10 minutes above the village located, very quiet and great views of the mountains: Virgin, silberhorn, wide horn and male. Garden with tables and sun loungers-here you can find peace and, for example, to read a book. Good, prompt service. We were served 5-course menu within the 90 minutes. read more

Quite a large hotel, chalet style with balconies. Pleasant if unremarkable decor but loads of space. Not many guests when we stayed - mainly older couples. read more

    We had two rooms on the third floor - one with bathroom, one with shower room. The one with the bath was a huge room; both were well furnished and equipped. Both had south-facing balconies with that amazing view.

    Owner was discreetly available 'in the background'; she speaks English and was helpful with queries. Check-in efficient.

    Absolute peace and quiet in an elevated position at the upper end of the village. Best of all, the south-facing rooms (worth paying a small amount extra for) have the most stupendous views up the valley and of the Jungfrau mountain - you won't believe your eyes. Shops, station and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Electric 'taxi' will pick you up from the station if required at no extra cost.
