The hotel the borgognoni is in every aspect recommendable. Of course breakfast buffet in other countries extensive, but for Italian standards it is absolutely reasonable. The beds are outstanding and we have never in a hotel slept so well; also the bed linen on the 2. day changed, change of towels anyway every day. There is only one German television channel, but who needs it with a city break. read more

Very nice hotel in the city center. The Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps are about 200 meter it about 500 meter Right next to the hotel there was a small spar. In 100m distance is a bus station, from the you perkfekt with all buses can visit Rome. Hotel is in a very nice colours. The room are clean and beautiful. you really can not complain. The breakfast is good, but not so much to choose from. What we have heard, the breakfast is for Roman conditions rather super be ☺ All in all very to be recommended. Please ... note: Rome is very, very expensive. The food I would recommend the Trastevere district. Is super beautiful and reasonably priced. Otherwise very much money with, as this is a more expensive holiday ☺ read more

The Dei Borgognoni is an old Palazzo in direct proximity to the Trevi well and to Spanish the stairs. It was distinguished in the year 2010 by Conde Nast. It has 4 floors with approximately 50 rooms. The rooms are decorated in nature tones with Burgunderrot. Some rooms have small terraces. The hotel has a small bar, restaurant. We had the breakfast in the price inclusive. The guest structure is mixed, whereby we saw however few businessmen. It offers itself marvelously for a relaxed city trip. The room and also the public ranges made a maintained impression. read more

    We booked a standard room: Large bath with Jacuzzi tub, bidet. Kosmetikspiegel specially. Flat screen TV (however no German TV), Internet, mini bar, safe. Badeschlappen. very beautifully furnished and coloured one on the other co-ordinated. Telephone in the room and in the bath.

    For Rome a “large” breakfast. In front to be said it must however that this is not comparable with a Frühstücksbuffet in other hotels - outside of Italy -. Here however class: Different one of coffee (slat Macchiato, espresso, cappuccino etc. etc.), 3 different juices, roll basket with rolls, Croissants and sweet pastry, different jams, 2 sorts cut, cheese open (only Philadelphia in different sorts), 3 different Cerealien, fruit salad and fruit.

    to complain of nothing. Always friendly staff (English speaking). In the evening again the beds are uncovered. Not to complain of also here everything absolutely.

    Diagonally in relation to the church San Andrea della Fratte. 2 minutes footpath to the Trevi well and approximately 5 going minutes to Spanish the stairs. This says already everything to to super the situation! beside the hotel is direct “save” - supermarket; round around the hotel also restaurant, shop (class a shoe shop!!!) etc. We used only 2x the underground and this were back and forth in each case for the Vatikan (whereby even this for foot would have been feasible). We have all other object of interest “erlaufen”. The situation is great one! The hotel offers a driving service for the airport for 50 €. They book these however with NCC in; we had let organize the travel from the airport over a friend to the hotel also over NCC. This cost us 40 € (approximately 40 min travel).
