We finally have a hotel or a site, in which we the next years our vacation to spend would like. Here simply everything fit. Very well maintained hotel, very friendly staff, delicious food, very nice spa, nice ski area. In the hotel were many families and all very suitable for children. There was evenings always an extra kid at the buffet, child services in the afternoon/evening or movie screenings for the somewhat older children. read more

Great hotel! Our expectations were exceeded. Friendly and very helpful staff. The furnishing of the rooms is very comfortable, the food is superb. The spa area (indoor swimming pool, sauna ) are very clean or very well maintained. A paradise for parents with children, so inevitably at least during the vacation children's noise unacceptable must. read more

We have a couple of days skiing vacation and were completely thrilled.
The bus (drives approximately every 15 minutes) stops right in front of the hotel and is in five minutes on the elevator. There is also a departure, the right on the hotel starts, but the bus seemed sensible. We have the departure so not tested.
In direct near the hotel is a spar -market and a sports store, so that all necessary purchases directly on foot things to do are. But you need not really something outside of the hotel.
The food is varied and by high quality. ... The breakfast buffet is varied and makes fresh fruit and fruit salad (fresh, not from the can!) The usual choice of cereals etc., however furthermore also for example tyrolean specialities. It was simply delicious.
The snacks helped the time for dinner layover and even contains water and hot drinks. Exemplary. Only as a vegetarian you are sometimes the jausenauswahl somewhat limited, if for example only leberkas or curried sausage as an alternative to the cakes offered.
The dinner buffet consists of the obligatory salad and daily changing vorspeisenvariationen. The main courses we all loved it. Particularly i would like to highlight the tafelspitz, the almost perfect cooked and with a very finely balanced horseradish sauce was offered. The side dishes were partially tk (i suspect), but always nice and of good quality; if it fit with fresh herbs.
The dessert-selection was also very good.
So we despite intensive sportprogramms a little increased. And really enjoyed the stay.
That also very positive, was the in the price included drinks-offer to eat. Also the wines were good table wine (the house -red wine is a solid zweigelt ), so that also here not at the wrong end at the expense of the guests was saved. Also always very fast and friendly refilled, so that one felt all around comfortable and welcome felt.
In the hotel there was a pleasant, positive atmosphere, in the obviously also children are very welcome (there was always a special children's buffet).
Who the large commotion and night life is in scheffau anyway in the wrong place and should a few kilometers further drive. But who a good hotel with convincing kitchen would, with the Hotel Kaiser certainly good choice met. read more

The hotel offers a great - informal atmosphere. It is in comparison to other wellness - hotels rather small. You feel very at ease, it is comfortable. That particularly positive noticed, there is all inclusive! The food was great- delicious. The swimming pool in the spa area is well-lit with various colors, it is only a bit small. You should therefore a good moment catch, to almost on your own. The sauna area is also great and clean, though not huge.
The location is nice, directly behind the hotel one sees the wilder kaiser. You can great excursions in the ... surrounding mountain world make. read more

We felt good overall - for families the ideal hotel - busy but not chaotic.
The meal times can hardly beat-cook with love and presented.
Even when we are leaving with a valley station were-the kaiserjet drove not more-we were immediately with the hotel bus picked up ( thank you very much).
The possibilities for hiking offer even after 6 years again and again new, never gewanderte routes. read more

Our first vacation in Tirol was also thanks to the hotel-a winner. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere from. All of the staff were efficient and unobtrusive friendly. The furnishing and cleanliness of the sauna were exemplary. The food variety was always varied, plentiful and really delicious! Commendable the information on activities and excursions by the staff and from the flyer. Altogether a round thing. If you want it, find a hair in every soup-I felt good all round and none found! A hotel that in every respect could be recommended. Very friendly modest staff, very attentive and always ansprechbereit. Wide choice in the evening buffet, very tasty and really something for everyone. Possibilities for hiking from door, bus connections close and uncomplicated, wellness -fitness area generous, very clean and attractive.
Very nice the natural swimming pond outside before the swimming pool.

We had a very nice and big room in the emperor with a view of the fantastic mountain world and the pool. The room was every day perfect cleaned. The food - from the breakfast of the lunch, coffee and cake and dinner - was excellent. If you didn't get full here it is your own fault. There was always a large selection of different dishes, the dinner was for us the best. Fresh kitchen, very well prepared and always tasty.

We felt very much at ease in Hotel Kaiser and would definitely recommend the hotel! The food there is a genuine kracher! The complete staff was always polite and helpful, we could also one of the freshly renovated rooms look at. They are beautiful and tastefully decorated.

An extremely well-maintained hotel, very clean rooms, as well as pool- and wellness area. Outdoor area very well maintained and Staubkornjäger there are no Fund make!
The bed was very cozy and comfortable, large flat screen -tv on the wall and many media hubs. Free internet in the room ( cable) and Wi-Fi in the lobby, which very comfortable is. Especially evenings at the open fireplace!
Very good selection at the buffet, of high quality meat from the chef serving and you get shortly before end of the meal time still everything! Very friendly and attentive staff, the drinks and ... aggressively wiping down earlier. Lunch buffet small, but not less tasty.
Around the corner there is a supermarket, sports store, bank and a bus stop. From the room you have a great view on the wilder Kaiser, which especially with the get up impression leaves!
Wellness area is on request opened early, otherwise a little short time.
