The rooms were clean and spacious, but the beds and sofa beds rock hard, we found all no sleep for the 1 night we spent here

The dinner didn't deserve the name as such, no choice, and prepared without care. For a 4 star hotel disgraceful. The breakfast was up until the coffee enjoyable: ; The atmosphere is rather reminded of a station concourse adjusted, paper cups for the drinks. The bar you can only be described as a small sitting room

The staff was friendly, however we had already moved after the first night

We are only 1 tour, that was enough. The pool area and the surroundings were in need of repair hazards everywhere

The location is okay, but the construction of the club hotel pleasant and well arranged

Is located in a quiet area, away from the traffic, the beach is reachable in 5 minutes

The appartments were great. Very large ours had about 60 square meters (226 square feet). We had emailed the hotel in advance and get a room on the top floor asked. We did get kindly. An apartment with roof terrace and two chairs, then go on a normal balcony with table and chairs. A nice large bedroom with built-in closet with plenty of storage space from where the balcony talk about. The living room also very large with two sofa beds large commode with TV and a kitchenette with stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, dining table with 4 chairs and a large fridge. Nice sized bathroom with a bath. All the furnishings were in a good clean condition. The mattresses on the beds and sofas were very uncomfortable and hard but you do get used to with that. In the living room and also in the bedroom there was a air conditioning the colder months now and the heating worked well.

The food was already very much visted in advance as you really have to question what these people eat at home as you the excellent food at the hotel so bad talking. Granted there was only one meat dishes and a fish dish but it was so the yes were only a few guests at the hotel so what can you offer no huge buffets, this was like that in other hotels, too there were even instead only buffet menu. What but on the table was very good food and of excellent quality, I's two very good dish better than a huge array of poor quality. In addition there was still a vegetarian dish and a noodle dish. Rich salad buffet, lots of delicious desserts, tasty soups. The breakfast freshly prepared scrambled eggs and fried eggs, sausage, ham, cheese. Different kinds of bread and rolls cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt. Then there was three coffee machines with really good coffee. Or Kaffeecrema etc. , two juices. A Weinfässchen to be tapped yourself with white-and-red-and-or rosé wine, beer faucets and of course a vending machine with soft drinks. If all too little couldn't be helped. Drinks there were 10-24 hours at the bar from 14 :30 until 17 :30 snacks for example burger and chips variety of sandwiches ice cream and fresh fruit everything was very tasty. And all inclusive. In the restaurant everything was also very clean, dirty table cloths are an unknown there were always immediately after every guest the tablecloth changed.

All the employees were very attentive and kind you feel welcomed. I disagree with all the reviews before whether reception or restaurant staff spoke very good German. Only the room cleaning I must give the Evaluators right before this was really very, very poor. The cleaning people were so as well as much of the staff who made since the hotel was so slightly was occupied, and none of the maid service was responsible time to change the bed or a thorough cleaning arrival as they will only a day working and the next day there was someone else. There was also a including the decent and the dirt leaving the other eliminate but that was the exception. Usually only the towels were changed and the beds were very dirty look. Very sad with a otherwise good service.

The pool was very nicely decorated with a lot of green around it. Beach chairs were sufficiently available only downside was the pool not heated and it is a bathroom to the time of year excluded although the many we had this still allowed the sunshine. For the kids there was a nice separate pool and a playground. Every evening entertainment in the bar to but I can't comment as not participated in it. In the lobby there was an internet terminal but with 1 Euro for 10 minutes was quite expensive.

At Clube humbria it is a very manageable clean and neat area with a lot of green and beautiful trees. The individual residential buildings around in an architectural nice style no concrete blocks. During our stay, the hotel was only about one third occupied. Mostly German and English couples not young age. A few British families with small children, all very quiet and pleasant nobody was misbehaving except some German professional complainers.. I would recommend the bad reviews about this hotel really understand and think it is incredible which some people write such Untruths. We came here with Bauchgrimmen because of the bad reviews and then had to emphasize that we in a truly beautiful and comfortable area ended up.

The nice bath bay it's only about a 10 min walk back is a little longer then it's uphill. The large beach 8 km long best reached by over the Riu hotel and then take the stairs down about 15 minutes walk fantastically beautiful location with plenty of room for all. In the town are very many nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Serves a range nice excursions were offered inter alia according to Lisbon, Seville, Gibraltar, Morocco and to the immediate vicinity. We had a rental car for a week and the beautiful bays on the coast canvassed where they think you will not go anywhere without a car. Thanks to the late time of year we were partly alone. The weather was still very nice located between 18 -20 degrees whereas it a lot warmer felt that it was in the sun.

Basic apartments with nice balconies, with its location subject. Sink was not cleaned every day.

Restaurant is very simple, but the quality of the food. Drinks had to be collected at the bar. The cuisine is geared toward British tastes. Prices of the drinks were relatively expensive for easy ambience.

Front desk rude. Almost no German. Mediocre complaints were if possible sorted partially move if room was too loud.

Not suitable for German entertainment. Only in English. Pool area ok pool chair mats too little and Messy

Pool area ok - room near the main house not recommended, very loud disco music. Entertainment only English. For German tourists was unbearable. Dining room like a cafeteria. Food very monotonous - 2 meals for choice meat or fish, mostly very dry, the meat tough and tasteless. Breakfast always the same and no variation. Never a 4 star, Riu Palace Inspected on the spot. In between worlds. were with Leitner-group, many complaints. 95 % Of the guests were British with young children, the wore themselves out late into the night.

To the beach about 1/2 hour walk. Shopping nearby. very many English pubs. Good excursion possibilities with the tour guide or car

+ layout of the apartments, + tiled floors, and air conditioner in both of the rooms + bathroom was OK, - lousy tv with 2-3 German programs, firm on the wall mounted places in the living room were walled and dangerous for children, because too high - noisy

The used dishes and cutlery, from the staff in the dining hall itself in to rinse out sorted chairs push hallende floors and walls -> cafeteria was awful loud and uncomfortable, a normal conversation is impossible, food overall delicious, but always only 1x fish, 1xFleisch and monotonous side dishes. British breakfast without any variation (no pancakes, boiled eggs or similar for a change)

In the Kantinenbereich overburdened, but friendly staff, front desk rude, cleaning staff OK, communication only in English

Pool was decent cold, maximum. 20Grad an introduction was broken and with Absperrband marked instead to get fixed. There were no slidings, but overall the pool was ok, not ok were the wet beach chairs and mats, p.! Dull entertainment in English, no fitness facility. What should German children English care? That didn't work out. The kids club was bland and the surrounding area Including. Playground terrible. Our kids had as once in 5 minutes for 2 weeks. So, dear parents: No Kinderpausen plan to laze around!

Hotel overall OK, the area very nice there, but no 4 stars. In town, there was to compare a 4 star RIU hotel, in between worlds! Bad was the volume in the "main house" (canteen, front desk and "bar Melody"). Everything was tiled with bare walls and terribly noisy. All inclusive formal OK but a bit boring (for example compared to Turkey-4 stars). Cleanliness: the room ok, but the area was not well maintained. Paths, doors, etc. Dirty, beach chairs obligations have night/when it rained almost all was cleared away and the Schaumstoffkern then always wet, plastic bed therefore had mold -> disgusting. The Haupthausbereich overall very hollow and too loud, "Melody bar" was awful. No comfortable pullback possibilities to have time to talk. Guests: mainly English, Dutch, German. All unobtrusive and mannerly.

About 700m to the beach, but with decent slopes. Location OK with rental car, then 2 -3km to great beaches or to go on excursions. The local beach was about is small, umbrellas with 2 beach chairs cost anywhere in the area about 15 euros per day. Better rent a car and try other beaches that is close to the beach (partly gorgeous! ).

The rooms were very large and spacious. We have everything you could need. 1 Small kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning ... etc. Everything was clean and didn't.

1 Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner all together. There were 2 bars, one in the hall, and one in the bar melody.

The staff was always very friendly. At the hotel you can get very well with English and German as nothing start. The rooms were cleaned every day. We had no complaints except the our Balkonstühle on the pants abfärbten, allowing us to but you will be fine.

The complex itself was very big. There was only apartments but that is not so bad. The rooms are large and spacious. There are 1 bedroom, 1 so called living room, 1 small kitchen and 1 bathrooms. Everything was clean and the beds were made up every day and we were always new towels. If you go down around 8.9 hours wanted to go out to eat you should bring some time. There is a line but the is fast. If you then right at the front is always a waiter and know you to your table. No one just went to to a table, all waiting for.

The airport is 40 minutes away. To the beach it was a good 15 minutes away, but this was not a thing. The distance to the beach was about 600 meters. The real city Albufeira was about 3 km away but we took a taxi in order. There isn't a real beach promenade but in the right place with plenty of shops.
