We are regular customers in this well-kept, clean city hotel, which right in the old town the carlsplatz is. Parking garage directly next to it for 16 € per day. Everything in the immediate vicinity: restaurants, pubs and shopping without limits! Big market directly in front of the hotel. Really friendly staff, which you look at, that the job fun! Small delicious breakfast buffet. We are coming always very gladly! read more

The hotel isn't definitely the glamouröseste house in Düsseldorf, offers but for those on a city break a absolute top -location ( a few meters to to the center and the Rhine river ), good value for money and above all extremely friendly and attentive staff. Although our last stay years ago, we were warm welcome; it was' like coming home '. read more

We, 45-50 travel very gladly into cities and were here in a very beautiful city hotel. Of the bed over the bath, and the very friendly staff at reception and at breakfast was really everything great. Especially great we felt the breakfast. Of the sparkling wine to the freshly squeezed juice, here everything was there. We are definitely coming again. read more

The Carat hotel has a brilliant location right in the old town. If you like shop goes, has short ways from the königsallee Boulevard and other shopping Streets. The service in the hotel was good and there was a fabulous breakfast. A parking in the parking garage (right next to the hotel) you should definitely in the book of the hotel reserve. We were (3 Paare) for this short break very satisfied with the hotel. read more

Very nice and competent service at the check-in, friendly front desk! Our room was on the street side and a little noisy, the furnishing of the rooms is great, very (!) comfortable beds, mini bar and Nespresso machine! At the front desk we received without any difficulties other coffee capsules.
Parking in public garage works well, parking is at the front desk to pay and you get a one-and exit map.
Breakfast top, homemade, special jams can be purchased, very large selection at the buffet! In any case recommended hotel! read more

Very good value for the money - fantastic location and a morning buffet with just everything you could ask for. Very quiet, even though it is so close to Karlsplatz with the daily markets. Close to the wonderful "Alstadt" and to the river side. read more

Hotel power from the outside no especially good impression ( right next to gas station / parking garage). Inside is however everything was really great. Room to the inner courtyard very quiet. Directly opposite there is a beautiful weekly market. read more

The hotel made all in all a very good impression. The rooms are very small, but this no choice for brevity stays. There is a very good breakfast was lean value is recommended.
Verb Su rngs potential where it was that it is not clear where the difference between a standard and comfort rooms. If you can do without on wireless Internet inclusive, then it was a standard room exactly good served and saves money. Another point is that the beds for couples but small are (queen size beds) and our mattress way too hard was. If a the beds ... not exactly been decisive the hotel is very recommendable. read more

Well located hotel with nice staff. Because the Hotel does not have its own restaurants, the ladies at the front desk gladly good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The breakfast is better, as the hotel suggests. read more

The staff at the front desk were always very professional and friendly. The breakfast was very extensive and good. If you like it can drink a glass of champagne for breakfast. The location of the hotel is simply amazing. Direct proximity to the old town, to the Rhine and the dining. the underground station stones is in five minutes. We stayed as part of a city trip with a total of eight people in the hotel and we were very satisfied. Highly recommended is a city tour, inter alia, with the double-decker bus. Dinner at the Rhine tower with a ... gorgeous view of the capital is not to be missed. read more

Through the cobbled street with the windows open very noisy. The furnishing of the room was rather old. Price/performance ratio was not correct. Breakfast buffet should be for 4-star luxurious. Have already seen better three star hotels. read more

We have smoking room-the cold smoke was very annoying.
Room 216 is very loud, because the whole night cars on plaster head past rock

Still, I would not recommend this hotel I would first start with the positives. The hotel is in a very easy access to the city's old town, also in the immediate vicinity there are many restaurants and bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reception is 24 hour. OCCUPIED. Unfortunately the hotel has no own parking. It's offered at the adjacent, public parking garage parking, but the parking limited and I think this option relatively expensive (16.00 € per night). Don't "Hotelparkkarte" more, you will pay the normal fare (about 20 extra per night). Also is this ... parking very cramped and for large vehicles not recommended. The rooms ( comfortable room) are small, as was the bathroom. Although the rooms are air conditioned, we couldn't sleep at night, as it was too warm. The air conditioner was first too loud and secondly absolutely not enough. For breakfast the hotel will take 15 euros per person. Unfortunately was not automatically filled up, unless you ask for. A lot of choice of different cheeses, but there was saved on the items. The scrambled eggs / the eggs were luke warm. All in all, the hotel is not 4 star. For the price you can't ask for more. read more

Messeabzocke! Otherwise it already! From here you have a direct connection to the old town, just two minutes walk. Limited parking! Friendly breakfast service; simple rugged hotel bar; non-smoking room and was placed in a smoking room. Parking garage next door very expensive! Mini bar was well stocked! read more
