Jungle Aqua Park Resort ^{(4 stars)}

Rooms are in bungalow style, with a small terrace. Wet area was more than large. Shower is huge and there are more than hot water. Tv is of course good, but not the large selection. There is a small refrigerator every day with fresh water bottles filled. The room has ceiling fan and air conditioning. Beds are very comfortable and clean. We could no stains find. The room is every day thoroughly cleaned and ordered! Tip is gladly seen.

There are 7 restaurants alongside the zentralpools the different outlook. From mediterranean to oriental, german, asian to italian kitchen everything was represented. But unfortunately the name is not program. In all restaurants the same food in different flavors prepared. In the asian restaurant, there was an asian chef and only then tasted the noodle pans from the weighed. Otherwise reminds rather of water which i extremely disliked it. It would be useful in the various premises the food to prepare which also match. German food there never, exactly like italian. The ingredients are for egyptian standards all since only they will not use it! Also one must often the individual station waiting, because the cooks not always just nachproduzieren. It would be useful for each restaurant a national chef to ensure the say. The glasses are at the edge was often broken exactly like the plates. Furthermore you should in il gelato be careful! There, there are crepes and ice cream! The crepes are only about 5 centimeter in diameter and will also not always served hot. The ice cream from Mövenpick ( to recognize to the large rectangular containers tasted very tasty and i can only recommend. There are most evenings. If small square way containers in it are please not even bother. It tasted after chlorine water with color and taste the disgusting is. Atmosphere: Reminds of station concourse. You can also sit outside. Service excellent. I can't complain. Tips were not required or expected, but you can the tip boxes like to fill. Size: The hotel has enough big rooms in the bungalowstil the optional with one double bed or bunk beds! These bungalows were located in settlements divided and range from 1000. Over 2000. To 5000.! Condition: The complex is approximately 3 years old and for egyptian construction standards and regulations in good condition! The complex is at the end an arterial road about 12 kilometers away from the airport! As it is not at the beach is the hotel offers a shuttle service to Dana Beach Resort you at the time from 10 to 17 o'clock use. The buses are all 30 minutes The center from Hurghada is about 20 kilometers away from the hotel! Shopping offers the shopping area within the hotel! We had a great economy room had, at the front desk, offered the room to pimpen for 10 Euro on the day. The we booked then this, if everything was ok, i don't know, think it was way, but no matter. We got a huge room with 1 king size bed and 2 small beds in a separable space, the beds were really comfortable, i slept like a stone, 2 lcd tvs, fridge, safe, air conditioning, huge bathroom and a large shower. Absolutely brilliant... Beautiful terrace and above all really peaceful in the evening, i rarely had such a quiet experience. Really thick!

Oh i believe it gave 7 different restaurants, so if you didn't find anything here is also not more to help! Especially tasty were the pizzas at Alfredo, but also besides that the food was plentiful, varied and tasty! Breakfast we always in the main restaurant to us as at the other everything was... Was also plentiful! There is also lots of bars there on the complex... Oh i could still so much to write... But i take it time in a word together... Perfect!

Really great friendly in the hotel and more friendly if you give a tip, sometimes annoying it even if the waiters some guests partly really in the butt and even somewhat neglected, as you noticed where money is and where not, but which is, you can also itself drinks. Should now not dissuasive, really not 80% the waiter are all nice and friendly! Foreign languages, so well depends on, whether you want to understand or not! Goes! Room cleaning was totally okay... Every day it was cleaned and towels gave it also daily freshly... Even if you it definitely not wanted.

Aquapark says actually already everything... Great many slides, huge pools, one has the whole day what about the ears if you want, you can but also peace if you want it, are so many quiet pools amazing... Really! It is an absolute paradise for children from kids disco on children cartoon parade on children's swimming pool and the water slides, children's playgrounds, the kids may be guaranteed in the evening tiredly to bed, if not then you have something wrong! The disco at the hotel... Na ja the cocktails were as delicious... Unfortunately there is nothing los, but that i have seen many other hotels seen, why it is? No plan! The condition the furniture at the beach was just great... As soon as that battered too looked, it was quickly replaced! There was also a fitness room... Also have to say here that this was the best i have ever in all the other hotels saw... Have these unfortunately only 4 time, as slow the inertia fought with me... There was also in the evenings always entertainment but repeated weekly... Not bad one can adhere gladly one times look at itself.

To 5. x in Egypt... Best hotel so far! Absolutely great hotel, honestly! No hotelbettenburg, all bungalows with maximally 2 floors. Everything in the african style, makes a impression as in an african camp! The complex is really huge, one can so scooter borrow oneself (5 Euro/ 20 minutes) to the whole complex to explore, on foot almost impossible. It is on the whole area was cleaned and well maintained. Guest structure... Okay what should you say, very, very lots of russians, but people too... There the complex so huge, it was also not so in the way if you don't definitely not want!

Distance to the beach-well if you absolutely must then runs every half hour a bus to the beach around 5 to 8 minutes. But actually it is not really there, as one is really closely on closely and then you have to say, since the loud russian guests already... We are after 30 minutes again fled to the hotel. From the airport to the hotel 15 minutes-hotel to the airport corrosive 45 minutes -1 hour, was annoying powerful! There is a huge shopping mall about 10 minutes on foot left from the hotel, there are lots of shops in it, without annoying traders, a huge supermarket, so if you have forgotten something at home, not an issue, the really everything there! McDonald's is also to be found there ☺ shopping stores are also a little bit further... But we didn't use it, because the traders really the hands went into the last 5 holidays! But this experience must be one time around the to assess... Perhaps likes one it also... We do not!

The size of the room was good. With schiebentür around the area with the two separate beds abzuteilen. The furniture was alright. Nothing special but in good condition. The mini bar was every day with water and Cola refilled. Safe and tv worked. Only the space in the closet i found a bit small. It was enough for us, but with 4 people far from enough storage space. Large walk in shower without tub. No daylight bath. In the all in all clean and tidy.

As already from many described there are plenty of restaurants. However, it is in fact so that it almost in all similar to eat. The selection of different food is low. The visual presentation of the dishes we have clearly seen better ones. Here, you noticed that of course the size of the area and the lots of people the 'service' to be. Tasted it was reasonable for us and for one week we have always found something. Our small loved the freshly baked pizzas super; the one to order reserve let could. Not good we found the ice in the ice cream parlor. Beautifully was that one in the open could eat. The design, decoration of the different restaurants and bars has one trouble gave oneself. Unfortunately no dress code and lots of people with flip-flops, shorts and muscle shirt during dinner.

On this point we have to 6 stars. No matter where on the complex we were always very friendly and accommodating treated. Also without tips. Of course is one of the waiters a bit friendlier than the other, but for us there nothing to complain about. Also the young man from the zimmerreinignug was very concerned, had always a kind word and our room was cleaned adequately. Two complaints because of the toilet flush and the safe were immediately repaired.

Especially great are of course the a lot of pools and the many different slides. No matter wether large or small, for everyone participates something. The children's pools were heated as well as a big pool. There you could swim problem-free without to freeze. The other pools, as well as the pools the bungalows were already somewhat fresh. Nevertheless very nice if you your peace i would like. A bit of getting used to, i thought, that the pools with foil and not tiled. Also, in many places the slide or it proposes fold what very unpleasant eveything looks. Great many untschiedlichen possibilities of beach chairs. We always had enough space. The kids disco has not please us and the evening shows were also a bit poor. As we would have expected more. A catastrophe was for us as we to the beach came. From reviews we have already noticed that this not so nice. For us understatement. This was the ugliest, dirtiest and ungepflegteste beach i have ever seen. No idea why it from the hotel not even the trouble these more attractive. So it was for us a pure pool holiday.

Very nicely arranged area with great bungalows a lot of pools and a large aquapark. The complex is quite large and spacious but was the cleanliness good. During our travels predominantly englishmen, russians and a few germans. Very many families. Mostly 'younger' crowd.

We wanted a short transfer and the beach was around 15 to 20 minutes. We were only once at the beach this is equipped with a free shuttle bus from the hotel in around 5 to 10 minutes to reach.. Has without any problems works. Once we were to show more in the neighboring hotel Alf Leila wa Leila. No 5 minutes on foot. Excursions and shopping trips we did not undertake. Shops were however enough in the surround available.

The hotel is for this size in a good condition, only the bathrooms will probably in the near future to be renovated. Air conditioning was in our room very noisy, but it was bearable. Some rooms have a very peculiar smell.

Here you can just say: who here nothing to meals finds, the should really rather stay at home. Because these people then try really only to complain about.

We have stayed lots of hotels seen but without exaggerating you can say that the employees very friendly and helpful were. What really amazed that almost every great spoke german. Our roomboy was very pleasant and accommodating. With complaints or problems were immediately a solution. Great service by annekathrin from guest relation, we were even call contacted to to learn, whether we were satisfied. This is what i call time service.

The sports we didn't use, because we the whole day with our son (9,5 years) at the aqua park were. The loungers at the aqua park, as well as at the pool are in good condition, again and again chairs newly painted and repaired. Mats are regularly washed.

The hotel has approximately 700 rooms. We had a room in the area of 34, so really the rear. Initially we were a little disappointed as we get closer to the aquapark wanted to be. Afterwards however we were very glad. Unfortunately the first night not so relaxing. From of the airconditioning there was a horrible smell. After we the front desk informed had we could immediately around 01:00 early change rooms. So it was really very quickly a solution was offered.

The hotel is located just a stone's throw away from Hurghada airport and some shopping possibilities away. We didn't use these however not ☺

The rooms are really spacious designed. They consist of a large room and toilet. Some possess a sliding door, which of four beds, two each relevant are separated. The shower from the bathroom also spatially easily be separated. Except for the closets in the entrance area there are no possibilities its bathing clothes to stow away. With 4 people enough space in the closet only if one partially from the suitcase. Facilities: The room had a flat screen tv (circa 29 inch) with hdmi and vga port. So you could easily a laptop. There is a large long table and a chair. In 2. spatially separate room were further two bedside tables, in the main room, 1 bedside table. A safety deposit box and a mini bar (daily with water and juice filled up ) were also available. The safe was free of charge. A telephone was available. The air conditioning is relatively loud, but evenly loud (you get used to it). It can be adjusted. Towels were: 1 large, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth, 1 small towel available. Our room was very good, we were on the ground floor building (we liked). If our sliding glass door opened have, we had directly a nice terrace with a view of the pool. 3 meters farther the pool. The rooms were always very quiet, there because of the division (bungalow) only a few guests in this corner anyway. If you looked more looked are The furniture and the room in every corner and edges bit worn and you see, that partly sloppy work, but that didn't bother us. The room was in the all in all very nice, generously furnished and stylish. The direct view of the pool the holiday mood again underline.

The hotel has 6 theme restaurants (italian, asian, german, french, mediterranean and local), where each dessert, bread, salad, antipastizeug, mostly 1-2 fleischsstationen, 1 kind of soup and 6-8 different dishes are offered. Bars there were enough... Where there is always each something else to drink. Petrol and co, there are everywhere, but as soon as it comes to coffee and yoghurtdrinks is you should remember where it was something. There was also a ice-cream parlor, spaghetteria, fast food and snack restaurant and a partisserie. The restaurants were all rechtsauber, we had no stomach problems. The staff has mostly gloves on. The breakfast and lunch in 3 restaurants offered, all only in the evenings. Evening and mittgs gladly outside sometimes grilled or something was prepared. Breakfast: The breakfast is extensive and there is wide choice. You have someone, the bread bakes, pancakes and eggs prepared. It is however everyday the same! You can type, in 14 days it was in the last two days but so, that we no longer can see... Lunch: One noticed, that we in the low season arrived and later the high season slow began. The offered food was in the week where in Hamburg holidays through food stalls and grills outside extended. There was pizza (you could put together yourself) and someone found. Later, someone to your instructions for the noodles made. Also had at noon the snack and fast foodrestaurant on. There were fries, hot dogs, chips, pizza & co I personally was not so impressed, there it in the other restaurants better food there was. In the evening: The dinner was every time a highlight for us, lamb, steak frites, stuffed chicken meat, fruit without limits, strawberries, turkey, dumplings, noodles, rice, potatoes, vegetables in all variants and so on. It was perfect! The selection was varied and it was in any case something for everyone. However, one should in a restaurant sat and all we wanted to, so one has the largest selection and can the offer fully exploit. Therefore i do not understand why the people complain, it would be not enough choice... And but only in a restaurant sat and there remain. Try everything! One has the time and it is fun. Ice cream parlor: My personal highlight was the ice-cream parlor. But only in the evening... At lunch there were even made it ice cream. We hän it lovingly water with taste and color dubbed... In the evening there was eiswaffeln (even twisted and baked) and Mövenpick ice from the Switzerland. It was really delicious! Partisserie : This shop was during our stay completed. It was a cakes and kekseladen with shelves, where you could choose. There were schwarzwälderkirschtorten, windbag, pies, tarte, pancakes with strawberries. Fantastic! Drink: In every restaurant there is a counter where one could get drinks. You can also simply the waiters questions that it it will bring. As you like. ☺ In the bars there were more and verschiedeneres to drink than in the restaurants. Basically, no bottles (except for water without carbonation) handed out. This costs money. Except the breakfast we were really loved the food. We but noticed, that with increasing number of guests the quality of the dishes slightly decreases. Also the lines much longer and you'll have to wait. I recommend thus also here again, not in the vacation season to flies and not the foreign holidays to forget.

The staff was always eager to help and friendly. You were often asked, whether everything ok and, whether they could help you, if you several plates at once tried to balance. And the, although we only in the last two days tip. With tips one is still much forestalling treated, although the service so already is very good. The staff is also gladly times to be had for a joke and against children incredibly responsive. Languages: The staff speaks überasschend good english, german and russian. But be careful, most of the time you can only what they every day have to say and only understand. As soon as you want to know more, or have any questions, you are lost. However, there were a few staff, what was very good german and english. The food is in english and german identified. Rooms: The cleaning of the rooms was very hard and we had been artfully folded towels on our bed. Of course, we have some tip given. The room was always clean and neat. Of course was times there or a dust, but it didn't disturb me not. If you in Hurghada was surprised we anyway why this hotel so really clean is... Complaints: Also the handling of complaints was perfect: Our sliding glass door to the pool was broken, at the front desk we called, it was 20 minutes later someone, has replaced it and went away. The thing was in a few minutes done. Very nice and he was gone before we him something into your hand press could. Reception: Otherwise one must say, that the front desk less know, than the guest. One asks three people you got three different answers. (regarding shuttle bus to Hurghada it is not, the evening show, gala dinner, etc.). Up to this point but we were very satisfied!

Pool: The hotel has approximately 11 pools. The quiet, around which the bungalows are built, two main pool (1.5 metres and 1.1 metres), 1 children's swimming pool, And two pools at the aqua park (children and ruschenausgänge the connected with a canal are). The main pool 1.1 metres is heated! And by the way more heated if more people are... In the first week he was only slightly warmer than the other pools, in the 2. week it was really warm. Everywhere chairs and umbrellas. The towels for the pool are in the room (everything without any additional costs). In our opinion there enough chairs. You really always get one, but it was partly a question of the location, since, of course, many of the heated pool wanted. At the main pool were also several showers available, the you could use. The pools are all with a plastic wrap designed, partly holes or replaces. Aquapark: The aquapark has 35 slides, 21 for adults, the rest for children under 10 years. The slide tower consists of three levels of which 20 slides out. 1 one has a separate entrance. And a wind protection... Which is also really necessary. Animation and co: Friday is in the hotel the party from, there are cocktails and at the pool several shows. Amongst others a fire show (in two weeks the same). The food is especially good and the staff has especially good mood. Otherwise there was a very small amphitheatre, where films and from time to time small shows are (Bauchtanz, cobra etc.). There is every day a mini disco and the entertainment team makes wasserärobik, stretching, darts, Volleyball, tombola, belly dance etc. Was every day almost the same, but in my opinion the varied. Wanted you could take part in you hear, apart from that it was neither disturbing still intrusive. Since we ourselves well supplied had 'employment' we have only one twice to try joined in. Sport: There is a gym, mingolf, Tennis (equipment cost a little ), table tennis and (for a fee) a gamezone area. The table tennis and Midget Golf desperately need a makeover. The rackets were only half coated and the are everything but specially. The but we didn't stop to have fun. Excursions and co: We were often again addressed, whether we this and that want to buy. Many were annoyed by, as they again and again asked are. The staff work here (spa, snorkel and co) on commission and try accordingly which sell. I felt it rather as nice questions, whether interest. Sometimes they again asked but after a two 'no' they are gone again. Some might think it as intrusive feeling, then you should never to Hurghada go... However, the in the hotel everything but pushy. Excursions: Be careful if you snorkel offers and co book. (respect, the offers are from the hotel, not of the tour operator). We stayed with the snorkeling trip very good experience. However, if you sun sensitive should Paradise Island maybe save. There, there are no shade. Otherwise was the tour very nice, and every Penny value (even if we knew, that they ripped off have, we have 40 Euro paid). It have 3 schnorchelstopps started and a strandstopp (Paradise Island). We are on a boat with about 30 people have been. The guests from different hotel to the base dangers ( hotelweise, not several at once canvassed as with the tour operator, one saves so almost an hour) and nationality on the boats brought. So we were with german on the way. On the way were pictures and videos were made, then for so 10-20 Euro were sold. The desert trip: We have the 6 stundentour for 38 Euro (Dana Beach 35 Euro) booked. We have made much (quad, boogie, safari in the Jeep, budinen, donkey rides, pferdreiten, dromedary-(camel) horse riding). The lunch was like a snorkeling trip rather modest, brings you to drink, there was only once Cola and co. The water tasted like the tap water with chlorine. The evening show was rather lame. But the Jeep Tour was great! Only, you mention, that the guy with 100 through the desert drive very fast, where no roads are... Is not something for everyone. We had a lot of fun. The quad biking was funny. You should a bring long pants, as which langarmiges dress and sch a sunglasses to bring their own. If you in the hotel bay, is the towel for the safety mask with in the price included in the price. Elsewhere you must pay extra.

The hotel is with about 800 rooms, the for 3000 people should be targeted very big. If you are unlucky enough, it could happen, that you 1-2 kilometers have to walk up to the appropriate restaurants and bars to get. Rooms: The hotel owns only bungalows the maximum 2-storied are. There are a maximum of 8 wohnpartien zusmmengelegt. Most bungalows circle a pool, the is relatively calm, the fact that most in the heated main pool or at the aqua park stop. Internet: Internet is in this hotel unfortunately not included and 4 Euro per half hour very expensive. We are simply to the senzo mall (later more) we went in the Vodafone shop for about 120 pfung (20 pound card, 100 pounds charging, 15 Euro) a 5 gigabyte internet card bought. The reception was okay. There is a large great supermarket, a pharmacy, the not as expensive as the in the hotel, a McDonald's other cafes and markenklamottenläden (real). Outside there is a small go cart area. Further 5 minutes from there is the safariworld, where quad biking, dromedary-(camel) horse riding and a desert trip can be made. If one goes at the senzo mall past so come for cleopratar bazaar, where you souvenirs and co could be bought. Otherwise the hotel is in the middle of in the desert, meaning there are a lot of sand, rock and other resorts. If you like to have parties in the evenings or anything like that, you can either take the disco in the hotel or have to drive something. In Hurghada you will find, however, everything you need. Transport: You can get there either with the tour operator organized buses or with the taxi, bus or minibus. In the taxi Is action. The meter work all, the locals do you want just not turned on. We were 2., but a family room received. This is a large room, in the middle by a sliding door is divided into. In the first room there was a double bed with 2 night tables, a desk with stool and a large luggage rack. In 2. room two single beds each with a table outside. The furniture is in a good state. Tv available. Air conditioning alright. The minibar was always filled with water, juice and Cola. The bathroom is big enough and clean. Nice big balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

There is lots of different restaurants in the hotel. German-moroccan-italian- nudelhaus -mediterranean restaurant, chinese, something like mac donalds and so on. If you didn't find anything here, the is simply not to help! Different bars are both between the restaurants. Quality and quantity of the food and drinks were very good! Unfortunately, we have personally the ' knoblauchhaltigkeit' very complain about. Almost all food, including rice, noodles, kartofell and vegetables are more or less regular 'garlic-infested'. Many other guests were there our opinion. We have the customer service said and we are certainly, that the remedy is being done, because the advice and the wishes of the guests in this hotel completely, very big important! Cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurants good. More cleaning and scrub the getting not. As mentioned - unfortunately believes some guest, he could splash and panchen what he wants. - it is someone and makes it away. That is a great shame, because actually one should itself behavior we at home. There seemed you don't just everything on the floor, which you don't like it or not-or? All getting are really friendly. You are a tip, but also without tip you will as a guest in the immediate vicinity. Here the good service not dependent on tips made.

The service and the friendliness in the whole hotel 'large' written. Whether gardeners, waiter, bellboy, pool boy... Everyone smiles and a friendly word for the guests. Many understand 'german', otherwise you could on 'english' communicate well. Also with hands and feet worked sometimes a conversation. With the room cleaning we were very satisfied. Everything was sparkling clean. We were with drinks as juice and Cola additionally spoiled. The medical care we can 'thank god' nothing say, since we did not have a doctor had. Also montesumas revenge we were spared! About the handling of complaints we can say the following: Once was our toilet clogged and once ran the water from the sink not from. We personally have a quiet holiday and not to the activities participated. Entertainment during the day in the form of water aerobics, Bauchtanz, Boccia, Zumba and so on. Offered. Very nice and extensive hotel area in a neat garden area. Therefore, that there are no large hotelhochbau, but bungalows are, is the huge area rather comfortable and invites you to walk. Lots of large clean pool area (unfortunately only a big pool in february heated). Everywhere at any time cleaned and equipped, however, from many guests rather abused, by one thought, one can everything dirty leave. So dropped food rather beaten, instead of repealed. Distance to the beach with the shuttle bus around 6 to 7 minutes. A nice, quiet walk to the beach takes around 15 to 20 minutes. From the airport to the hotel it was about 17 kilometers. Restaurants nearby you need in our opinion not, as in the hotel all in full richness and quality are available. For a taxi to Hurghada we have for the outward and return journey together 10,00 Euro paid. Taxi drivers are absolutely reliable and get the guests the agreed upon time again. The rooms are not luxurious, but large and clean. With the safe we had at the beginning of problems, after 3 time report then came an employee to us and fixed the problem.

The quality the food leaves a lot to be desired. It begins for breakfast, where it except freshly baked croissants nothing for us (for example the bacon was missing to us). Omelets or fried eggs were locally made, but the bowls never been washed or changed, so that you in the own omelet still leftovers from the last get. That would more or less okay, but what with the 'spaghetti factory' is offered, is real under all sow! If i carbonara sauce note, i don't want nor the tomatensaucenresten in addition! Looked in such a way, as if the 3 pans since the last year no longer were washed. At lunch it was the same. We had to every time for a very long time search, until we somewhat edible found. The dinner is compared a bit better, but also no joy. In spite of the lots of different restaurants it tasted everywhere.

Good knowledge of foreign languages but often unfriendly and even estimating. The room was however always well cleaned and our man was very concerned.

Very many and large pools, as well as enough beach chairs, also at the only heated pool you will find a space. The aquapark is very lots of fun. Of the entertainment we didn't get much, in the evening in the bar but it was always something going on, mostly with live music.

Due to all the good reviews, we have clearly more of this hotel expected. Our summary: large, nice hotel with a large pool area. However bad food and no fantastic beach!

Until 5:00 p. m. evenings every 30 minutes a shuttle bus to the beach of the hotel 'Dana Beach'. The beach is not straight bezauberd, but there were enough pool chairs and windbreaks available. You can the beach also on foot reach, takes about half an hour. With the bus there is approximately 10 minutes. On the way to the beach there is a shopping street with lots of small shops. I think it belongs to a hotel, therefore apply fixed prices. Nevertheless, you can't in peace look at and above all are the prices much too high angsetzt! For walking in the evening so ok, but apart from that in my opinion not recommendable. There is also a nightclub, but we never went there. About 10 minutes away on foot from the hotel the senzo mall-right shops and restaurants with reasonable prices, and especially no annoying salesmen. Otherwise there was no nightlife in in the area, over there you must already to Hurghada itself.

Once again we had the 10,- Euro a night more and we had the big room(room 6208) the compared to the other rooms is much larger and the aqua park. The room is very nice and above all very clean and tidy (thanks to the staff of our children many a time from towels animals formed and the room very well cleaned) The furnishings was very good, air conditioning, two televisions refrigerator, balcony and so on. The bathroom is very big you have a walk-in shower with a wall of of the toilet and the wash basin with large mirror and make-up mirror and hair dryer is separated.

It has much since last year changed, as for example new restaurants open (the Alfredo, le marché, spagetti factory and the aquapark restaurant). Particularly to emphasize we would like the asian plant, le marché and the aquapark restaurant where very tasty and good food there is. Also the cleanliness the restaurants was very good, the waiters are constantly clearing up the plates and always asked, whether everything ok and, whether drinks or something can bring. Huge thanks to the crew of the aqua bar at the aqua park( Mohamed, Ahmed Mohamed(schlawiener ) and the manager basem the always very in a good mood and we were always asked, whether everything ok and, if you bring drinks,. We are also in the very good friends and the parting was very emotional.

The friendliness is the manager, waiters, security to the gardeners simply genuinly class everyone smiled and is friendly and nice. With english understood you almost everyone but you could get along with german very far as all are endeavored to understand you. As already said the room was cleaned thoroughly and neat both of our crumbs monster always with biscuits crumbled and the next day everything way it was every day swept, traffic wiped, the bathroom cleaned, swept and the room tidy. Furthermore, the bellboy our children the towels animals crafts we had a half zoo in the room. The child care we didn't use but it is very good that (t-shirt painting trip to the zoo and McDonald's, camel and donkey rides. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck the our daughter fell and a bruise and a small open sore on shin closed immediately were the life guards and the pool boys as very well taken care of and the doctor in/out privileges, the very competent was and everything supplied (good it has cost money however therefor they have a travel insurance). With complaints can the hotel very good when we in the room arrived was our fridge broken it has only cooled so that all frozen was the boy told us about the immediately the fridge were changed and everything was ok.

Sports and we didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer. Very nice was in the evening the mini disco our kids were thrilled about it. The pools are very nice and clean every morning and evening they cleaned and occasionally again and again the filters were changed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also okay, the cushions were repeatedly exchanged and then cleaned.

We were in the Jungle Aquapark for the 2. time and we were once again really thrilled. The complex is very clean and tidy and this is also very important constantly weeds removed, what new planted, lawn was mowed and swept. The complex is huge but one was quite quickly everywhere on foot and a bit of a walk to the food was well known is still nobody hurt. The food is very good and we always found something even our kids those in hotels always a little picky have always found something. Particularly delicious for breakfast in the Alfredo were the freshly prepared flatbreads and the spaghetti factory the omelets (cheese, peppers and onions), and the crepes. In the hotel are many eastern europeans (also well behaved since very many with children were there, we had no problems with you ) but also many germans and what we saw scandinavians. Because we for the 2. time in this hotel we were on the repeaters were dinner for recurring guests invited the we very nice and successful found (with geiger and dance and very good food and drink)

The hotel is located in 2. number but we didn't mind the transfer time to the airport took about 20 minutes as well as with the taxi in the Neustadt from Hurghada To the beach(Dana Beach) it was about 1 kilometer but there is a shuttle bus from the hotel. The beach we didn't use it pleases us so much and our kids want only the children slides at the aqua park down. For shopping there is smaller shops and pharmacy in the hotel where we bought and the ok. Nearby there is the senzo mall easy on foot distance and also very good shopping. In the evening we have hardly any activities since we were very broken from the slides were. We have a trip to Sharm el Naga done (thanks to the transportation situation of the trip has explained very well) and the very nice was.

The size of the room was good. With schiebentür around the area with the two separate beds abzuteilen. The furniture was alright. Nothing special but in good condition. The mini bar was every day with water and Cola refilled. Safe and tv worked. Only the space in the closet i found a bit small. It was enough for us, but with 4 people a lot too few storage space. Large walk in shower without tub. No daylight bath. On the whole clean and tidy.

As described by many already, there are 6 theme restaurants. There are, in our opinion, for each something that you like. Ok, the preparation (presentation) of the meals is other hotels maybe nice, but for the number of people functional. Nice is, that one in the open food. The design and decoration of the different restaurants and bars, one trouble gave oneself.

On this point, we must give the full score. No matter where the hotel, we were always very friendly and accommodating treated. Whether gardeners, life-guard or waiters, everybody was friendly. Also the young man from the room cleaning was very hard, had always a nice word and our room was cleaned adequately.

Especially great are the a lot of pools and the many different slides. The kiddie pool was heated as well as a big pool. There you could swim problem-free without to freeze. The other pools, as well as the pools the bungalows were a bit chilly. Nevertheless very nice, if you your peace i would like. Great many different possibilities of beach chairs. We always had enough space. The kids disco and the evening shows we can't say anything, since we did not use these. The teilstrand at the sister hotel is nothing special large and partly pebbly. For snorkelling you can comfortably over a jetty to get into the sea, where some small reefs are.

Very nice arranged area with great bungalows, very a lot of pools and a large aquapark. Although the complex quite large and extensive, was the cleanliness surprisingly good. On the extensive area there are always, despite high number of guests, a quiet corner for relaxation. At our travel time predominantly eastern europeans, the however not negative way. Otherwise they were all west european countries were represented. Very many families with small children.

The hotel is not right at the beach, is however with a free hotel shuttle commuted reachable in a few minutes. The beach is located on the sister hotel 'Dana Beach'. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available. Also with snacks and drinks. We have the beach only used once, since it in the hotel enough possibilities for leisure activities there. Chairs were always sufficiently available. Excursions and shopping trips we did not undertake. Shops (new senzo mall) were in the more immediate vicinity available.

Size enough for the sleep and watch tv. Refrigerator in the room the every day with water free refilled. Flat screen tv on the wall contains german channels (RTL, RTL II, ARD). Small terrace/balcony with 2 plastic chairs, table and couch sufficient short evening in the room. Air-conditioner electronic even adjustable from 16 to 25 degrees. Even the strength can be set (stark-mittel-schwach). In the bathroom free hair dryer, large mirror and small side mirror (manually adjustable). For the shower there is no separation (door/curtain). Strange but ok for couples, family or very good friends ☺ 1 marriage-bed available with a common ceiling, 2 einzelbettel available with individual deecken. Pillows 80 times 40.

Number of restaurants: 6 Selection is enormous. You can chinese, indian, italian, mediterranean, oriental and german food. Furthermore there is still another snack bar similar McDonald's/ Burger King. In the restaurant it was always very clean. The staff cleaners constantly, if the restaurants were closed the floor, the tables, and so on. We could not fault it! None of the employee has demanded a tip, what i found very positive. We stayed there from us from given, because the service was really great. The beverages are even brought to the table, even if you yourself at a machine can.

Can bring benefits, after 2 weeks, but still very monotonous ☺ From 12-15 hours is break and then it goes with the same programme of 15 to 17 hours once again loosely. Around 6:30 p. m. can then the children a cinema film look (always in english) in a large chamber (amphie-theater). Against 20 o'clock begins usually the mini-disco, where the children then with the entertainers dancing. Against 21 p. m. there was then a small (unfortunately) very brief show of 30 minutes is it show dance, animation, lottery, tombola or similar the entertainment always found in english, because there were lots of different nations are available (mainly russian and Poland). Beach and pool is great. Chairs are free as well as umbrellas are free. At the beach there is a bar with complimentary food and drink. A huge complex with very a lot of pools and lots of small bungalows (place). Large water park with many slides and extra rutschenparadis for very small children. To play so great. Staff always friendly and helpful, receptionists spoke several languages amongst others german, english, arabic, russian ☺ You could eat every evening in 6 different restaurants (different länderspeisen ). As often as you wanted. More in the single categories ☺

The hotel is located on a small hill. To the beach (from the Hotel Dana Beach Resort) there is on foot around 10 to 15 minutes walk, but there is every half hour a free bus from the hotel back and forth. This is located right next to the hotel. The (szenomall) are on foot also 10-15 minutes from the hotel just down the hill and then to the left turn right. At the hotel alfa-wei-laila and just straight. Then one runs directly to. Here there is a large supermarket, spinney' similar Aldi or Real where one everything very good. It is worthwhile not shampoo, shower gel, or similar from at home carry forward (head & shoulders as an example costs there 1,50 Euro, with us 3-4 Euro). Groceries were very cheap. Furthermore there are cafes, restaurants, as well as textile and toy shops. The shopping mall, Cleopatra' simply walk toward the beach (Dana Beach Resort). There is also souvenirs and buy then the small street in front of the hotel the shops we wanted to. Whoever wanted to go party, party to make would like and the night life is here in the vicinity unfortunately wrong. :-( To Hurghada in the city there are by taxi around 25 to 30 minutes by the hotel-taxi that costs 10 Euro!
