Nice hotel, flaws in the service

I have just returned from a meeting in Novotel Hannover going home. As at the front desk in the Novotel when checking out nobody after my satisfaction asked, i declare in this way: i am still well before and need luckily no handicap rooms.
The breakfast is plentiful and attractive.
Wi-fi available and free, on the rooms but hardly front desk, in the meeting rooms was wonderful. read more

Nice hotel, stylish room. But unfortunately the last guest socks left there. Furthermore unfortunately a map for the wrong room got. In the hallway it looked like a construction site without baseboards... read more

Room and dining area became straight newly renovated. The rooms were completely refurbished and modernised ( amongst others Multimedia access). Check out in the morning, it takes a bit, because there were only three desks are available. read more

Beautiful clean hotel, the however currently being renovated. We had the zoo package and weren't disappointed ( very recommendable). Because of the Replacement we have a voucher for the bar. Good breakfast. read more

This charming hotel lies nearby a metro station and is about two hundred meters away from pedestrian precinct Lister Meile. A parking garage is attached.
The from us used room was modernly furnished ( flat screen, however no safety deposit box) and was quiet in the direction of inner courtyard. The bathroom is rather small, however well equipped. The room was at the transition non-smokers/ Rauchertrakt, so that it in the room smelled like smoke.
We had booked with breakfast and could rich buffet in the restaurant Intermezzo (with winter garden) use.
The staff/ inside we met as very friendly ... and helpful know.
The Hannover card will in the hotel not offered.
We were satisfied and would book the hotel again. read more

For people on business trip good, clean hotel with a variation in the area wellness. (shopping street) Lister meile about 200 meters away. Price performance ratio for night great, breakfast was too expensive. read more

Over the Hannover zoo Arag ement booked this and were totally enthused.
In the hotel business people, families and worked perfectly, so was our impression.
The staff/service was very friendly and always trap (even if during the breakfast time the places times briefly about).

The hotel is much worse, since there were only apprentices there, have no idea.
The check-in which is entirely with my reservation's 60 euros, which I had paid the safe fee, had I denied. They claimed, that I didn't have paid 60 euros.
Also the cleanliness was not good (dirty doors, etc.).
The staff in the restaurant was rude and slow. read more

Hotel with very easy access and close to the city. Depending on the location of the room to be a bit noisy in the morning, as the road is very busy. The staff is very nice and helpful. The selection of food in the evening is limited but you can also very good food in the surrounding area. The breakfast is very good. Large selection of food and drinks. Different juices (including freshly squeezed orange juice/but you have to press yourself) and large teeauswahl. There are also different sorts of cake. Overall, I would say, you can look forward to ... the breakfast. read more

We know this hotel for years. Was always very satisfied. Apparently the management changed. There is always at least one hair (from the cleaning lady ) in the room! For breakfast you will not respected. For children is the breakfast to 16. To be free. What was. The lady came with an invoice for breakfast for children!. Therefore we could an unnecessary discussion and it was still rude! Has the lady then more or less excused. Furthermore were our in-laws with. They were at the front desk a deposit for the safe in amount of about 50,- Euro off! ... Unfortunately no receipt issued, that was when key is returned no deposit refunded. The management was turned on, unfortunately without success. It could not understand! Sad, sad. It's a pity, as we for years always very satisfied was. Apparently one goes with the regular guests to! read more

We were on a business trip, the breakfast was great. For coach parties the hotel is not ideal, since there was no bus at the hotel, for a car, there is a pay garage, the hotel is located right at an intersection, but that was in the hotel and in the rooms not to feel, there is still a smoking room, which nonsmoker annoying is, if you got one. read more

We booked the hotel for one night, as we wanted to visit the Hannover zoo.
At the reception we were welcomed very friendly and even gave a small stuffed toy given. The positive impression in the room fort. The check-in process was already fixed and ready and closer I found a message from the hotel. If I for our little treasure have forgotten something, such as diapers, etc. can exact I am willing to accept the following Tel. Number and you would provide me things. Also things like bottle warmers, toys and much more, the hotel has in stock. I ... thought that was very family friendly and immediately gave me the feeling, especially if you travel with children welcome.
The staff was very nice and a cleaning lady took my small even in the top floor, so he could look so far.
What we did not like, was the so-called air conditioning. We had during our stay very hot weather and in our room from lunch the sun was shining. So it was very warm when we were there and the air conditioning did not cool down '. When we asked the staff, they told us, that there is no air conditioning system is a 'real', but a Luftumwälzanlage. We had the bad luck, bad that we slept, as it was very hot and stuffy in the room. The rooms were also quite small and we slept with three people in this.
The breakfast a lot got out again, because the quality and the quantity were very good.
Overall was a very family friendly hotel and we would book with children a Novotel. read more

The novotel in hanover is a good hotel with good food and very polite, helpful staff. Unfortunately, my room was tiny, which I stay (Business trip) was absolutely okay, but private very bothered me.
The decor is not on the current status of your time, tv reception only the programmes well, he may, Pro7 for example seems to belong (program is received, rushes and is also not good).
The air conditioning is very noisy at night, but relatively easy off. If you have a room facing the inner courtyard has, you can leave the window open at night, it was ... relatively quiet. read more

Stayed in this hotel on several occasions. Location is very good - 2 min walk from a tram stop. Food in a restaurant is very good. Rooms themselves are all right, the only problem I had was there were no big king-size beds, only two small beds put together. The rest was good. Overall, good value for money. read more

We would visit next Hannover the NOVOTEL again. The hotel breakfast alocated on your booking as - was really very good! Sunday brunch, there is a until 230pm - really great! About 150 meters from the hotel starts the Lister mile ( also Christmas Market), the Metro after approximately 2 minutes and the 100 bus at the beginning of the Lister mile - everything is centrally located. The parking garage is located right in front of the hotel, tricky. ( below are easily accessed only transported to -1, parking on -2 or 3 with suitcases+separated from the luggage annoying) ... to reach. read more

The hotel is very recommended. Clean, nice staff. The best is the breakfast buffet. A lot of choice. Even offer organic products. Plenty of choice of freshly baked breads, Choissant. Various meats. You can even its own Activia yogurt put together. I would go back to hotel. read more

The hotel is in a good condition, the room (single room) was relatively small, with a single bed, the tv had a few years behind it. The front desk staff was very efficient, breakfast buffet was great, but I am not used from Novotel Andres. Nearby there is a factory outlet Bahlsen /company Leibniz, this is highly recommended. Love to go back but next time with double bed! read more
