The area is large, well maintained and with great garden. It is also very clean. Food was okay. No russians, only germans, austrians, british. Distance to the beach is depending on the location a bit far. Distance to the nearest airport is only 1 hour. Side is 15 minutes by bus to reach. There are numerous excursions by boat or bus offered. The staff is friendly. With a little tip at the beginning of the vacation is all. All speak very good german or at least english. Cleaning lady was very nice (with tips). The restaurants are great! The all ... inclusive buffet is also really great, but after four days everything repeated. German rather -turkish dishes hygiene and cleanliness were very good! As mentioned: with tips the staff was fast, friendly ☺
Highly recommend is the friendly gentleman at 'Lydia-gold ' in the hotel complex. It is not pushy at all, advise a detailed and the impression, over the table to be pulled. Ps: there is also jewelry and old gold purchased, reparature made. Conclusion it was a great vacation and the hotel we can and jewellery recommend with a good conscience read more

Really friendly staff from the room cleaning maids, waiters to the gardener. Service staff speaks and understands well german, had no problems what so ever communicating. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels (even if not on the floor) are changed on a daily basis. You are very hard, the rooms carefully make, no matter wether the artfully put ceilings on the bed or just a raff node in the curtains. Even if we no children with had, we were pleased, which with the children everything was arranged. And the children it will also, otherwise they were not so numerously around ... the childrens entertainer gathered defendendo.
A beautiful shopping center in the hotel really pleased us, very friendly salesperson and very good quality of the goods.,various business like taschengeschäft, clothing, hairdresser, leather, the jeweler here in the hotel is really great - have new wedding rings bought very good advice and a great selection of models. Very good dining in the fish restaurant with good selections. To the hotel includes a beautiful sandy beach, also in the sea no rock! For me the most beautiful beach section at the Turkish Riviera. It was our third stay in Turkey in a row in the autumn ( always 5-stars) and we must say, that we this year in the Hotel Alba Queen the best pleased, although this hotel on less' frills' also, as some other hotels this category. But is true, is the total package. Friendly employees, a great pool area with integrated water slides, so its children from the pool chairs in the view. We had stayed in hotels, they had the triple selection of food, but honestly. Who wants the try everything?! Of the quality ago was the food in Alba ... Queen great. There was something for every taste, both for breakfast, as well as during the day at the pool- and beach bar, where one itself from the map small, tasty snacks could choose. The menu at the beach bar changed weekly, so that it didn't get boring. Also without complaint was the quality during dinner, however it came to the rush hours already times longer queues. Especially worth mentioning is the cleanliness the entire hotels, both the general spaces, as well as the cleaning of the rooms. We had a family room with bunk bed for children, everything large enough and also plenty of storage space for the clothes. The mini bar was every day with water and soft drinks filled up, also stands a kettle for coffee and tea ready. The air conditioning from 01. October centrally controlled, but the times, where it ran, was for the temperatures more than adequate. Safe is available, costs 1,50 Euro per day. The entertainment put in the effort, the evening shows were good and nice to look at. In the hotel there is a hairdresser, a small kiosk, a textile shop and a photographer. Especially to mention I would like the jeweler Elvan in the hotel. Because of several tips from vacations at this point I have also my old gold and in payment given. It is worthwhile really. Also a goldring, the repair here in Germany circa 50 Euro should cost, for very little money great repaired. Apart from that is the location of the Alba Queen hotels good. Left and right from the hotel you will find the usual bazaars, Dolmuş stops directly in front of of the door, so that you also to side, Kumköy or Manavgat comes. The beach is only by a small street and a short on foot reachable, also here everything very well kept. In October previously still summer and 30 °C, water temperature 25 °C, however one saw the a or other raindrop, sometimes also with thunder and lightning, but fast again twisted. So this was a really successful vacation and there should next fall again towards the Turkey go, then for us to completely certainly again into the Hotel Alba Queen! read more

Once alba always alba was the slogan but that is past. We were already twice in the Alba Resort and now once in the Alba Queen. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed our mattress on the room was totally worn out!
The food was very one-sided unfortunately no highlights been there, in addition to the bad food the thai restaurant included the waiter! The children's buffet the total letdown. Apart from that the hotel is very nice especially the beach. read more

Extra costs: safe(14 Euro f.10 days ), tennis court (5 Euro), freshly squeezed orange juice (2 Euro), different cocktails and liqueurs
Unfortunately disappeared all of a sudden the Nintendo ds our daughter. From our friends on the same day 2 new Nintendo ds games. We were very disappointed, the children very sad. A ask at the front desk brought unfortunately no success.
My sister in its double room a extra bed for your 11-year-old son, what a plank bed directly.

were for the second time in Turkey, this time with our children. In the Alba Queen very comfortable. The many bad reviews not understand. We had a large double room with 2 extra beds with super view of the sea. Food was really good, wide choice, delicious dessert. The hotel is very clean, our nice cleaning lady was every day very efficient. Only not understood why the playing ground free open was?! Really short walk to the beautiful sandy beach, the water was in October still really warm. The evening entertainment was good, particularly the musical ' Grease' was perfect ... dancing. Staff in the entire service section was friendly and good German language skills. All in all a nice vacation in a highly recommended hotel. read more

We felt as a family with two kids (14 and 12) in the family room we felt comfortable all around. There were no reasons, something to complain about. With the food was always provided for everything and something for everyone there. Plentiful and varied. At the beginning of the dinner was always very busy. There you had to sometimes a bit patient. But was not a problem for us. The beach area was very well-kept. Long flat area in the water, the for playing in the relatively warm water invites. Way from the hotel to the beach approximately 150 meters. ... For someone with mobility problems a bit be far away, especially since the way a bit steep runs, the one then also again 'high' walk. Beach bar is approximately 100 meters above from the beach. Directly at the beach vending machines are available, which also always worked. Water in the swimming pool was very cold, but at high temperatures reasonable. Also very well maintained with 3 röhrenrutschen and a wide slide. After a strong storm was ingress of water in the lobby. But many helper on the way, the water abzusaugen and everything again reasonable to bring. So much water at once, the sewerage apparently not. But we have no bad smells notice. Altogether very friendly and helpful staff.

Service, room, activities, food, drinks, beach, everything was just right. Says here it really have a vacation. All were trying hard to make us comfortable. As already times 2a 3 kilo more on the hips. Room always tidy, clean and with a lot of love were the beds decorated. All inclusive, we were the beverages almost carry for. All are always nice, friendly and absolutely courteous, there was no guest, large selection of dishes in the best quality, had no stomach problems, huge salad bar, dessert bar, fruit buffet, (freshly squeezed juice) two warm speissentheken, a separate kinderessenstheke, huge cornflakes ..., cereals and yoghurts without limits, jam 7 sorts, still always diverse. Spices even adjustable.
Of course, there is also a fitness studio and a turkish spa. Some shops are in the inside the hotel (clothes, magazines, floats etc.) Here i a great leather jacket anfertigenlassen.,undhier at the hotel jewelry shop me from my old gold a new ring to them. Looks so beautiful, i much happiness. And all my jewelry i had completely free revamped get. By the way old gold do not forget, here you get great pricesit is worthwhile! read more

The sunbed area by the pool is very narrow and offers so no real beach.
For the food it is very fully, noisy and busy. If you finally a place, the food was often not hot. The lamb chops were always very tasty prepared, but lukewarm no real benefit more.
Although the hotel still quite full, there was for adults hardly and for my 11 and 12 year old daughters almost no animation. The kids club (an area and a baby -pool) is for children up to 7 years interesting. The entertainers spoke no German and almost no English.
The ... beach ( around 5 minutes away on foot) was good.
The environment of the hotel was sometimes very loud. If the sunday morning at 7:30 o'clock next to the other noise or some geräuschintensiven aggregates (whatever that is!) Be turned on, is not very pleasant. We feared early morning muezzinruf was luckily not very strong. read more
