Utter disappointment never again this hotel the you can't recommend a very tierfeindliches hotel no German speaking staff too many only Russian and English. Nothing for German tourist! All together the hotel was sickening... Turkey to cure! The waiters (17 to 19 years) are evenings so full with alcohol the they will no longer the location are the guests to operate. The complex alone is however very tidy and clean however this hotel is on russians set. read more

You know in this hotel not like you guests use it! The managers and staff cannot regards. Crockery, pans etc. Dirty. Food not diverse.
Facilities of the hotel and room = bland.
Beach not very clean. Loungers and tables were not cleaned, except they give accordingly tip.
We noticed, important the staff have to eat.
In short: this hotel is at best a three-star hotel. Where the 4.5 stars have we asked ourselves constantly during our vacation.

Really disgusting! In my hotel room was the bathroom not cleaned properly, bath tub and shower's wall dirty, mold, respect for foot mushroom risk!

We were already in may 2011 in the hotel süral resort is good, unfortunately has since then the quality us choice of food massive worse. Some may have been the last guests were. Beginning November the hotel was closed. But that doesn't give excuse for the rotten fruits and cold food. The selection was very low almost daily that same, in between there was a day when it was correctly good. This hotel we could in all respects except the food good. Hotel with 7 (related) individual houses. Over 500 rooms are simple and practically equipped. Guests: 80-90% east europeans, rest westerners.
The front of the hotel more like the entrance of an old, worn down city or gym. The entrance area has the' charm' the 70-years. The rooms are simple and functional. Only the two pool areas are really nice. Deterrent is the beach area. read more

Great spot with the friendly staff. Wide variety of food, fresh fruits and vegetables, a lot of desserts. Clean sandy beach, warm sea. Nice spacious rooms cleaned every single day. A lot of atractions, animators speaking in a few languages, aqua gym, belly fitness, volleyball, dance, darts...difficult to be bored ;-) Worth to go! read more

The hotel in general is completely okay.
In my whole life (72 years) I have never had such a bad food seen.
The food is not enjoyable.
Tables are not cleaned properly, partly not even cleared.
Meal remainders are on the floor and not removed.
Also pieces on the floor not away made. There are lots of families with small children there (fear their small) the multiple times complained but it has no one for necessarily held to respond.
If one salt if you get pepper and vice versa, since the containers after desire and mood touched are.
Under these ... conditions it is actually very beautiful hotel in absolutely no way recommendable. read more

Once and never again. The hotel and the beach are quite nice, clean and tidy. The food is from the quantity was sufficient, only of the quality and the variety one should not expect much. The cleanliness left much to be desired. Nine days was not cleaned. The food was almost every day and always cold. The tables were always dirty. Drinks were almost always empty. I was already more often but now I will definitely no vacation more there. read more

The hotel and it's facilities are quite nice. NO' direct' beach area! On foot about 10 minutes, however that didn't bother us from, because the path through the very nice located garden leads-)
The staff were always friendly and hard-working to understand what you wanted. A little more German speaking staff would be desirable. The animation was not pushy and for children really great!
The cleanliness in the room. Our toilet brush looked to be honest as not, as if the last three months only once cleaned \u263a the changing was however to our satisfaction.
For our stay were ... about 30-40% Russian guests! Unfortunately these behaved. Without words!
What really was a disaster - the food!-(
Very monotonous, without any taste.! Here should the hotel management urgently somewhat undertake. Very lots of guests have only salad and fruit fed \u263a
Also the cleanliness left much to be desired. Partly you had to watch out where one steps so that you do not on leftovers slip, the tables were almost never cleared away.-(

Everything clean, size of the room was also good. The bathroom was absolutely sufficient ( family room). The hotel is however a huge complex, you will therefore very long route from A to B. there are very many eastern europeans in the hotel. By the pool not a problem, but the table manners are rather below average. ( you have to live with it). read more
