Utter disappointment never again this hotel the you can't recommend a very tierfeindliches hotel no German speaking staff too many only Russian and English. Nothing for German tourist! All together the hotel was sickening... Turkey to cure! The waiters (17 to 19 years) are evenings so full with alcohol the they will no longer the location are the guests to operate. The complex alone is however very tidy and clean however this hotel is on russians set. read more

This resort is very nice. There is a very nice garden area. The rooms are spacious and the whole hotel and the beach are clean. During the vacation you should actually be adjusted, that one is abroad, And not everywhere they speak german. If you cannot accept, you should better stay at home! read more

    The hotel urgently needs a strong leader, with knowledge. The service staff is very friendly and efficient, but they are all quite young, and the other only rum komandiert.     The waiters is mostly very friendly. But unfortunately a lack of a strong leader. They speak no, or only little german or english, but what you should accept, if you during the vacation is. You know in this hotel not like you guests use it! The managers and staff cannot regards. Crockery, pans etc. Dirty. Food not diverse. Facilities of the hotel and room = bland. Beach not very clean. Loungers and tables were not cleaned, except they give accordingly tip. We noticed, important the staff have to eat. In short: this hotel is at best a three-star hotel. Where the 4.5 stars have we asked ourselves constantly during our vacation. We have over gulet, and it would be at the time, this hotel on heart and kidneys to check. read more

This hotel as five star hotel offered, in my opinion it is only worth of three stars, 10 days, day for day observed that in the dining room not clean is always at the same place, under a cutlery car a fork and a napkin was. Really disgusting! In my hotel room was the bathroom not cleaned properly, bath tub and shower's wall dirty, mold, respect for foot mushroom risk! Hotel food was mostly always the same to eat no ideas around a dining room to judge. ( Decorate) evening events were awful, also children animation way too late. Unfortunately ... the hotel itself has a very beautiful area could one more make out. I have to unfortunately say that this hotel only on Russians is adjusted, as the complete staff except for some exceptions Speak German. This hotel I will definitely not recommend. read more

We were already in may 2011 in the hotel süral resort is good, unfortunately has since then the quality us choice of food massive worse. Some may have been the last guests were. Beginning November the hotel was closed. But that doesn't give excuse for the rotten fruits and cold food. The selection was very low almost daily that same, in between there was a day when it was correctly good. This hotel we could in all respects except the food good. The detailed conversation with the manager the us right. He knows that this year the kitchen the major ... minus was. Next year will it that this better, hopefully klapts. Hotel area is huge. But well maintained. Rooms/bath/balcony are in decent, clean state. We had within of 14 days 4 times new bedlinen and daily new bath or towels. Rooms were squeaky clean. Breakfast was u. e. rich and it gave enough selection of bread, rolls, pancakes and eggs (cooked, scrambled eggs, fried eggs), pancakes. Now in the late season were mostly people in our age (65/69 years) there. A few young married couples with small children. There were mostly german speaking guests. read more

    Room was nice and big on the attic storey with a big balcony. Double bed, tv, minibar, meter 6 fl. Water on day and air conditioning. In the bathroom was a turboföhn. You can also the room safe against a fee of 14,- Euro with a key guarantee. Telephone was also available. The condition of the room was completely ok and clean, considering, that the hotel since almost 8 years is opened.

    In the late season the main restaurant was only open. There was the lobby-bar, pool bar and beach bar, but this was because of bad weather and too few visitors closed on short notice, but it was re-opened. In the restaurant and also in the outdoor area it was clean. But unfortunately again and again to lots of guests since, the 'poor, starving' cats and dogs in the rest. -area feed. The mind. Outside on the lawn should we be a matter, but not where dinner is served. Local food was in the abundance. In our opinion there was but nevertheless something for everyone suitable and tasteful food. Praised be the trout and mackerel.

    To the beach you need depending on is not more than 10 minutes, pleasant, partly with shade suitable way. The shuttle from the airport needed only 45 minutes Shopping (better and cheaper than in the hotel shopping center) and various restaurants/bars are in the immediate area. Side and Kumköy by Dolmuş easy to reach. 2 bazare are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - nothing for disabled, as bad path. Excursions are everywhere to book.

Great spot with the friendly staff. Wide variety of food, fresh fruits and vegetables, a lot of desserts. Clean sandy beach, warm sea. Nice spacious rooms cleaned every single day. A lot of atractions, animators speaking in a few languages, aqua gym, belly fitness, volleyball, dance, darts...difficult to be bored ;-) Worth to go! read more

The hotel in general is completely okay. In my whole life (72 years) I have never had such a bad food seen. The food is not enjoyable. Tables are not cleaned properly, partly not even cleared. Meal remainders are on the floor and not removed. Also pieces on the floor not away made. There are lots of families with small children there (fear their small) the multiple times complained but it has no one for necessarily held to respond. If one salt if you get pepper and vice versa, since the containers after desire and mood touched are. Under these ... conditions it is actually very beautiful hotel in absolutely no way recommendable. read more

Once and never again. The hotel and the beach are quite nice, clean and tidy. The food is from the quantity was sufficient, only of the quality and the variety one should not expect much. To 3 days you know, what in the next 14 days is served. There it is missing especially at spices. With a little luck you at the table salt or pepper. But that's it already. Over the beverages I will not at all only vent. Absolutely below ground. We afterwards the beverages outside I the shops bought. read more

The hotel we can for couples recommend. However drawbacks must in things cleanliness restaurant and its organisation (especially in high season) to be made. At about 1400 people is staff overburdened, and can not at all places at one. read more

The cleanliness left much to be desired. Nine days was not cleaned. The food was almost every day and always cold. The tables were always dirty. Drinks were almost always empty. I was already more often but now I will definitely no vacation more there. read more

    Size: acceptable Facilities mini bar ( only with bottles of water filled) Tv: 3 German channels, the rest were turkish. :/ Condition: towels were always changed, if times the cleaning staff dropping. Unless you complain by phone then is it in 2 minutes.

    Staff very little to not at all English. Room cleaning after desire and mood and the floor every day very dirty despite complaint. Complaint about the room was uS said it is currently no room more freely. However, when we 4 days longer remained we got in 2 minutes a new room.

The hotel and it's facilities are quite nice. NO' direct' beach area! On foot about 10 minutes, however that didn't bother us from, because the path through the very nice located garden leads-) The staff were always friendly and hard-working to understand what you wanted. A little more German speaking staff would be desirable. The animation was not pushy and for children really great! The cleanliness in the room. Our toilet brush looked to be honest as not, as if the last three months only once cleaned \u263a the changing was however to our satisfaction. For our stay were ... about 30-40% Russian guests! Unfortunately these behaved. Without words! What really was a disaster - the food!-( Very monotonous, without any taste.! Here should the hotel management urgently somewhat undertake. Very lots of guests have only salad and fruit fed \u263a Also the cleanliness left much to be desired. Partly you had to watch out where one steps so that you do not on leftovers slip, the tables were almost never cleared away.-( In short: our first Turkey vacation: complex and hotel quite nice-food: just a flop \u263a! read more
