i have to say this hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed in the staff were so happy and that shows me the company is good to there staff. the rooms are fantastic, location is good and quite, food is fantastic as well. pool areas are big enough clean. i would reconmen anyone to this hotel it is quite a surprise and one of the best. i am from australia and i would glass this as a 5 star hotel so come and enjoy. read more

we have been coming regularly to Santa Ponsa over the past 15 years and this is the first time at the Bahai Del Sol and i was very pleasantly suprised the rooms, food, bar and outdoor pool area are all lovely as is. It is just a 5 minute walk to the bus into palma where we love to shop, I would highly recommend this hotel as something special for people of all ages. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and I will be returning here from now on a regular basis. read more

We once were a quick week on Mallorca and were with the hotel as far as very satisfied. At the front desk one speaks german and our half board was also reasonable we have the food only a week guests can enjoy, so on the repetition in week 2 declined. But it was good. Car park above the hotel means small morning. The gastronomy in the area is available and was therefore not so numerously use, since most of the bar in february closed. But nothing, a pub for a small glass of wine you will find. Pool and sauna ... we used and were satisfied. Distance to the sea is also acceptable. Oh there were also older rule those gladly reserve a table ☺ read more

We liked it in general suits well. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.
In the last 3 days our stay, there were 2 rather good in the hotel accommodated. So was the
Staff despite short-term recruitment of temporary staff clearly overwhelmed. Amongst others there were
Not enough spaces in the restaurant (waiting times). In this case it would have been better, in 2 layers
To eat. I would like to make the civilian drink prices in the restaurant and bar to mention. read more

We had no complaints.
The hotel complex is not too big. It is not new, but well maintained and everywhere clean.
During our week there were mostly germans guests in the hotel (70-80%).
At the front desk, at the bar and in the restaurant nearly all of them spoke good german, partly german. read more

Two pools. The main pool is directly at a main street, for rest and relaxation not suitable. The evening entertainment is good. The indoor swimming pool and the sauna are also good. The hotel building is, ageing' however it's all clean. The rooms in the low cost are definitely not recommendable, the in the main building are however good. All together you can here good have a vacation. read more

We really liked the hotel. Until to the beach it are only a couple -minute walk. The food, particularly the dinner, was excellent. Evenings always found events instead of. There was however no excessive activities. The leisure offer was limited to pool, sauna, table tennis and pool. Only drawback: the hotel lies at a busy street and the rooms are badly soundproofed. read more

The value for money in the autumn true. We have a good experiences collected. In comparison to the last few years shows a change in the management, the pleasantly is noticeable.
What's really great is the team at the front desk, with information and assistance to the side.
Santa Ponsa is not very nice, but when place to go out for excursions on the island recommendable. read more

We are in a belated holiday flew and in october and had just brilliant almost summer temperatures on Mallorca experienced. The hotel was class, the staff was very nice and the beach promenade is smooth in front of the house. It was a relaxed vacation. read more

The furnishing of the hotel has gotten old. Especially in the area of the indoor pool and of the sauna one doesn't feel more comfortable. For a four-star hotel not acceptable. The food has not only we didn't really taste. The hotel is but nevertheless recommendable, there the location, the size of the rooms and the best service convince. Have fun. read more

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay except for the sound of below our room ( air conditioning, ventilation of the kitchen?) Was not so great. But the attention and friendliness of the staff everything was again well done.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also very good.
We make in any case again holiday.

The first impression of the hotel was very good. The reception- and dining-areas were clean. But then I got a single room which was very small, the furniture was damaged, and the bathroom was full of mould. When I complained I got another room which was bigger, the furniture was better (but not like in a 4-Stars-Hotel), and the bathroom was mouldy as well. When it was raining, the water came from the roof to the aisles, and you could see that the walls were also wet.
The good thing was that I had a good view to the sea ... from my little balcony, which I liked very much.
As I was told, this part of the hotel will be renovated during the winter months. That's high time!! Otherwise I would not be able to recommend the hotel.
I am so sorry having to write such things, but it really affected the pleasure of my holidays. read more

We drove as a couple end of October in the hotel Bahia del Sol. The hotel is quite old and does not match younger people, so until about 30 we were also quite the only. In the room my friend was the bathtub rusty. I did the castle in the balcony not. The food is not very varied. In our four days there were the same fish, unappetizing looking meat and the same pasta, whereas the pasta was overcooked. Unfortunately we were just before the end the season arrived! This meant, you for the food be had. Especially on the ... last two days some dishes evenings no more refilled, because nothing was there anymore! The raussschmeißerstimmung you noticed also in the indoor pool, the last two days was not heated. The toilet in the indoor pool needs overhaul, disgusting. Unfortunately I had me on the show pleased, according to the plan evenings take place should. Half an hour previously disappeared the poster, well, in the last week deserve the guests probably none entertainment more. The on the homepage advertised gym we have in the hotel looking for! The last day was the horror. After the breakfast, with only apple juice, honey and butter no longer available were, was the hotel winterproof. That means table path, ping-pong table and all furniture a guest lounge with towels boxspring. Light and tv way. Oh, in the foyer had the two pcs also no electricity, so nothing with surfing.
