Overall a great stay. Helpfull staff, but not very good at speaking english. The meny for our stay was OK, but not very ecxiting. Celebrated a big birthday and the hotel remembered without having to remind.

The hotel is situated on the promenade by the beach and is in easy reach of all of the shops and activities in Binz. We really enjoyed our stay and like the hotel very much. It's prime location makes it an excellent base for exploring the town and region. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and provides a good start to the day. read more

Nice hotel, good service and plenty of staff. The breakfast was great, but there could be a better option for lunch at the hotel. We did not eat dinner in the restaurant. The room was very nice and spacious, with a good bathroom. The city of Binz is nice with at lot of good places to eat. read more

We were the 5. time on Rügen, in the Kurhaus Binz for the 3. time and we will next year return.
Everything completely to our complete satisfaction (for the extremely cold weather with storm and snow could the hotel nothing). Unfortunately the hotel has in a point our expectations not met. We would have gladly mr tonndorf personally told, it however only on the 1. day for breakfast seen.
In the spa i had to the staff ask, liquid soap tissues. On the next day missing cups at the water dispenser, so i also the staff at the spa reception ... ask had, these tissues, which in the short term was taken care of. A day later poured the mobile basket of used towels all over, so that no used towels put could. On a complaint i completely aware declined. When leaving the spa was 3 employees inactive at the spa reception-a little more attention in the interest of the guests would be appropriate.
Because otherwise the complete staff no reason to complaints-no, perfect its philosophy and still have a small personal word is possible, we will definitely come back and we hope, back to our experience button on to may. read more

An all-round successful easter arrangement. The beautiful concert at the kurhaus with the saxophonist Tina junk dealers and their blue band will long stay in the memory. As well as the informative easter parade on easter sunday with the management by Binz.
The excellent home-made cakes, as well as the evening menus and fischbüfetts to session well-kept wines were in other reviews already praised enough, so that i am for lack of chance would not wish to speak.
We are looking forward to next time in the Kurhaus Binz. read more

We had our silver wedding spent in the hotel, it was nice. What disturbed us were the 2 meal times, which neither the front desk nor otherwise informed.
The 5-course menu with the accompanying wines, was very good. The selection of wine was good, it could have been
But 0.1 wine instead of the 0.2 enough, as we did with champagne and wine 1 liter of alcohol was drunk, which was positive, was just too much. read more

Dear kurhaus-team,
It was a very nice and relaxing vacation in Binz. Once again, we are with you felt good. As we were not this time in the spa spoil left, we want especially mrs Anja j. again for the service and massage thanks.
Until now we found no other hotel, which us so inspired and to our wishes (allergies) quick and easy view. For us it is holiday happiness relaxation, to stay here.
Only the quality the mixed drinks/cocktails/longdrinks. Has been in strong decline. We want to during the next visit, the safe will soon be here, reluctantly in ... the nearby located bar 'migrate'.

The hotel is alternatively with night/breakfast or half board were offered. If you ate early bay, is often a suitable arrangement or saver, generally with half board. The latter includes a 3-course menu, friday an extensive were pleasant. If you don't like fish, find but also friday alternatives.
For a renewed dehoga classified the hotel has last year declined. It stops in my opinion a comparison with other i visited 5 star hotels, including a leading hotel of the world, stood.
In the spa there is demand a qualified personal advice, which are not just cosmetic aspects limited.
For a ... private car park there is a fee of 9 Euro per night due, for a space in the underground garage 11 Euro. Given the time of year was the underground car park for me the better choice. Since the parking situation in the place is not perfect, is the booking at reservation definitely recommendable.
The hotel consists of two by an atrium, in the the front desk and the café are, interconnected wings. The restaurant, the bar, the fireplace room, as well as the for example for weddings certain rooms are located in the historical kurhaus, the some rooms and suites. The Kaiserhof is a modern building, in its form but on a same model of the same body-oriented. In this part are located next to many rooms the spa and the underground car park. For me the better choice, as i the hotel not least because of its wellness package booked.
I have in all the well as all guest rooms of the hotel we felt comfortable all around. read more
