Small simple hotel, had a room with a balcony and great view of the lake Garda. Breakfast included, restaurant very recommendable. Perfect for a short break, room getting a bit old but for the price range more than ok. read more

The largest problem is the only street around the Lake Garda right between hotel and beach is.
The road is extremely busy. With children really dangerous! Rest and relaxation at the beach. None.

A really very nice and friendly hotel.
The slogan' as a guest come, as a friend gehen' is wholeheartedly to.
It is a family-run hotel that any time with advice and act stands to the side.
The food is plentiful and delicious.
The service leaves nothing to desire.
The cleanliness leaves no lack to.
The rooms with a balcony and great seeblick are by the size more than adequate and nicely furnished.
In the meantime we have the hotel to 4. male berreist and next year us again there arrive. read more

Very nice hotel with a good location the lake and great private beach with free beach chairs and sun screens. Only the mattresses in the room were unfortunately very worn. Apart from that all around satisfied. Gladly again at any time. read more

A very nice, small hotel in a good location directly on the Lake Garda, with very friendly and helpful staff! I had only booked accommodation and breakfast, the breakfast buffet was great! For our taste there is actually nothing, which does not give it. From our altogether four days, which we spent there, we were two evenings to food in the hotel. The food was the best, the we in Italy ate! Price are also not too high. We were really very satisfied.
The area is also beautiful. You can prima on the beach promenade miles walk. There are small ... shops with food and souvenirs, the tourist information is only a couple of steps away, as well as the bus station ( buses to Verona respectively riva del Garda). In the neighboring town of malcesine is a cable car to the Berg Monte Baldo. A beautiful destination. The hotel has coupons, with which you 10% discount. The only downside is the road, who the hotel from lake separates. By the traffic, it is unfortunately quite noisy - in night as well. But there is also room, of which you not to lake view, the safe quiet are.

We were with friends altogether 10 days in this hotel and booked half-board.
The staff were always really friendly to us, had in any case an ear to lend, good information for excursions and at all times hard, a pleasant vacation as possible to allow. Because of the relatively manageable total number of room know the operator their guests, what very pleasant is. We are with friends on different days arrived, nevertheless were 2 room next to each other made possible ( hotel was booked!) and right in the evening the tables properly prepared without that we instructions had. Arrive and enjoy! This from a great family guided hotel you feel like at home! All are very accommodating, helpful and always in a good mood! The food is something special always very delicious and sufficient, many Italian food, top kitchen! The rooms are good with a great view on lake. Our best vacation for a long time, we will be back!

Felt because of the friendly and easy going atmosphere felt really good. A private beach area, direct over the street, with chairs and cushions made the visit to the lake to a real pleasure. The gastronomische supply is very good, extensive breakfast buffet ( special requests, such as freshly scrambled eggs or similar are offered), a high quality of high quality three course menu in the evening complete the picture. All purchases of bus tickets, order of bus for excursions ( Verona, Venedig, Mailand respectively South Tyrol amongst others), order of opera tickets for the arena of Verona are from ... the hotel possible. Thus one is from the hotel picked up and brought back. ( really practical) if you want a smaller, more familiar hotel searches, is in this hotel well. Clearly you have to prior to his, that the Gardessana at the hotel passes, completely quiet were has in the mountains, there the beach is respectively lake however miles away. read more

Somewhat older, but well-maintained house of holiday apartments run - very friendly, competent staff - after we Whitsun vacation there were, were few guests since. Since we half board had booked, we were evenings asked, what we would like to eat-the US of course loved it. Altogether we this week really felt good almost family members. The location itself wasn't so spectacular on the Lake Garda, but altogether quiet and the prices here are still affordable. Only downside for us-the more beautiful rooms are to the street and in the morning is then Nevertheless much traffic - especially also many ... loud bikes. If you window and doors left, you can hear however only little. I have even a travel agency and come much rum - for the money we were satisfied and I will the hotel also recommend. read more

Very comfortable family-run hotel, in the very warm welcome and immediately felt comfortable.
The own beach with chairs, sun screens and cushions is on the other side of the road directly on the lake.

For my wife and me it was the first holiday on Lake Garda at all. We chose this hotel on the Internet and found the pictures and description are very attractive. The hotel is located in the small town of Porto and is very easy to reach, since it is right on the street, which apply to cross, if you want to get to the lake. Porto di brenzone itself is a small, peaceful place with a typical Italian flair. The Garda are looking for peace and quiet, can find them very safe. The hotel was exactly as the picture ..., we had previously made. The rooms are simply furnished and equipped with everything, what is needed, shower, toilet, satellite tv, telephone, a comfortable double bed and a balcony side also. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily and reliable. The atmosphere and the furnishings in very that, that every guest feel welcome in your house and you in our case also very well done. Already at arrival we noticed the friendliness of the operator very positive on. You can tell, that the work to them fun and good atmosphere will probably also in the direction of guests.
The morning breakfast buffet offers plenty of choice of fresh bread rolls, bread, croissants, cold cuts, cheese, jam, honey, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and of course tea and coffee. The latter comes from the machine, but I have stayed in some freshly brewed coffee hotel, the taste was not defined in this coffee machine. For a 2 star hotel was the breakfast was definitely more than OK. Of course, the hotel offers a restaurant and here is the real treasure of the house. Everything, from the kitchen there is, is just a word to describe: delicious! The guest has the choice between a daily changing 3-course menu and the normal menu. Everything is served, is fresh and also the chef to tell you, having his craft fun. It is nothing 'Überkandideltes', but rather a simple kitchen with dishes from the region, a few good wines and a very friendly and attentive service. We enjoyed it every evening tasted very good, so we found no reason, in one of the other restaurants of the town to eat.
The service with own beach chairs, mats and umbrellas at the hotel's own beach section, each guest available to use for free. You just have to cross the street and you can enjoy the sun and the sea.
Our conclusion: if anyone not looking for the ultimate in luxury, will certainly feel at home in the hotel smeraldo. The hotel offers everything, which one needs for a very good price/performance ratio. Unfortunately, there was a week, which we spent there, too soon. But we are sure, that this was not our last holiday there. read more

We used the hotel smeraldo on a Motorbike holidays mainly for a lucid stopover. The hotel is from the lake separated by the beach promenade. Our bikes to the hotel parking we belonging parking spaces opposite directly on the beach street.
the rooms the hotels are not really large, but OK. The rooms to street (and thus to the lake) also have a small balcony with beautiful view (but also noise from the street). The rooms the back of the hotel have the window right on the hillside and thus had no view. altogether the hotel was very clean.
the ... breakfast was not huge, with waterpowderJuice mixture, a little lukewarm coffee and the typical Weißmehl -pastry. The food was delicious fresh, home baked cakes.
restaurant is nearby on the lake and in the place enough. In front of the hotel on the street is located nice terrace, where we also had breakfast.
altogether we were with our stay for a night very satisfied the value for money was all right. read more
