Because the hotel about 50 kilometer outside of Dubai in the nowhere is, it is for a typical sightseeing not so suitably. Who however looking for peace and quiet is in the right place here. The large area is very beautifully designed. A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about Euro 28. there is also the possibility, with vehicles from the hotel to be transported. The hotel lies exactly opposite the currently set construction of 2. palm. It is the view of the sea not so nice. There is however none whatever damage. This is also in all ... catalogs described. The beach is cleaned every day and is in spotless condition. The check in & out perfectly and fast. The politeness of the staff is in the whole complex highly commendable. The rooms are huge and nicely furnished. There is plenty of storage space available. Further there was a flat screen tv, dvd player, mini bar (not included in all-inclusive), hair dryer, bathrobes and free wi-fi in the whole complex. The bed is also very big and middle hardness. The cleaning of the rooms has also very good works. Every evening 2 bottles of water brought to the room. The quality and selection of the food was at all locations in the very good hotel. Of the four pools is a quiet pool flagged. The is excellent, once you have a little chill out. We really enjoyed the stay and no complaints it should be noted. read more

Super strandhotel, all very clean and well-kept. German management, the rooms however somewhat small, but one is anyway only there for sleeping, that's why not a problem for us. German-speaking tour guide with private switch in the hotel-lobby every day on-site. Unfortunately too our stay there extremely lots of russians. Hotel that's why just much in russian labeled. But where the russians not today. Me personally not bother us. Facilitities are is quite spacious, there is all this. So wasn't kuschelfaktor announced by the pool for example or sunday read more

    Rooms are very clean, twice a day the room service. Room is somewhat small, however not a problem. Air conditioning around the hour, even adjustably. Safe, kettle, daily fresh mineral water to the room, mini bar, flatscreen tv with few german transmitters, pay tv, dvd player with usb port. Free wi-fi. Small but clean bathroom, with a shower in the bath tub. You can always post to the room and is always informed about everything, for example from the guide etc.

    Several restaurants and bars on the premises. All and all great. The seerestaurant in the harbor and italian are especially recommendable. However, like to have seen, a table to reserve. The hotel's restaurant offers often theme nights at, one evening french food, a evening lebanese, even a bavarian evening with german hefeweizen beer. Breakfast gives it to at eleven o'clock. However the breakfast is a bit monotonous with the whole weeks spread. But the offer of food international, so you found also german fare.

    Excellent service and great service. So accomodating and polite, it almost embarrassing is. Always an ear to lend for problems, all english speaking, super room service 2 times per day! At the beach several and at each pool lifeguard, very safe bathing just for children. There was also an extra children's pool a kindergarten for the little ones. Otherwise but not much for children, since it can become fast boring for this.

    Several pools with bar, several stalls or beaches. Pools and beaches are all cleaned. Enough chairs available, umbrellas were immediately set up, drinks however somewhat pulling up to the beach delivered. Free towels in sufficient quantity. In the evening unfortunately not much going on, no grandiose entertainment also nothing special for children offered. Good for all who just want to relax. A bit of shopping in the hotel possible, small shopping arcade but quite high prices. Money exchange to the airport, in the hotel poor tauschkurs. Offers various water sports, golf, horse riding, go-kart track, schießclub, camel riding, deep sea fishing, sightseeing flights by seaplane, diving etc. But this is not all-inclusive and partly quite expensive.

    Location is quite far from the center of Dubai. It's a three-quarter to one hour into town. But we wanted to a beach vacation in a seaside hotel and no city hotel. Shuttle bus goes several times a day from the hotel free of charge into town. From there you can with the taxi further in the town. Taxis are in Dubai on every corner. Taxi in Dubai is extremely cheap, almost an hour drive, 50 kilometer for not even 20 Euro. Hotel unfortunately with view at the beach on the fallow land construction site of the Jebel Ali palm.

Unfortunately through the construction of the 2. palm ( however stopped) no open sea. The water smells. For families with small children very suitable. As a couple not so suitable as to far away of the malls. The pool offer seemed excellent. read more

Arrival and at home feel. We spent 2 unforgettable weeks in a royal Jasmin junior suite and loved every minute enjoyed. Should be emphasized the excellent care through the butler-thanks Islam, Priyantha, Kenny and Njenga. Cleanliness and service are a priority in this hotel. For families the non plus ultra, what a relaxed vacation wise. Many nations present. From Germany over Austria, France, England and Russia everything was represented. Very good and relaxed communication within these countries is possible. Only drawback, the hotel staff always only me allocutions, as man at, although i english as well as not at all understood. After half of the vacation you had but prepared, that a woman, my, that english better understood. read more

    Our room, 54 meters ² area, was one of the best what i experienced. Every abedend the roomserbvice, shook again the beds on, brought the daily water and placed the pantoffln cards the bed. In the room itself was, what the media all present, flat screen tv. Dvd plaxer and even a Playstation. On the satellite terminal of the tv was also german television, which especially my young daughter really appreciated, front desk of the KIKA.

    Restaurants more than one than normal europeans can use. The food on 4-5 star level. For me personally, that within the 12 days only 2 2 times at the level up, which i felt as the hammer consider, here the palestinensiche cuisine. I must now to come to the rescue of the hotel say, i am an absolute fan of the greek kitchen, on which the palestinensiche most heranrecht. But also the other theme nights were a highlight. I am usually the southern countries a bit fewer dealing with the hygiene, in particular the toilets used to. But what i found, was even for german standards unrivalled. Three times a day the rooms cleaned and the room service performed. It was so much service, that he, for me, for the most part. From challenge. For my wife this was a 7-star vacation.

    To the beach approximately 20 meters. Absolutely not to exceed. We had a room with direct access to golf. I can only say : absolutely amazing. Drawback here, the wild parties against evening on the water, especially the jetski was quite annoying. Furthermore the wild parties directly next to the hotel. As a single person absolutely okay. Eel a family with a 5 year old child borderline. To into town, Dubai, to get you had to on the shuttle service resort. Drive to into the city good 30 minutes. Furthermore, we had from the hotel from the direct view on the construction of the 2. palm of Dubai, not really disturbing, however also not particularly beautiful.

The hotel is very good. Only the only thing what does not fit the Russians. It is a nightmare with the people in a dining room to sit. The behavior at the table is below dog. The hotel has never 18-20 Russians in hotel had, but unfortunately it is now so, the Russians take, because they love money. Therefore they are very popular. read more

Spacious area, all clean, very nice, culitivated garden. Family friendly hotel with lots of children. The hotel is not elegant, but it doesn't try to prove otherwise. Overall impresion after 3 nights / 4 days was more like I was in Egypt and not in Dubai. Thanks God, not by the cleanless, but by the architecture, staff attitude and just a feeling (what we women can't explain otherwise but just as a feeling….) Signposts for guests to find their way through the areal are not really helpful. Either they are not even put or I didn't understand them. It ... took me 10 min and twice asking to locate hairdresser… read more

    Quite spacious and cold. There is a small balcony with chairs overlooking the big construction site - bridge on the highway… whole floor is covered by stone or something similar, increasing the feeling of coldnes. Bathroom is big enough, but somehow too dark, natural light is poor. Wardrobe is quite big, only again, not really 5 star level. Maybe a refurnishing is due. We couldn't get the aircondition to heat the room, I am not sure it is possible at atll.

    breakfast was OK, choice big as you would expect from 5 star hotel. There is a terrace available for meal or inside. We had bad luck with weather so we stayed in. stuff servs warm drinks like coffe / tea and the rest is on the buffet. In the evening the dinner is also offered as buffet. Different geographical areas are represented each day. We tried Mexican and was OK. While breakfast is usually very well visited, for dinner there were maybe 3 other couples. Huge waste of food, which nobody eats. Lunch we've never tried since we spent days in the town. Wines are not that great, didn't find any top European wine, but still for a glass of wine after dinner it was also OK.

    There was enough staff, but not very very polite, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. They gave impression they were always in a hurry, bringing you ordered and already looking the other way and thinking on something else. At least they are not too fast and not too pushy when it comes to removing dishes from your desk. There is no fear they will take it too early, while your still want to enjoy the last piece of egg or last zip of coffee.

    ofer of water sports is wide and only what is necessary is nice and warm weaterh. Since we hadn't get it, couldn't try anything. There are 2 pools with usual signs: not allowed to jump, snorkle, children must be under surveilance…. But, of course nobody cares about it. Only children were swimming in these pools and jumping around, of course. Other organized events or group classes or any entertainment haven't seen. In the evening is very boring.

    My biggest disapointment is location - it is 45-60 min drive from the town attractions. There are hotel limos and taxis to take you to town, but still it is too far. And on the internet I didn't see that. Next negative point is that the hotel is very near to a big construction site, it looked like a huge bridge over the sea for 8 tracks highway. Everywhere around there is nothing to see, but dust, pardon - sand, and than comes industry, logistic centere and other unattractive things. No public transport like Metro is not available here. And no shopping. You are simply traped there unless you spend 1 hour in a cab during rush hour to get to town.

ideal for families with small kids, the staff was very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Wonderful long sandy beach, beach chairs were sufficiently available, service in the area of the beach. Rooms very spacious, very clean (twice cleaned daily). The hotel is characterized by its beautiful garden with small bridges, ponds and peacocks the the complex stripes. The food was fabulous. We chose all-inclusive, which proved to be very useful, because otherwise the prices are very high. The ideal place for those in search of peace, including the possibility of the free shuttle bus to Dubai have. read more

junior suite is a good size, great bathroom! The entertainment was very discreet and a mega kids club, where really very much! AA and! The beach was clean and sufficient chairs. Many restaurants offer variety on the menu. Pool bar and all the restaurants with very friendly staff. The room cleaning was perfect... Even twice a day. Non-descript all inclusive you have to sign for everything (no bracelet) we were a little skeptical, but everything worked! Strong praise at all! read more

The Resort consists of the Jebel Ali golf resort and palm tree court and SPA. The Latter consists of 6 buildings with each 24 suites directly at the beach location. the complex is lovely green, with massive palm lined lawns, stream and lush vegetation. Everything is very clean and quiet and of course; a great contrast to the Hochhausglaspalästen in the Marina and Dubai city. For a beach vacation is this complex really without alternative. Who only a few Days sightseeing liked to make, should be a little more central choose. the building has lots of regular guests; we will ... to the Wiederholern belong. read more

    the suites are approximately 55 meters² large and properly equipped. Less designer Frippery, however therefor intimate comfort Ambience. the bathroom is large, with walk-in shower and a bathtub. There is a corner with coffeeand tea facilities and a massive flatscreen tv. the balcony with direct view of the sea is beautiful furnished with a large sun screen, 2 comfortable chairs, Table and a chair.

    There are 2 buffet-style restaurant with daily changing, different themes (Arabic, Italian, Asian and so on) of very high quality. Specialities restaurants are Italian, Asian, steakhouse, 2 restaurants, several bars. Also a ship, the daily evenings outside the resort 3 hours crosses and a 3-course menu offers. All locations are very dignified and tastefully decorated and worth a visit. The half board is everywhere with 160 Dirham be applied; but you get everywhere relaxed before and main course, with somewhat calculate also 3 courses. For a beer you have to about 6 euros, for a bottle of wine 30 euros pay. For a five star hotel safe adequate.

    the staff comes from all men Countries, phillipinen, Nepal, Myanmar, Russia and lots of other more and speaks without exception oK to good English. the friendliness and attention opposite the guests is remarkable. The subject the gastronomy, the beach staff and room service. The latter comes 2 times per day. If you complained or something does not work, this will be dealt with immediately.

    the beach is huge, fine sand and clean. the water with over 30 degrees alone worth the trip. There is 3 pools, 2 times fresh water and a salt water swimming pool. On the massive Lawns there is loads of comfortable couches, several umbrellas for each, shade under palm trees, and showers. As soon as you the lawn enters, is the pool and beach Attendant and aligns with towels and returns the umbrellas in the desired number on. It is regularly a waiter with a caddy passed, with drinks supplies. the entertainment is very reserved; however, there will be a daily program offered. The access to the internet in the lobby is free of charge.

    After Dubai town about 40 minutes, there are about 40 kilometer. The is however not a problem, because there is a about hourly driving shuttle bus, the Shopping malls, Marina and the center free runs. a taxi costs about 8 euros. Around the hotel complex around there is nothing at all, only desert. In other words, from the hotel go out and pub and shops on foot visit is not possible. the next Shopping mall, Ibn battuta, is approximately 15 minutes on foot with the Shuittle . But the beautiful beach area makes up for it. The complex upstream is the construction of palm Jebel Ali. during our stay were the construction on a minimum cut back; there was no noise disturbance. On the palm is possible a few finished poured concrete posts that, okay, not very decoratively, but anyway not really disturbing. As the construction progresses, must always currently be requested.

In this hotel is absolutely nothing to complain about it. It is just great as the staff were very nice. The only negative to the next shopping center it was a good 30 minutes. There are buses running free. read more

wonderful honeymoon in palm tree court! The service is fantastic, especially the food! Water was immediately refilled, as well as the plates were always right cleared away! The only downside: as a vegetarian the selection of food was rather scant! But otherwise perfect! read more

A great Hotel, in which one could really relax. (!) A bit disturbing was the opposite construction of the second palm in the sea, the apparent again active establishments. Thus the water quality is not so great as a few years ago. All in all highly recommended! read more

As the title says it all: a green oasis with Palms on the white sandy beach with adjoining hotel with excellent service. Where it's still in Dubai? Nowhere! And are also May 40 degrees due to the good location to cope with. And at night in the city; there was always something new to see: even with the metro; you can eat from the ground, so clean and well-maintained it is. Far and wide no Schmiereien on the walls, trains and anywhere else. And the city: flash! On a new 2012. My dear Martin put the beach chairs again. Thanks ... to Mr or rather complicated settlement due to my health problems. read more

General: compared to the other hotels which we in the Emirates have seen the furnishing is basic, almost unlovingly. There was no attention to detail. The beach is clean, but the view was a bit unusual with the construction cranes on the left and on the right. For one night it, but I am a bathing beach but... The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of everything you need for a brunch. read more
