I only stayed here for one night and did not get to use a lot of the services. However front desk was unbelievable professional and very friendly. Ever member of staff would greet you and it left the feeling they take pride in what they do. The (superior)room was very good at a size of about 40sqm and decorated to the finest touches. The bathroom was the best thing. Two sinks is standard. A walk in shower with a rain shower and a seperate toilet. If there is one thing they could do better, I would say the tea and ... coffee making facilities in room are missing. I will happily return and can strongly recommend this hotel. read more

My stay at the Ritz Carlton Berlin-Mitte went without major complaints. The hotel itself is beautiful and is accordingly well maintained. The staff is always friendly and courteous. All parts of the service (room, lobby, door, etc.) Were always willing to help to help and did this also. Small point of criticism: on my room was a bit from the minibar which i had not. After a short remark was the position also got deleted. The gym is unfortunately not very big: 2 treadmills, 2 stepper, 1 bauchcrunch, 1 butterfly and a free standing bank for various muskeltrainings in ... front of the mirror. The pool is only to a float. Swimming is due to its small size unfortunately not possible. The jacuzzi is very pleasant. However also not the greatest ☺ Sauna there are two the number with a during my stay in use was. read more

The best hotel, in which we ever were. If you stay here to complain about has, complains of a high standard. The hotel is definitely in great shape, the hygiene is in all areas excellent and the employees are always very friendly and ready to help. Two nights to relax and experience in Berlin - the ritz made. The reception is very friendly, almost familiar. Professional, all questions and the problem was dealt with. Who (differently than we ) with children travels, is here perfectly waived: everywhere in the hotel gladly seen, toys in the lobby and in the spa area. Here nobody feels disturbed. The room was immaculate, so like the rest of the hotel. Every morning, you could help yourself to a perfect breakfast there, lunch/dinner, the brasserie smaller and larger dishes. The location is perfect: hardly ten steps in front of the hotel ... is the metro station Potsdamer Platz, little further the Sony-center and arcades. Brandenburger Tor and the reichstag as well as, what else could you want. We would gladly come again. read more

Excellent central location. Many transport links nearby. Unfortunately i neither the friendly mr at the front desk, the doorman say, where the buses the main train station exit. (there were only 100 metres to the left) room size and furnishings were of the category. Breakfast buffets i have stayed in comparable hotels already experienced better. Especially bread and cakes were not very plentiful to name but a few. The cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. Recommendable overall. read more

We were to second time for four nights at the Ritz. For the first time we had to the cleanliness in the room a lot to complain about. After complaint and appropriate Apology we decided the Ritz again a opportunity and weren't disappointed. The room was this time clean, no traces of the previous guest like the first time. Merely the daily clean our traces was neglectful. It was the bathtub from my long hair not even clear and in the bathroom cabinet the bartstoppeln from razor my husband not away (was probably not at all open). But otherwise it ... was clean and tidy, merely the subtleties were noticeable, but should just in a five-star hotel be taken into account. The service in the 'curtain club' is furthermore rather slow and not very attentive ( especially the female service run rather 'blind' through the area, the men were clearly attentive and friendly). The are but also the only points of criticism. We felt very much at ease there, all were very nice and friendly. The location is unique, very centrally located with many restaurants and cafes. The Arcades and musicals are only few minutes on foot away. We would book it again. read more

Makeup mirror fell after the schranköffnen contrary to. On the first day room not cleaned, because of that inadvertently the 'do not disturb-lamp' aufleuchtete. We were assured that then nobody bother us. However as the drinks menu for the mini bar was missing and we this tel. Requested we had for the night the 'do not disturb-lamp' on. Despite gleam was rung. Otherwise: after complaint was the room fast cleared up. We ... could a send photo, how bad the bed one prepared. Furthermore there was not even a bedtime sweet. We had originally booked in Marriott -were then but because of 'replacement' decided to the sister hotel Ritz -Carlton transferred and were here over not unhappy! The hotel is one of the highlights of the Berlin Hotellerie and offers from competent and top accommodating staff on the perfect location at the Potsdamer Platz / Sony Center to the ideal room-and restaurant facilities everything ( breakfast next to Michelle Hunziker!), what a five star hotel on Weltsatdtniveau must offer! We were from the first to the last minute our short -stay very satisfied and come definitely with next Occasion - keep ... up the good work Ladies and gentlemen! read more

We very often in Berlin and every time another hotel. This time was the Ritz to. The frontdesk was very friendly, the doorman we liked. The entrance hall is impressive. The room, a beautiful corner room was very comfortable, the beds fantastic. The bathroom is large and the toilet is in a specialty. The bar is a little dark, but comfortable. Very friendly staff in funny uniform. The breakfast was very good, egg dishes were freshly prepared, everything was very fresh and appetizing. It is certainly the decor of the room for, it was a bit difficult is the different ... food. read more

The Ritz Carlton Berlin every its five stars deserves. The building has both outside as well as inside refined hospitality from. Starting at the priority, on the front desk to dining and of course the rooms the high quality the atmosphere only by the kindness and Competence of the staff exceeded. This level has naturally its price, but it is definitely every Euro value. read more

Great hotel. Unfortunately seems the furnishing in the room despite gushier use of clear varnish on all the furniture very artificial... It is the bed one of the best hotel beds i have ever slept in. read more

Great hotel, friendly staff. Really recommendable hotel for city breaks! Staff very accommodating. Check in quick and competent. Hotel nearby the Brandenburg gate and so on can only be recommended! read more

We were 3 days business in Berlin and after a disappointing January -stay at the Adlon for the Ritz decided. Ritz are the staff 'of course friendly' and not so fake like the Adlon, you just feel great. Check in ran fast and smoothly. Strange we found, that we do not have to the room escorted, but only the room key was pressed into the hand got. Usually we know it five star hotels, that a short zimmereinweisung belonged to it. Oh well. The only negative was, that we have traces previous guests in the bathroom amongst others hair in ... the bathtub. The counters and mirror were not cleaned. Furthermore missing shower gel. It was not a good start, however were after complaint all deficiencies immediately. In particular in relation to cleanliness the Ritz is still meticulous his. Also the service the club should be more attentive. Brasserie, in the amongst others the breakfast offered, is very nice and beautifully designed. The hotel location of course is great, since it's directly by the Potsdamer Platz convenient, which many purchase- and places to eat are given. We will give the Ritz in any case a second opportunity give, as appropriate on our complaint was reacted and it on the other hand a great hotel in a great location is. We hope, that we next time nothing more complain about and it' slip-up' was. read more
