Every year. Improvements and innovations promised-and what happens, if you every year to return? Nothing. The complex is always bad, as the few actions are in other hotels and resorts minimum maintenance-cordial is so a large renovation announced. The so-called 'new facility' is now also ageing and does not correspond any longer to today's standard of a 4 star resort. The plastic chairs on the terraces are still available, the quality of the towels will only get worse.

The large advertised gala menu, to which we tempt left, was a disappointment. Also our rooms-neighbors, the half board booked, confirmed, that the normal dinner much better, than the gala menu! The comments of the director in a previous comment on the volleyball court 'many thanks for their anregung' can only a laugh cause, who with open eyes through the complex goes, must immediately remember, that this for years nothing more was done.
The shorter period of directors of the hotel is always shorter. This is also a reference to the miserable conditions.
As cordial member, has unfortunately only the possibility, these abuses to condemn-without success-and every year higher operating costs pay, or quota to. Alone for the share, the operating costs pay is, you get elsewhere overnight stay with breakfast in a much higher level.
Conclusion: for non-members, the only a nice holiday in tuscany to spend want, absolutely not recommendable. read more

In the reason - thanks to the landscape and the great private beach a lovely vacation. The Kindernanny very nice and speaks as the receptionists several languages. Pool bar and their waiter not recommendable ( very expensive and the waiters not straight accommodating and slow. There was also unfortunately not possible for the apartment a 2. Umbrella anywhere. The bed linen was in 14 days Once changed. Towels for beach and pool the accommodation. Private beach 18 kilometer away. Totally nice Lifeguard. Great free golf -test hour. Volleyball field and capacity for the archery very neglected, but for the golfers ... (which is the money)-top golf course. Beware Vorabrechnung: donate for a society is proposed.
In short: you have to like on vacation by car drive, then is worthwhile this long journey.

For the fourth time we have a Frühlingsgolfwoche in pelagone spent. This time was the golf course in especially good condition, accommodation and meals as usual, excellent. We estimate especially also, that we 1 week the car practically not need. We would love to come back. read more

We spent a week with half board and were selected golf apart from some details not disappointed. The times were not reserved or stored. But we were treated friendly and it was no problem at the most inconvenient, to reserve the night before. For golfers, it would be advantageous if all starting the week would reservable. The food especially the antipasti buffet was great every evening and you had to not too much to eat. The service staff was sometimes overwhelmed but total due, that no manager was on site has taken the coordination. With knowledge and behavior was solved ... this problem but also elegant Italian art. You have to be aware, in Italy and not the in CH/D/or a is. All holidays and time. Il gone (paradise) pela, is nestled on the golf course, particularly the restaurant has a great atmosphere with old trees, but the food left something to be desired. We drive since already 15 years every year here and kedes time it is great. The hotel lies approximately 15 kilometer away from the beach, reachable over a 4 kilometer long zufahrtsstrasse. The transport connections are good, nearby is just a highway, the but you hear from the complex not. The complex is beautiful, exactly like your environment. On the complex there are a restaurant, a pool bar, two swimming pools, a playground, tennis and paddle tennis courts, a volleyball field and much more. There is a kids' club to employment of the kids, and also program for young people. ... The restaurants are very good. If you want to cook in a small supermarket in the next village (5 kilometer) or in a large in Follonica (15 kilometer) shopping. The rooms there is in different categories, but always clean, are cleaned daily, the towels also constantly changed read more

We've been going for years always again with great pleasure to hotel cordial pela gone in. It had everything you could need and very good restaurants in the area. 4 star hotel in Austria. The beach is ten minutes away from the beach, but it was worth it for the drive, as it is located behind the beautiful pine forest with only three rows of beach chairs, so it is no crowds beach. The area around the hotel is begründt, very well maintained and beautifully. All in all well worth a visit. read more

We enjoyed the very pleasant, clean area for many years. At the pool bar you can really good food. The staff at the reception and in the service, is welcoming and nice.
Especially I would like to praise the child care with Angela, the friendliness and your loving the scores. Completes Erno Sympatie pela gone of the with its presence despite reduced activity program. The wine & dine-evening with its fine wines and culinary delights a pleasure.

Small units with good facilities and air conditioning. However, these noisy! Service was poor for dinner. Food quality was good to very good. For purchases and Freizeitgetslatung you need a car. As guests are we really happy, Fausto 'that' old 'chef' again on the stove and it has a great team! The quality of the food has improved dramatically, the selection of food is larger and are also possible special requests. Even the wine list has been improved and extended. We have felt very comfortable here. The whole hotel area, as well as the apartments are very nice and well-kept, here you can simply relax well. The staff are very friendly and courteous and we were always nicely served. The hotel has its own private sandy beach, about 15 minutes but away. There are three pools, as well as two tennis courts were available and, of course, the 18 hole golf course for golf clubs. The kitchen is good and varied. You have the choice between three different restaurants, all of which are highly recommended. The location of the large ... hotel area was just fantastic. Here we have a pleasant holiday and will gladly stay here again. read more

For the umpteenth time that we spent 20 beautiful sporting and cultural holiday in Tuscany in gone pela.
The newly refurbished tennis court and Maurilio lovely groomed clean sandy beach with many sun beds and umbrellas provided in spring this year has us particularly pleased.
The Chen toscani in the pool bar were excellent, the staff very polite and helpful.
The golf course was in perfect condition.
