurant. The way there we were reluctantly, inaccurately described. We were 1 hour, due to the description! - a table, there, has the man at the reception only after longer ask took over. He said he is reluctant to, because of bad experiences!? - a very decent work but the maid service. We were satisfied with that. - unfortunately we didn't really feel welcome! read more

The hotel you can for a short break recommend, although the first, exterior rather miserable appears. The outside must urgently some work. The lobby is definitely not an evening drink. Otherwise the rooms are clean, that breakfast good. The air is dry in the rooms, my husband got problem in noses and rachenraum. (allergy?) Open for dogs, i thought that was very good. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. The hotel is recommendable for assembly workers. The kitchen area invites for selbstkocher. Unfortunately there is no pot, no knife and no cutlery in the kitchenette. In the all in ... all, a simple hotel. read more

For a short break it is value for money. It is very clean in the hotel and the room was spacious. The bathroom was though a bit small, however a shower and hair dryer were also available. read more
