Despite noise from the street a hotel with pleasant atmosphere.

Hotel features approximately 30 rooms ( in different sizes!) , on 3 floors, each with a balcony ( mostly with lake view).
Guests mostly Germany and Austria, as far as we could tell.
Parking spaces before and behind the hotel, but as everywhere in Italy quite rare, but a spot was always found. read more

A nice hotel with first class service!
We enjoyed the vacation in Hotel Firenze good, since particularly the service absolute top class is. The staff are very friendly and tried the guest in every situation to help, so you absolutely be comfortable can. Even if now and then Sprachprobelem are, tried the staff for a solution using facial expression or body language.
The room is inviting and modern, as well as very nicely furnished. Only the bathroom clouds the full picture. It is very clean, however way too small. You get fast difficulties, really free to move and encouragement on ... the wall or similar are therefore unfortunately no rarity. In good memory us the comfortable balcony with wonderful view of the Lake Garda stay.
The food is a typical three star hotel. Not bad (and in particular dinner), but also nothing special ( especially the breakfast, unfortunately little varied and a bit tasteless).
The hotel is normally in good and above all new state. Everywhere there is a lot of cleanliness. For people, the noise from the street not really are used, the hotel is however not really recommendable, as it right on the main street of the Lake Garda' s, and until late in the night cars and especially loud motorcycles drive. Since we but are used it didn't bother us!
The pool is very refreshing cool, what with the current temperatures on Lake Garda a real boon is. He is general in good condition, however belittle some small dirt and leaves in the pool the picture, as well as light damage to the pool interior wall. If you however in the comfortable loungers capacity is the nice view on the Lake Garda grants, these are small faults quickly forget and less onerous.
Despite this small faults we would Hotel Firenze to 100% recommendable. We had a great time and if there is another trip on the Lake Garda results, would be the Firenze our 1. choice! read more

Really good a room with lake view. As you could also a few hours on the balcony spend, without constantly somewhere to be traveling. Also the hotel terrace mIT seeblick is very welcoming. Negative striking are however the few parking spaces at the hotel, where the two ascent Ramps to the entrance always overpopulated. Especially aggravating for-or departing, as well as people, which daily by car somewhat undertake want. Also badly: the much too small bathroom, the we had. An average built person can respectively to the klo sitting its head on the edge of the washbasin hang up. No ... joke! The toilet probably is an afterthought; it does not. Also worth noting: the breakfast buffet (three stars) there is no hot food. No scrambled egg, no bacon. In short: is one good on foot, custom be car the whole week not, like for breakfast only sausage, cheese or jams and his' personal business' elsewhere, then is this hotel nevertheless recommendable. The rest is OK. read more

We were always satisfied and 5. Times there as a guest. If possible we would gladly go again.
The car we mostly left and nfuß or with the bus dangers.
Stop directly in front of the hotel. The traffic on the quayside didn't bother me too much.
After superabendessen one had also the necessary readiness for bed. read more

The Hotel Firenze is a small, but fine and very lovingly run hotel. We really felt really good and our vacation very enjoyed. Especially impressed we were incredibly friendly service and the willingness to help the staff the everything done felt our stay as pleasant as possible to make. Our room/ bathroom was rather small, but very comfortable and according to the booked price and for two people completely sufficient. Lots of warm thanks for this great vacation. Relaxing vacation with very good food ( breakfast buffet for Italian standards very good )
Excellent choice of the menus and very delicious dishes with the half-board.
Room to the garden despite main road quiet and despite 28 to 30 degrees pleasantly cool located.
Highlight the organized and free! Overnight shipping on the oldest sail training ship of lake Garda on
2 hours with champagne tasting ( from the hotel organized-in malcesine for €15, -! Per person )

A good managed familyhotel in very good starting point for excursions on Lake Garda to the north, south or the west bank. Nice beach promenade directly at the house starting to malcesine (circa 6 kilometer) both on foot, as well as with wheel usable. Excellent food with the half-board with choice of 3 starters and 3 main courses, salad bar and dessert.
Disadvantage : located right next to the busy gardesana road, but from the description and pictures is clearly apparent. At night close window and air conditioning is the solution! Problem are also not be ruled out. read more

the hotel lies on a busy street on a steep Slope. The pool is on the homepage skilled photographed-but ultimately directly on the street. The average age is up to few Motoradfahrer very high. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was plentiful and of excellent quality. The rooms are very clean and mostly all with direct sea view and balcony. A little annoying, although the U.S. passing directly at the house, but after 1a 2 days you get used to it and couldn't hear any more. Very much higher and the adjoining sun from the street display pool area. The view over the lake and the mountains across the river are an everyday occurrence. read more

The hotel was very clean and nice, the rooms were large enough and with a fantastic view of the lake. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Very rich breakfast buffet. In the evening there was always a fresh salad buffet, a choice of three starters and main courses, and dessert. The pool lying in the sun all day and the sea was directly outside the 'Doorstep'. Highly recommended is a boat trip in the evening with the ' Siora Veronica, the oldest sailing of Lake Garda. Tickets are available at the hotel reception. We will always return to the ... hotel Firenze drive! read more

We stayed at this hotel for the third time in Firenze and it was again a successful holiday. Everything is great. For two days even though we had very loud room family had, and present us with two o'clock at night no sleep left, is the family I. on our complaint and the family the nightly peace asked. This can happen in any hotel and makes no difference to the good rating for the hotel itself. read more

for a stay of five days, the hotel is good, but what is missing

A well led hotel with nice staff, and really good dinner. The service, as well as the room cleaning was good. Also we had no language problems. We can recommend this hotel for a short 4-6 days really. But for more than ten days we would not recommend it. The room and the size of the rooms, as well as the facilities are not ideal. Clean but in the year or somehow we could have stayed longer. At the breakfast we had to make a few drawbacks due to the selection, the rolls were nothing for at least us, but ... that is naturally matter of taste. read more

Three Star Hotel.
Owners and staff are very friendly.
In the restaurant perfect service.
There are no language problems. Individual requests (for example second duvet) were fulfilled discreet.
In the evening, if you don't want to go, on,
with offered half board nothing wrong.
During the breakfast one from the menu card food for the evening. Furthermore, there was salad buffet evening, extended to small Italian premiums (La crostini, Bruschetta, etc.) the food is good. Breakfast is okay. (but 'right' coffee right order, otherwise there is the pod. hot springs)
The room was typical for Italy-small size.
The bathroom ... was basic, but big enough, the shower stall is really narrow as standard.
The building is noisy. Conversations, snoring and noises and restless spirits you get with.
But, if the windows closed ☺
What we did not like:
The hotel is directly on the lake, at the main road along the lake.
And the traffic is now not just poverty.
If you live in a home 30er zone, it is very noisy.
If traffic is used, which is the less.
The soothing crunch and take plants groan, which stems from the waves mitschaukelnden small boats,
will from morning to night. barraged by traffic A Shame.
At the top of the hotel is a larger terrace. With comfortable lounge chairs, chairs and umbrellas.
The traffic is better insulated.
Conclusion:
For a short get away at Lake Garda suitable.
Conveniently located. Malcesine and Torri del benaco are easy to reach.
Tip:
Within walking distance, right from the hotel, direction Assenza di brenzone, through the village streets, up the hill into the hinterland worm.
Old olive hiking on trails, with beautiful, wide views of the lake and mountains across the street. read more
