Very nicely located hotel( about 1 hour from the airport) with very well maintained green really beautiful sandy beach. The area is very extensive, but the very nice kept and well-kept green areas hardly to be felt are. You can simply nicer by the complex stroll and even if you one of the back room is the way to the main restaurant very varied decorated and pleasant to walk.
To the beach it is no 5 minutes no matter where you are room has.
It is a very nice sandy beach and also for snorkel friends there are 2 small ... corallenbänke.
The food was very diverse, the selection of dishes was seasonally still a bit meager, but like us guest relations manager kim assured the with the beginning of the season also yet improve. We are in any case always full and the dishes were also always well seasoned.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating %blank%. Children are always welcome and will also receive special attention.
A huge children's playground is inviting for playing an even if our child (12 years) no longer want to play.
The temperatures in february are of course not comparable with which in the summer or fall, but with 22 °c water temperature you can nevertheless times in bold. The pool is unfortunately not heated, but in the summer but a correct refreshment after a hot day.
We were in any case very satisfied and will definitely come again (even if we reluctantly times in one and the same hotel go). Oh and for all the 10 times in this hotel there were there was a special attraction. You can then a baumpatenschaft for one of the many palm trees and got a beautiful sign with its name on this tree hung (is a beautiful attention from the hotel). There are, in fact, already many of these signs and i believe this speaks for itself.

We were in comparison to most tourists in the menaville the 1. time in this hotel. With our reservation, we were initially not sure, whether this hotel, with some organizers only with 3.5 stars sufficient would be. However we were more than positive surprised! The drive from the airport takes about 1 hour (included drives to the other hotel) and goes through the nothing or the desert. Arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a small, green oasis welcome. The hotel isn't huge like the majority of hotels in the area but that is exactly what makes its ... charm.
The rooms are really big enough (we had room 315) and have a great view in the beautifully landscaped garden with a sea view. Everything is clean and tidy! From the balcony you can the sea and palms hear, magnificent! All ' bungalows' are not higher than in the 1st floor. The superior room are directly at the beach with a terrace. In the main building is the nice main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Also a large lobby, a disco and a cosy shisha ar. The food was always varied and very tasty! The only thing which you may complain about is, that it is only a cheese and cold sausage in the morning there is. But there is for example fresh eggs in all variants, cereal, fruit, cakes, jam and many types bread and rolls and so on. As well as to the other meals will certainly be something for everyone. We were anyhow inspired! The staff in the restaurant really is extremely friendly and this also without constantly getting tipped to give. Of course, there is if you want something and maybe the next evening the table and with drinks set when you arrive ☺ the manager is also for every meal time in the restaurant and a great partner (also in german) for questions or small problem. In the remaining speak as well as all of the staff english and a little german. We are with english very well Egypt old!
No matter in which room you are the path to the beautiful sandy beach is never longer than 3-4 minutes! This is a the beach bar with a good selection of drinks. However not all drinks are cold so that you prefer beer, wine or water should keep. Beachboys provide free beach chair cushions and hand towels. For a little tip also this already the next morning ready when you to the same liegeecke comes, by bastecken well against insights or the wind protected. Bathing shoes are definitely not for the sea required, there is only at the start a small stone bench underwater on the but just above can swim. Then only fantastic sand and crystal-clear sea. But there is also a jetty directly into the somewhat deeper water. The left of there, there are a small nice house reef really for snorkelling and many colorful fish houses.
If you want more snorkelling or a boat trip you should absolutely book on location and Mohammed a. questions. On it you can get a fantastic and professional boat tour including snorkelling, buffet and swimming a Karibik like beach (utopia Iceland) book. Very recommendable, as you directly from the hotel starts and not only after Hurghada must be droven. You should the first time snorkeling and a little afraid, one is also gladly individually looked after and the hands.
Especially worth mentioning is nor the entertainment team. You inform daily on all activities but never pushy! Especially imo is a real sunshine just spread a good mood! There is morning exercises, Volleyball, Bauchtanz and in the evening a show in the disco or shisha ar. You should absolutely look at the irish-show in the disco! Oh so a large pool there is obviously also, but we were here only once because the beach basic to nice. Also by the pool there is a bar and lounge chairs-, and towel service.
We will definitely not only once again! The hotel menaville is a really great little green oasis in which you wonderful place to relax. Thanks to the whole hotel-team for this wonderful vacation! read more

We only wanted a beach holiday, and we had. Were completely contented.
The staff was very friendly, the complex very clear and above all surrounded by green areas.
The only fault, what bothered me, was the existing mattresses schoner. It was but everything clean.
You should be a ship trip want to book, as you can this quite locally, you do not need to Hurghada. The crew really tried very hard and has while snorkeling good on us beware.

It is a very nice hotel at a very nice beach. In the Amalia café and at the beach bar - and lack of hygiene and cleanliness. The lunch meal at the beach bar is bad (14 days only pizza and sausage rolls). The all-inclusive supply with drinks is only in the dining room, at the beach bar and at the cactusbar. Very nice, cozy, not very extensive hotel, with about 300 rooms. You can h. p. or all inclusive. It was my 2. stay in the menaville and i am still impressed. It is not a new hotel. But in a very good and well maintained condition. The rooms are mostly already newly renovated and again equipped. The beach and the garden beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The guest structure is varied, german, austrian, polish, russian, and so on lots of guests are regulars and know already. This makes this hotel so nice, as you really cozy feel and from ... the staff full joy welcome. read more

A wonderful, quiet, entspannendender vacation. If you are not comfortable, should consider, in what country one is. The staff were without exception friendly, helpful and competent. The kitchen there are every day on the new big trouble of everything tasty and lovingly to prepare. We are for years Egypt tourist didn but never eaten so well, as there. Big praise to kim, the german travel agent of the hotel, warm and for every question and requests an ear to lend and implementation. We wish all staff there, that many german tourist itself for this hotel decide, you've earned it. Some ... hotel like more visually/attentions which make, but in the menaville all true.

At the end last year, i had the large luck menaville safaga – hotel five and a half weeks, from the first week in december to the 2. week in january, to visit. Yes-it is true, five and a half weeks vacation in the 'wohlfühlparadies'. A detailed description the hotel and the many benefits of the menaville -hotels i do and i endorse the positive contributions from the other reviewers at.
As in the past years, the menaville – hotel for the christmas again especially decorated. To enough room for the no christmas meal was offered to have was on ... a part of the surface a tent. The christmas eve started with a reception in the hotel lobby. From this vantage point it was a celebration to the beach and then back into the restaurant. After a short speech by the general manager mr. Alaa started the christmas buffet. With a folkloredarbietung of belly and tanura dancing and a dance performance from the animation team ended the christmas dinner in the restaurant. In the disco was turn the weihnachtstombola held.
For the new year's eve feast the existing tent extended, so that the whole außenrestaurantbereich included shisha included. Only so it was possible with all hotel guests in parallel to partying. The new year's buffet was in the restaurant area, grouped by warm dishes, side dishes, salads, fruits and desserts, arranged. On the external stage made the entertainment team and folkloretänzer for the entertainment of the guests. At 22:00 o'clock (oez ) have the first guests from the russian republics of the new year welcomes. The rest of the guests welcomed the new year to midnight (oez ).
The christmas dinner for the orthodox or coptic guests were the celebration of the day a grilled lamb and many other treats served. No regrets, i have the invitation of new animation team to the dance performance 'lord of dance '. That was great!
Even for long term the menaville -hotel and the nearby city safaga lots to offer. In the weeks of vacation i could me neither boredom has monotonous food complain. In my private tours around the hotel complex, went to safaga and Hurghada i could i freely, without that i fear for life and limb to have had. The egyptians i until now as very hospitable and helpful met.
I do not understand it, and because of the riots in about 560 kilometer away Cairo the recreation areas around Hurghada should avoid. Actually need our host and friends now our support. read more

The beach is great, you should definitely snorkeling go, is worthwhile. The entertainers were super nice and not intrusive. Because quite different reviews we were skeptical. The reality has us however very positively surprised. The building and rooms are in a very good renovated condition. Our superior room with a view of the sea very spacious, clean, with a flat screen tv, fridge, air conditioning and a nice, hedges the surrounding terrace. Particularly positive the all staff (room boys, strandjungen, porters, receptionists and especially the waiter) shown friendliness. The buffets in the morning, at noon, the volume and variety of the food hard to beat. The highlight was the new year's eve buffet, the entire main restaurant in theme ... buffets transformed. Beginning january are next to the lots of german guests may even more russians, but very unobtrusive were. The large hotel complex is beautiful and in constant care. For the recuperation so all in all very recommendable. On the downside only the location. Nothing for strolling around and all excursions, except for Luxor, go from Hurghada from, which in addition about 1 hour directions and admittedly (5 to 10 euros) means. Hotel very nice and quiet. But isolated. Beach great, great, great, lots of space. Room renovated and very clean. Restaurant clean and always set nicely. Meals were tasty and lovingly decorated and offers. In all areas we felt well pampered. We will come back soon.
But if you luxury searches, is here wrongly at the place.
We had a wonderful new year's eve feast. With a big effort was everything prepared. We were nice in the new year slipped. On the rooms was a sweet neujahrsgruß ready for us.

Very nice comfortable hotel for singles, couples with and without children. I am now for the 4. time and have always the feeling had, right at home. If in a hotel can say, then everything is just right.
I was this year in september for two weeks, but had an accident, so i could enjoy, what i like to do, in other words to go snokelling and to swim. I have therefore without further ado again for one week and was uncertain, whether the temperatures in december also for bathing and snorkeling are. I have older reviews looking for, where ... mention, but not quite a score can find, so now my impression. In the morning it is a little cool, the sun but has a lot of power, so that you also sunscreen should. If you into the water is, it is only quite cool but if you swimming, it is pleasant. In the evening is a thin jacket or langärmliger sweater and long pants. I have really enjoyed and could every day swimming and snorkeling. Here once again my thanks to dr. h., the really has done a good job. I am pleased, however, that i this stay no physician ☺
The hotel has since october a very lovely and nice employee get, it is called kim and worries for the guests already on arrival. I found this as a great asset for the hotel, it is always there, if you need them and helped wherever they can.
In december the hotel is not so full, as in september, it is therefore already pleasant, since there was neither queues at the buffet still problems with finding a couch gave. The staff is because still attentive, than i already was accustomed to, so i once again felt good.
Daily thorough room cleaning, the garden are daily changed. There are some renovation work, of which one however nothing easier. It is much improved for example wegplatten. You see, that something is being done, everything to guests' welfare. I have many nice german tourists got to know, especially very lots of regular guests. The food is varied and there is something for everyone there. This hotel is really recommendable. Try it, you will see, it the hotel is with the most beautiful beach, the nettestem staff and the best leadership.
My special thanks the general manager alaa e., the an ear to lend for their guests has. Thanks alaa for this again wonderful stay. You have really a great team on the complex and it is always surprisingly, as many of the team since so many years there are, this is absolutely for you as a manager.
