    We just got back from a wonderful week at the Prince Turan Residence. We had booked the sister hotel, but were transferred here due to renovation work at the other hotel not being finished in time. We had an upgrade to a suite, which was really beautiful - two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a great view overlooking the beautiful pool and sea.

    We ate in the main restaurant every night and found that there was something for everyone - there were dozens of choices, and you could try the local food every night or stick to pasta/burgers and chips if you wanted to. Breakfast was very copious with delicious omelettes made for you on the spot.

    The entertainment team was wonderful - they were always very friendly to my kids and worked extremely hard. Thanks especially to JJ and Burak, who were lovely with my son. They ask you if you want to join in the activities but don't badger you if you say no. You may have to be a little firm with the spa and photography people - they are very nice but of course keen to drum up business.

    Evening entertainment was what it was. Very holiday club, but we had a great laugh and got into the spirit of it. There was a club dance every night at the end of the show, which brought people together and was good fun.

As already in the may of written was a group trip with schwerstbetroffenen people not easy. The choice of hotels meeting in cooperation with our travel agency, with the staff I am once again like to thank you. ( rda travel service alpachtal ) our travel by long hand prepared us planned. We are in October in the hotel Turan Prince residence arrived and from the start warm have been welcome. This is a group of 7 affected and 7 companions not always the case been. In the Turan Prince however we were pampered all day and everyone from the ... waiter up to the pool staff we were on hand to help you. This hotel I can all disabled but recommend! Beware! You need a escort! The rooms are very spacious and handicapped accessible, unfortunately is in the hotel however at the front desk direction room a ramp the alone not to manage. Also to the beach we could only with united forces reach, 1 wheelchair users had to 2 nurses be accompanied. However luckily there were plenty of helper hotel staff but also other guests jumping again and again helpful an. Again big thank you to all the vacation for our residents to the most beautiful days every year are left. Greetings to all hotel staff and we will definitely come back! read more

The hotel complex is very clean and is nonstop well maintained. The area is large, but after 2 days very simple well arranged. The rooms is functional well equipped. All-inclusive is really put into practice. (decreasing one does in this hotel definitely not \u263a ) Lots of russians and lots of german guests, me in this hotel but that didn't bother us. Grand bazaar directly in front of the hotel, but for me not a great bazaar as i from other destinationen know. Spa area with program really lovely and good massages are offered. Without programme it is nothing special. ... Entertainment team was very good and also in the evening good shows were offered. In the afternoon were lots of sporty-activities. But grammatical they were not really good. The employees in the restaurant, front desk etc. Are positioned and friendly. With the putzangestellten you should not talk to try, as there are only misunderstandings if you don't speak the same language. Room cleaning was well. Adequate. Finally very satisfied with the hotel. If you're looking for party holiday is here but think wrong. Aachtung toilet! You should no paper in the toilet throw. read more

We have a week vacation in a great hotel made. When we arrived there were the rooms already ready, as requested, we had view of the sea. The room is perfect. Clean bathroom, clean bedroom, as well as big balcony were available. The room was every day thoroughly and properly cleaned, towels etc. There were every day new. The complex was very well-kept and is located directly by the sea. She consists of four houses. Otherwise there is a main restaurant, as well as three à la carte restaurant where one once per vacation food. The food is very diverse ... and very tasty, there is nothing to moan about here. The animation was excellent. It was from 10 to 23 o'clock in any case something offered, whether it Volleyball, Boccia, pool games, etc. Special thanks here at edi, the especially about us cared has. The hotel is absolutely recommendable and offers a super price-performance verhaetlnis. I would jederyeit again. read more

Although we were the only Englısh ın the hotel . We were made very welcome. The Staff are great, the food ıs great and the facılıtıes are great. Value for money is fine. You can get something to eat round-the-clock and will any activities animated. The entertainers are very pleasant ( edi and Caner) is very nice the white to purple bar. It is situated outside and you can with live music let yourself be pampered. read more

Detailed review see Antje & Peter, we belong to the 8 persons:-) the second time booked this hotel, why. Because the cleanliness, the food and the service agree! We received unfortunately but no vip card with 15% discount for these 2., respectively for the next booking (read in another review), but I question :-) Lisa from the reception is German and has every request - many thanks! We see us next year hopefully again. Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful vacation. read more

The hotel itself is for the stars category well equipped, however we were in the travel agency i said, that a mixed clientele is located this was however not and it was by the pool surrounded by families with children. For families certainly very pleasant, for traveling alone only recommended only with restrictions. read more
