The hotel is directly in the center the highlifes of Miami in collins street.
The hotel area is on three building distributed we were around building the bar maxines with live music and restaurant. (24 hours open)
Parking spaces rare, valet parking for 32 Dollar, or in the area a parking garage search.
Shuttle bus to own beachbeteich with two loungers in the price included as well as a complimentary airport shuttle. Also in a partypoolszene nearby free shuttle bus drinks in the bar per cocktail etwa 10 Euro.

Definitely not as a family to this hotel travel. Service was rather poor, and the reception staff was not very friendly or helpful. Our room was right next to the bar/club area. We had to go through it to go to sleep, and did not feel very safe at all. Also, we could hear the loud disco music till very late in the morning, and nothing could be done about it even after we complained.
The major plus: location is excellent and the price affordable. read more

Had the hotel to our ship -stay visited.
The hotel stretches over 3 building, we were over the 24 hours Bistro- however didn't bother me. Our rooms were not to the street, thus we took the noise our floor true. The course in our building are very dark and Duftaromareich. Nevertheless was regularly cleaned and we had only a couple of minutes footpath to the beach, the beach chairs were free of charge-a sun screen costs 15$. Supermarkets, as well as other shops are to reach on foot. Sometimes then came the way back to the hotel as' a world ... trip before, but it was really limited-) read more

the hotel lies very centrally located, is not too big and not special on. The first impression was' interesting '. The front desk is located directly at the entrance, right next to the bar with some industrious drinking guests. The hotel has a shuttle bus. We had from our voluntary verher hotel called and we were told, that the bus every 2 hours. Unfortunately, it was not. Pure party Hotel
102 and 103 rooms definitely avoid it because that is precisely when it comes to the rooms and the public toilet all night life there again.
Party every evening in the lobby until two hours. The rooms are not separated from the lobby so the music was still very good at the end of the course can hear.

We stayed one night at the Catalina before taking cruise. The room was not very large, and the bed was great, the bathroom mini. But everything is acceptable. The location is very good. The pool at the top of the hotel are ok and the sun beds are comfortable. The beach chairs at the beach were available free of charge, for an umbrella on the beach you would pay 5 USD. The staff was nice and helpful. At night you can from the restaurant very good for people watching on Collins Ave. Watch or simply stroll along. Parking (valet only) ... cost 32 USD/day. But we were on a Sparcoupon for the hotel, we sum with 35 euro per person and night unfavorable reviews. read more

The hotel is in the entrance area a attempt to Art Deco, which is not so bad, it is. Stylish decorated and relatively trendy. For singles and and partygoers probably ok. Then in the 1 top floor in the room area starts the disaster. Extremely clairaudient, an attempt by stylish renovation is not really was a success. The room is extremely narrow, the bathroom has no hooks to hang up towels, no shelf space, dirty and dingy. If the elevator arrive on the same floor is the feeling of Santa-bell right next to your ear, so the sleep is not ... really an experience. The pool is from the young party people use more as food and drinking area, both outside the pool as well as. For our children it was scary, to use the pool! On our complaint was not mentioned it so we despite paid 4 nights, another hotel after the first night we moved on to. read more

Some would describe the style of the hotel than eclectic, but it was a great maze of different styles. surface very nicely furnished, but the crumbling plaster in all corners and edges. View: wall of the adjacent building. Very nasty was the micro-bathroom. The tiles were loose everywhere. Since we only stayed 2 nights, we didn't complained, which in hindsight I regret. Totally overpriced for what you get (over $500 for two nights in a double queen room). No baby cot available. read more

The hotel offers in 3 buildings the accomodation, whereas in the Maxines club includes a restaurant and so men/women with luggage between Restaurantgästen first to fight your way through to the room. Dark hall, it was probably be fancy. The rooms are small and functional enough, the attempt to an Art level is quite poor. Bathroom is small and not enough cleaned in the shower, I only with flip flops dare. Hotel safe, TV and stereo is available, view was direction abbruchreifes house opposite. Breakfast in the surrounding restaurants. a few meters to the beach, shopping and good restaurants right ... nearby. Happy hour cocktails for free there are between 19 and 20 hours, to chill and chat with the Maxines eventually. All in all an adequate place to stay if you are looking for a place but I think not more. read more
