Can't with a clear conscience be recommended. As mentioned in other reviews to read the staff is incredibly rude and not at all helpful. From the broken german, i want to not at all start.
Our room card has from 11 o'clock evenings working (!), and it was not a soul to reach. The front desk was not manned, a emergency number not available. Even when we the whole hotel searched have found not a person, the us could help.
For this reason we have the police turned on, the after half an hour in the lobby for a replacement ... searched, which however also didn't work.
At 3 o'clock at night, the police called chef arrived, with a generalkarte to open.
We have hitherto full 4 hours on the corridor there.
On the next day they told us, that it our own blame, finally everyones the room map not with cell phones. After many negotiations was a discount of 50% granted, with the friendly comment, this hotel but please never again to visit. read more

Already on arrival at the front desk you can tell the guests in this hotel no role.

Room, linens and mattress were ok.
However, the whole construction very badly soundproofed so you every alien toilet flushing and the other guests in the hallway was disturbing experiences.

The breakfast room is ... not one of the cosy rooms of the hotel, is carelessly equipped and has the charm of a noisy concourse. The buffet offer is good.
The outdoor facilities are in an unkempt state.
The check-out and create invoice was wordless and without any hospitality.
On recurring guests seems to be no interest to exist.
The hotel is to 90% dutch/belgians occupied. read more

There loud tour operators a romantic and comfortable House. It was noisy, badly soundproofed rooms, the room was old and not well maintained... Or shabby. No bottle of water in the room and everything was in simple style at the Dutch residents and their main children to make sure that we were happy. In the opinion of the reviewer front desk was joined at the German Language difficulty.
the food was TK-Product and tasteless. Only the service was nice and attentive and everything done in order to make us happy. read more

A warm welcome, it was really warm. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The size of the room was a bit too small, but you're only there to sleep. Everything was clean! The atmosphere and the furnishings in the half board was great. Requests were immediately cared for. A compliment to the kitchen. Although I did miss a price list for the drinks. Directly across the road from the hotel start walking trails, the well signposted, will be back read more

Traveling as a cone or relocated. Actually booked club hotel Sauerland. The bar was already closed 22 o'clock so that the all inclusive was not possible. Washes were not changed and the beds not made. No phone in room, some modern bathrooms huge are the, therefor others have not even a window. In the hallway smelled very unpleasant. and the leisure activity options at the dirt is a matter of weeks. The breakfast room was modern and clean. read more

19-21 from. August 2011 we stayed at the hotel baby carrots. Trip we had booked on eBay for touridat/79 euros including half board. We, that is to say our dog August, we were totally thrilled by the hotel, staff, food, surroundings, in short everything. Price/performance ratio was outstanding. Example: there were unfortunately no sky, we enjoyed the waiters half an expression of the respective Bundesliegaspielergebnisse personally to our table. Example: our dog was in the very beautiful ' rooms 'food with us on the table, and had to every, the meals very tasty, a clean and fresh water filled bowl. ... Example: we just had to cross the street to go 200 meters and in a wonderful wooded area, in which we could spend hours hiking. Example: when we arrived we were given by the front desk Busgutschein, with which we have three free to explore the beautiful Sauerland region. Conclusion: we'll be back again and can highly recommend this hotel. read more

It is a quiet and very clean Hotel. The rooms are friendly and clean. The restaurant is very spacious. The service is marvelous. There is also a food-seconds, very hung squad. The bar is small, but beautifully furnished. The waiter brings the most delicious cocktails. He is very friendly and fulfilled all wishes of the customers. This hotel we can highly recommend. Made us feel very welcome and were certainly not the last time I go there. read more

We stayed for a weekend for hiking in the hotel tin which you gladly avoided. Us it was an overall good experience. The room was newly Rena twelve four of us and we really huge. The Abdezimmer was completely renovated and very large. (unfortunately was the shower, although space available very small).
Breakfast and dinner was very good and was loved.
The hotel is a great starting point for hiking tours to and around bare asten. We have liked it very much. read more

We had a coupon through animod-three nights with half board-very reasonably priced.
Room at first glance-shock pure relaxation!
Bedroom with mismatced furniture, curtains and wall-to-wall carpet newer (a lot of dark wood stains) bed with a terrible already cover. Bed, mattresses-turned out to be good. We slept great. Bathroom-the horror-spacious-tiles but 50er years from the. Toilet, shower-everything very old. I have 25 years as the last is no longer seen. ☺
Refrigerator-not available. As an alternative, some beverages pushed into a corner of the table laid out-of course, the acquisition. It is certainly a kind of refreshment-beer at temperatures of ... about 20 degrees room to enjoy ☺
Wardrobe-uuralt-rickety-somehow a built in alcove.
Room in general: in many versions available. It should also be renovated room.-) all rooms do not have a balcony or terrace. If you would like to sleep calmly, should have a room facing the garden/courtyard be able. The hotel is located almost directly at an intersection. Many rooms are facing the street.
Room cleaning: was on the first day not at all-on the second day: garbage bins were emptied, towels changed, otherwise nothing has happened. Neither in the bathroom, nor in the sleeping area (also the bed-but it seems many guests may happen, as I have read at holidaycheck)
Sauna: we use-towels and bathrobes are provided free. The sauna area was small-peace furniture was only for two persons. Pretzel sticks to pick from-but nothing to drink. Where is the logic, I don't understand. ☺ Container for wet towels, etc. is missing, both sand clocks in the sauna was broken.
Breakfast was good, three course menu in the evening-good (meat portions sometimes a bit small) drink prices acceptable. The restaurant renovated-very pleasant.
Welcome cocktail was forgotten (one gets it however on request in the evening before the departure) ☺
At the front desk is a sign: because no switch card payment possible. We have insisted, as we didn't want, a bank with cash to visit off. And-Oh wonder-it worked again! ☺
Personal conclusion: many areas of the hotel looks a bit shabby, are partly carelessly treated. The outdoor area looks a disaster. There didn't seem to care. In many areas the front and back fit it simply not.
But-the location to the skiing area in this region is great. (Just on the other side of the street) the beds are good and the food is good. The rest live-please! We do not! read more

After a previous stay in the winter I can move my colleagues, our two-day office outing/hiking trip in the tin to spend. It is not a perfect hotel, but it does nothing, and should not be expected. The atmosphere of the old house and the very nice location, it is evident that the benefits of the hotel. At night it is a bit noisy due to the traffic. The restaurant and the friendliness and kindness of the staff were praise-worthy. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable and the very young staff tried everything, the guest very pleasant. Because of the location ... also for motorbiker the hotel was very good. Appropriate storage however unfortunately. read more

We had a voucher on eBay for three nights and breakfast and were really curious, what we expected mountain. Our expectations were exceeded, from the beginning it was a real recovery programme. Sauerland card with our, which drives us at the check-in was distributed, we could after winterberg, brilon, Schmallenberg, Olsberg and so on, the bus station is in front of the hotel. Well, it gets way better! Our room in the Annex was very large and comfortable. For breakfast, there is a strong praise! Every member of staff of the hotel was hard, the guests a beautiful vacation feeling ... to mediate, this also included the fresh scrambled eggs from the pan.

Stayed here with friends, since we tickets for a concert in willingen had open air. The hotel is getting old. Downstairs in the lobby and it was all very nice probably renovated. The rooms in the old wing quite old, brown tiles bathroom green. But everything was clean, and the food was very good. The hotel was very nice.
You could sit outside at the hotel maybe a little with flowers adorn the facade. read more

no complaint was a solution, half of them with a bed slatted frame, the other metal (such as trampoline...) about 10 centimeter altitude in the bed so, breakfast until ten, no boiled or scrambled from nine, on request, otherwise it would next morning nothing for those more!, water generally without carbonic acid, whether medium or classic on, cabinets were falling apart, therefor salted prices in the restaurant, but there were great opportunities for change in the immediate vicinity, that you really absolutely recommend can, and so what star hotel? read more
