Top notch! You really have to say, the complex makes a very good and rich impression, is huge and wonderfully placed. Everywhere very clean, gardener, the trees and lawn care, really like gardeners, in green surroundings suit and large sun hat, appearance and behavior. There is even elegant doorman and porters, your work perfect exercise. Atmosphere and comfortable feeling difficult to exceed! At the moment our top favorite amongst all of us visited hotels. We had a double room with an extra bed on the ground floor with a small garden area (terrace) get. On of the terrace no plastic chairs and a plastic table, but a full facilities from wood available. Room was standard equippment. Not too much, not too few inside, although a bit more flair not have gone amiss. The main thing was, that the beds were very comfortable. In the television 2 or 3 german programs, in the bathroom the bare minimum facilities with separate small toilet and bidet area available. Safe completely free of charge! Very clean rooms and every day top been cleaned. Air conditioning has mostly just heated, since the nights were cold. But there was quiet and immaculate.

Nice and plush. There was actually nothing, which didn't taste. Moroccan cuisine, as well as european cuisine, high level, exactly like wines, beer drinks or cocktails in the evening at the bar. It gave so much different, that it was not possible all at an afternoon or evening to consume. We have everything really enjoyed. Morrocan one restaurant we could not visit it, since we had already had from the ' normal ' great food gluts were.

Service is definitely not more to beat. All were friendly, helpful and smile with pleasure. My 12-year old daughter has every day when entering the dining room, for breakfast and dinner, and the same waiters, always a nice small, genuine, rose in the hand or on the table put. The friendliness was here in abundance to feel. All other staff, no matter where one looked, were in a good mood and very spontaneously. One noticed, that the work to them fun. For the farewell on the last night after previous order a packed lunch, a basket with sandwiches and fruit prepared-great.

Animation team was never pushy, on the contrary. You could also by the pool easily lie, without that you will be charged to any spielveranstaltungen mitgezerrt was. Otherwise there were 4 tennis courts, small Midget Golf-area, badminton area, an indoor pool (11:00 until 15:00 hours ) table tennis, Boccia and nice not pushy music at the large pool and pay spa area. The pool itself not large and the size the hotel in my opinion, still too small. Not heated in the winter.

About about 3 kilometer from of the center away, far enough from the noisy innenstadtleben away. The is however not a big problem, since the hotel's free shuttle bus available represents, but again only in the Neustadt drive. From there out there is about 20 minutes walk to the center necessary.
