Hotel Kallisto^{(4 stars)}

We had as already mentioned a superior room, these are slightly expensive than the standard rooms however recommendable, since there is more space. The rooms have an airco, small bathroom, a fridge, telephone, safe, small flat screen, sofa, two tables and chairs and storage space. More precise description see hotel general. Cleanliness very good. And condition very new.

As already mentioned it gives in imerovigli some good restaurants but not so many like for instance in the main town Fira. What you however on Santorini used must, is, that often cats in restaurants arise and or dogs by the streets go. From the kitchen there was everything a little, except fast food things a la McDonald's I on the island never seen. It is in the restaurants mainly olive oil cooked and greek dishes such as mousuka are very recommendable. The prices move depending on restauranttyp around circa 25 Euro per person ( weinglass, soft drinks, main menu).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Directly at the start there is an introduction, which everything on Santorini can be made and there is a good restaurant tips. Even if you in advance about the hotel looking for information, the hotel offers a great service. General the hotel has always an ear to lend for questions. The foreign languages skills go through greek to English and even German. The cleaning of the rooms was always very clean and friendly made. As above already mentioned it until: o'clock a bar and kitchen for small snacks and even a small fitness room, but for children does not exist special.

The pool is as mentioned above proportionately large and clean. Loungers and umbrella are available and the help of the staff the post is always guaranteed. It has a small fitness room and what I thought was a very good free internet! Animation moderately there was nothing except the pool music. For disco's and bars you should rather to Fira go.

The hotel is with about only eight rooms very small. This is however definitely not a disadvantage, because the small number of people is very quiet and so good for relaxation serves. The rooms are very clean. We had a superior room especially at the pool. It is two-storied. On the 1st floor it had a sofa, storage space for kosmetik etc. , two tables and the bathroom is. The bathroom had a shower, a washbasin with little space to put things and mirror and a toilet. On the 2nd floor is then the bed. The room I found very good overall. The only downside was, that the bathroom very small was. But it was due to the storage space outside the badzimmers alleviated. I would have however found better, when the construction of the hotel more capacity for the bathroom taken into account could have been. The cleanliness is very good! My mother and I have the breakfast included had. This was designed by a phone call to the huge veranda with the fantastic view or to the room from the staff serves. As breakfast there were different bread, toast, croissants, cakes, tea or coffee orange juice, butter and jam. It is very simple designed by extra charge more hinzugekauft are. From the guests it is rather for adults persons from 25 years. Children had no and I do not believe, that these here would fit. Because there are for example no chilled like for instance program with entertainers, it has just the pool, the bar with the very relaxing music:-) and the great view. To relax perfect! From the nationalities we had in this week everything a little seen from africans to americans. However must be said, that the hotel very many swiss has been selected. On one day were all rooms by swiss manned.

Imerovigli is very high and you a magnificent view on the Caldera. To the capital Fira one has by bus about 5 minutes (if it is). The bus drive every 20 minutes to about 00:00 A. M. and costs about 1.60 Euro per way. The bus station is approximately 2 minutes out from the hotel. You can but also very good, with a dirt bike, scooter or car move on. The next beach is already some kilometers away. Depending on which beach you want to a bus ride from approximately 20 to 30 minutes accept per way. As a comparison this the hotel offers therefore a ' santorinimäßig ' large pool. In my opinion, are the beaches not so recommendable, since they are often very rocky and not turquoise and clear. But if you nevertheless the 'beach feeling' feel is for example in kamari very quickly. In kamari you can right touristic holidays experience with the competition under the restaurants, the lots of children, the gift shops, the sea etc. It is quite different than in imerovigli. In imerovigli it very comfortable two supermarkets close to the hotel (5 minutes on foot),3-5 shops and some restaurants and taverns nearby. Especially the La Maison in imerovigli is recommendable especially the salad La Maison with a special balsamico/honey sauce, bananas and nuts. In Fira ( approximately 5 minutes on the bus) it more restaurants also bars, shops and really very small clubs. For the nightlife is Santorini not very recommendable. However the sweet red wine should definitely try. The airport is about 15 minutes by cab reachable circa 20 Euro As excursions the locality oia (circa 15 minutes on the bus) gennent are. Here it is very idyllic and one has so say the locals here the most beautiful sunset. One should set here to the castle in oia to go. There romp around concerns about 19:00 until: o'clock very many tourists around. But also kamari is recommendable. It is quite the opposite of imerovigli and the typical beach feeling over. As variety therefore very good. And there is still a volcanic island with three craters and hot springs which one explore can. It can for 15 Euro per person so a trip with schiffstransfer from the hotel be booked. Also is very recommendable the red beach in the south santorinis. A really very nice natural spectacle with the red rocks.
