5 nights stay. Very quaint resort in the middle in the jungle. Diving was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good. The electricity was only between 18 until 22 o'clock.
Nearby reef could not snorkeling are, as the waves were too high and the water very rough.
Lots of friendly dogs the a at the beach company afford. There was even one with the boat diving.
This resort is however only people recommendable the no fear of animals (probably mice or rats) have, the night in the room walk around and things annagen and above average ... large spiders the in the room be desired.

Me and my partner are just back from an almost unreal holiday at Pulisan Jungle Beach Resort. This small, hidden jewel is very much off the track and still central enough to undertake day trips in the surroundings. We were the only guests as January is the wet season, so we were very priviledged to be the only ones to dive with Sonly, the inhouse instructor. This guy is absolutely amazing. Eyes like a hawk, he spots even the smallest, weird creature in its habitat, and very knowledgeable. He obviously prefers to be under water than on land. Like a ... dugong, a giant sea mammal we met during a dive off nearby Bangka island. We undertook a trip to neighboured Tangkoko jungle reserve to encounter black crested Sulawesi macaque and tiny primate Tarsiers which dwell in giant strangler fig trees. Well, we got a little bit of rain, too, during that trip, rainforest. And we had to skip a day tour to the volcanoes due to extensive rainfall in the mountains, but that’s on the program for our next visit to Pulisan. We've already been to five and there were all completely satisfied but be aware there were only two hours electricity and during the day, the other no TV, radio and internet access and the mobile network only limited ( on the local mountain) is possible. The Notching and off from our hectic world this small resort optimal. read more

We were a family of 4 ( kids 8 and 5 ) for five days on Pulisan. If you can do without luxury, but contact to local people want to the resort is excellent. The bungalows are functionally furnished and clean. The staff is very friendly and not pushy. The diving station directly connected was very well organized. Great that it is not a ausschliessliches diving resort, where you can walk among the guests first beeugt critical that you will traveling with two children. can be enjoyed from Pulisan very good excursion possibilities. Serveral: thumbs up! read more

Bungalows are very open, so every little animals in. In the jungle rather bemusing. Bathroom without basin, toilet west but only with hand nachspühlen. Western bathroom didn't correspond to the description, so the lowest standard and Elefantendusche with bugs. Staff spoke no or very little English. The Christmas and Neujahrszeit not recommended, as the electricity and 10 hours at night from Christmas and New Year's Eve is is nothing going on. No music, drinks, food, etc. The manager is on such days guests alone and nothing is before. Guests were disappointed and are left here. We are Asienerfahren and life ... in Asia and knew the events. But here is a great value for the price. There are better for less money. read more
