The hotel is good and extremely attractive location. Free parking in the middle environment sufficiendy. The only problem at this truly highly recommended hotel is, that it for breakfast partly not enough room there, and that the staff with the set up of the tables for change not behind is. Surely this has quite disturbed. Otherwise highly recommended! read more

A friendly and clean star hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff. Breakfast is exceptionally good and rich. Access to the public transport in a few minutes walk. Hotel's own garage is not included and costs 15 € per day. read more

The location of the hotel is very good. We had an event in the o2 world and loved it, that the hotel really so close is. Around 10 minutes away on foot and you're there. At sic'h the hotel is good. A shortcoming we found for breakfast. Clear when we wanted to eat breakfast, it was the peak, but it was already a great shame, that when we first breakfast in the adjoining room had to eat. The quality of the dishes was more than fine. Unfortunately the improve not so good. The breads were refilled, when the first almost ... everybody was, the scrambled eggs there was a whole time later. Apart from that the hotel we can absolutely recommend. Very close the Simon-roof-street with so many bars. Really great. read more

The hotel was ideal for our city break. Good facilities, good connection to The public transport. Room was though on arrival quite warm, But was probably only well intentioned. After a bit of fresh air it was ok. Room was nice and quiet, you could sleep relaxed. read more

We were already the 6. time in this hotel and are always again very pleased. The staff were friendly and capable. The rooms are big and functional decorated. The breakfast buffet is good and rich. The whole hotel is very clean. To the subway and S-Bahn there is only a few minutes. We would gladly come again. read more

We were there over new year's eve. We really enjoyed it, especially, that the breakfast buffet, which by the way more than enough was, on new year's day until 13 o'clock was available. On the other days until 10:30 o'clock, what also was completely enough for us! Also with the room and the front desk everything was best correct. The next station was within circa 10 minutes to reach. And since Berlin yes very good connectivity is you got everywhere very easily. Convenient was also, that you the luggages before us after the stay in the hotel i could ..., so that you freely still a bit in Berlin to remain could do, without the pesky bags with a drag to have. You can also from the ostbahnohof good on foot go, about minutes it is you get to the east side gallery memorial past, so you have a besichtigungspunkt ticked off. For us it was a lovely stay! read more

We were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was extremely small. Makeup was not possible, because there was no light on the mirror, washbasin had the size a handwaschbeckens in a washroom, perhaps something change. The hotel we would but again, we were not for the first time there. read more

    Here my views. We had on the first night room 656 (luxury rooms). Nice and big, all great, it is actually a family room with connecting door, which was locked, of course was. From other hotels i know it so, that a connecting door from two doors with small cavity in between is. That was the case here, a thin wooden door was. We could see the tv and the conversations of the guests next door without loss of- ☺. As i me 00:30 at the front desk weighted. You could the evening no new room give, as booked, on the next day we got however a new room, which super and was quiet!

    The service is great. My girlfriend was on samstab 25, we had a beautiful set breakfast table and got sparkling wine and fruit to the room. As you as person true, at the front desk always recognized. The handling of complaints is good, see point 'rooms'.
