One gave us the feeling in this hotel that we are rather waited as desired! With the arrival one gave to understand me in this hotel only the English, French and Italian spoken we. If not my daughter thereby had been, I would not have gotten times a room map. The gentleman at the reception turned away and left themselves untouched! We did not get resisting our entire stay (10 days) new bedlinen! Cleanliness of the bath: I found also in the evening still hair on the soil. Our toothbrushes became like Unrat between their samples geschmissen! With hygiene directly ... zero! Again buy was announced. Breakfast was in the framework, if one got with itself within the other range the hall butter and sausage found. No inscription! The waiters worried only about the Italian customers. very unfriendly.     Room darkly! Equipment of OK ONE! Cleanliness badly! Bath very badly! Offered one free Internet entrance, not on the room. Here liable to pay the costs.

    We took only breakfast. Most sweet things. If there in addition, one it finds is sausage and cheese. , There were extras for the example cappuccino or espresso only for Italian the visitors. Staff unfriendly. Air conditioning system too highly switched, one had the feeling the area should the cooling counter replace.

    Friendliness staff: At the reception there was only a young woman bemüte itself, all different had no interest. Languages in the hotel: Italian, French and English not times at the reception German, should stand in the description!) Handling complaints: Noted however not turned off!

    The situation of the hotel is not good without car. The free shuttle is very insufficient. 3x in the morning and 3x late afternoon and only if one the answer said before, even if non no shuttle! LAST shuttle from the metro to the hotel 19:00 clock! The everywhere angepriesene free shuttle to the airport, is not correct! To the airport Fiumicino does not give it to shuttles and if the hotel calls “kindly” a taxi is it 20, - € more expensively (55, - €) as if one orders it! (if one speaks the correct languages!) Trip possibilities - to best arrange, becomes more interesting and more beautiful. There are offers in the hotel none. Purchase possibilities only with car attainable.

Up to the departure we were completely content with the hotel. Which it was very wunderlich that with journey bail had to be paid by each travel express taker of 10, - €. That resulted in a considerable sum in the case of 57 participants. With the check Out different rooms were accused of that towels were geklaut. In the end it was then only our room. We should in those four days 8 towels have geklaut and thus a sum of 15 each, - € per Handtuch= 120, - € have paid, which from the bail equal all participant ... became to retain. Who would like already a cheap towel of the hotel? The offer the suit-cases to scan to open or from the participants before its eyes was strictly refused. At the end it turned out that the charwoman constantly contradicted herself. Only were all rooms, then only ours, then there was 6 towels and in the end 8!!! Although we were innocent, we had at the end of the disaster, in order to get the bail of all again, nevertheless to pay. We could act the amount with all trouble still on 40, - € down! If a hotel must make its money in this way, it is very sad. Poor Best Western hotel Giardino d'Europa, poor Italy!!! read more
