Pyrkerhof is the ideal hotel for skiing in Bad Hofgastein, right on the slopes but close to town. In fact, every year we feel like coming home, thanks to the very exceptional hospitality of Vera and Georg, the owners. Food is delicious, rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a very nice welness space. We and our friends stay at the Pyrkerhof every year, and always return home happy and satisfied. Try it out yourself, you won 't regret it! read more

We were now the third time there, we would not do that, if we do not like. The whole vacation we needed the car not, since our needs in the hotel and on the piste completely satisified were. Slopes, ski bus, Skigebiethopping, lifts, sauna bed and welcome break we could everything from the hotel make. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel is always a highlight of the day. The staff we feel than friendly, accommodating, attentive and unobtrusive. On further stay we look forward now already. read more

As this hotel at the very good to very good reviews is old, derives only partially. It is true, that the hotel is an attractive, middle size. However you have to say, that the rooms of very variable quality. We were with several families and therefore the rooms comparisons.     To put it more clearly: the owner we are not friendliness from. This was a week only due to the behavior of the employees staff more than made up for it. The cleaning of the rooms was good. the sauna has the size a domestic private sauna.     The place is living off its location right next to the ski slope. Strap on your skis and off. As you however having regard to considerable Snowfall the journey (even with snow chains) meet, is unclear remained. The options for shopping are ideal. just what is quite intolerable is the après ski-pavilion on the slopes, immediate before the hotel with a simple terrible music, not before 8:00 P. M. the ends. Read, or entertained after skiing erlebtem: simply impossible.

The pyrkerhof for winter sports enthusiasts, as we now are, with'vacation directly on the piste '. That is, if you want to have a short walk to skiing, one hundred % accurate. In the morning, after a wide breakfast, where you also even the beloved eggs instead of 'tender-soft' -time forgetting by a beautiful view of the mountains around bad Gastein-Easter egg-hard cooked, you need only etaw ten steps from the hotel and you are right on the slopes. The top will and is, of course, also in the afternoon, the famous' contemplation momentum ' won't differently. On the contrary! ... This can hotel's own Schirmbar safe by road used and should it a Jagatee too much-no problem-here you find all the way íns hotel! We have stayed at the third vacation in this hotel the pyrkerhof is a verb Rach family hotel and a family business. That is to say, we were greeted by the boss and the boss himself; and not only when we arrived, the guests with a home-made Brandy 'delicate'. The room room was spacious with balcony and a beautiful view. The hotel guests were very mixed and also for families with children. A really nice hotel, I have for a weekend trip most warmly can recommend. If there is enough snow one did not need a car! As you drive ... from the slopes directly to the hotel! as mentioned: we have been coming here for years, 13 bag and (and dog) and pack felt very, very comfortable. We have always and at any time the feeling, that we 'guest' in the home. We liked the informal dealing with family S. and the obvious service of all the staff of the hotel and we think, that this is the most important criteria for vacation and relaxation are.     we had half board, there was a varied and mostly local menu assembly, every day 3 main courses to choose from which was 1 vegetarian, with the exception of our personal preferences or attract our children, however also instead of menu selection of dishes from the children's menu-the food was really good
